>>189082That's not how it works. If a tax form is handed out then the IRS already has the information they need to find out, they just have to 'get' to it first under all the other paperwork and procedures they're backlog'd by. They're not going to bother sorting through unfiled 1099 forms which the person is usually given an entire year to fill and declare.
The ToS thing is a good idea.
It can sometimes take a few years for the IRS to audit somebody who didn't declare but they almost always do because of the 1099 which is for independent contracting.
Sites that issue the 1099s don't have people who are real targets, (they will all be handled at a minimum of a year), while on these sites; the people themselves off of these sites because of other undeclared forms of income the IRS doesn't know about, probably.
It's also most likely alot of these whores who are just being audited now on the big sites etc. are being audited because of an unfiled 1099 years ago which they are misattributing to the thotaudit.
Most of these people probably don't even have anything to tax anyway, or will only be tax'd a minor amount for a low-income bracket, that or they'll just at most be charged for not filing or whatever else.
I support all damages done to 'sex workers' and the impact it will have on their ease of making a living out of this lifestyle, which, doesn't actually deserve to be rewarded.
Reporting things like premium snaps and the like is a better focus as that's extra taxable income that can't be classified as gifts either.
You're also much more likely to see actual results, because, as I pointed out, the IRS doesn't care about unrecieved 1099 forms they already knew about and are getting to.
With that clear, Thot audit is fake news. Let's go to bed now.
Fake news, go home.
