>Are female politicians a mistake?
Females having rights is a mistake.
>>122275This. Take away their voting rights and driving licenses away. Everything will come back to desired state of affairs.
>>122273Can we revoke California's rights as a state? It's not like they do anything good with them.
>>122273When does hunting season start?
>>122273>state law “prohibits business owners from assisting ICE agents in immigration enforcement and bars federal agents from accessing employee-only areas.”So they have a state law that forces their citizens to break federal laws... How would this pan out in federal court?
>>122456The Fed is De Facto more powerful than the States. Don't know of any court cases yet, but federal could probably hit people with obstruction of justice.
>>122463I really hope they smack down hard on businesses that refuses to comply with ICE agents. I would guess they in addition to obstruction of justice there would be aiding and abetting a criminal, and if you stretched it a little bit you probably could add human trafficking to the charges. And probably much, much, more. Also would be fun if they RICO'ed the whole State for forcing people through intimidation of false imprisonment to break federal law on the States behalf.
>>122456>>122463>>122468I think it could be brought up as a free speech issue as the law prevents Californians from helping ICE agents whether they want to or not, it would be different if it simply said cali residents cannot be forced to aid ICE agents. It cant be obstruction of justice from the business owners because their state is the one making that choice for them.
>>122470>it would be different if it simply said cali residents cannot be forced to aid ICE agentsAren't you legally obligated to cooperate with federal and other law-enforcement agencies? Okay you can plead the fifth, but you can't deny access to areas if they have a warrant.
>their state is the one making that choice for themWould the state be considered the guilty party and can be made accountable in federal court?
Also could the Californian law that forces people to break federal law be considered an secession from the union, i.e. break the treaty California signed when they entered the union?
>>122476Yes I should have worded it better, you aren't obligated unless they have a warrant.
The ICE agents could start by prosecuting a business owner in a federal court, but presuming the business owner would bring up the state law the court should then say the owner was compelled to break the federal law by fear of breaking the state law and therefore the state of California is the "guilty" party.
I don't think it would be seen as secession, just creating an unconstitutional law, secession needs them to break away from the union to some capacity, if they were to continue enforcing the law after they were told it was unconstitutional that could be secession.
>>122481Let's hope this will be tried in a court to determine the legality. Hopefully, perhaps, it will end with the creation of Commifornia (without the rural areas that will want to stay in the union).
>>122273Isn't this aiding and abetting criminals or obstruction of justice?
>Libby Schaaf
I hate this bitch so much...
>>122490Since CA's AG the states' top law enforcement official (and plainly with the full cooperation of the state Executive) declared penalties on it's citizens for cooperation with the Federal government, the government of Commiefornia is technically in a state of open sedition against the United States.
This is exactly the type of precursor that led to the situation from which the US fought it's Civil War.
>>122715>Commiefornia is technically in a state of open sedition against the United States.Could the United States on the base of that say that Commiefornia is no longer a part of the union, thus skipping the tedious process that Commiefornia would go through to ask for a secession themselves?
>>122868Who knows, maybe this would jumpstart the process of Jefferson leaving Commifornia, too.
>>122273>Are female politicians a mistake?Never, not on any level of government, they're too emotionally minded to wield authority properly. See Germany.
>>122868Absolutely fucking not. California is literally some of the finest land in the entire world. No way do we capitulate to the libshit commies and turn our lands over to them and beanshits. What would Dr. William Pierce think of you for saying such a thing anon?
>>122992Can you imagine the outcome if the Governor declares a state of emergency over Federal agents deporting the guaranteed votes of Mexico's Best™ back into their own native lands? **Inb4 CA National Guard in open armed conflict with US Army regulars**
>>122273I'm pretty sure that the timing of when a law enforcement agency is going to conduct its raids is considered classified information. She could be punished under the Espionage Act, and if not, this is at least Obstruction of Justice.
>>122456The way it's worded is not so much that it requires you to break federal law, as it is requiring you to do everything within your legal authority to stop them. A law cannot reasonably compel you to break another law.
More or less, anything short of a warrant/subpoena/whatever and you have to tell the federal government to kindly come back with a little more legal authority.
>>123037>spoilerI know Commifornia is trying to be like Australia when it comes to guns, but wouldn't you also see some rural homegrown militias rising up against the National Guard?
>>123037>finest landYou have no idea how tainted Commiefornia's land is. Commiefornia was the first to make widespread use of mercurial salts, arsenic, and other (((Monsanto, Beyer, & Smith-Kline))) products as weed and insect killers, as well as the first to utilize highly toxic synthetic "fertilizers" under subsidy. Commiefornia produce is the lowest quality in the world and their wines are filled with synthetic additives such as free glutamic acid to mask the taste of chemicals and preserved with a class 4 toxic substance called propylene glycol. It'll be 50 years before that shit degrades in the soil and another 50 years before full environmental recovery happens.
>>123211I can't even remember the last time I've seen produce from Commifornia.
>>123214Beef, cheese, tomatoes, corn, almonds, grapes (wine/raisin), etc; the soil in CA is quite viable in many areas and translates into a variety of crops and produce, not to mention alfalfa and hay for livestock.
>>123227Again, I haven't seen any of those from Commifornia in any of the stores near here.
>>123211No, the only real taint going on in Commiefornia is the taint of libshits and Mexican nationals invading it's land. The state itself is amazing. I've lived in SF, San Jose, San Diego, and now LA. It's all remarkable especially the Bay Area. And that's not even taking the Northern California region into account, or the mountains. A drive on The 1 is breathtaking in beauty.
You trying to cast the state as if it were one gigantic Superfund site is complete hogwash.
>>123298got any inside news on that "New California" thing?
>>123298Sorry, Anon, but most everyone outside of Commifornia who doesn't live in a similar libshit state sees it as a hellhole, and generally wants to see it sink into the ocean.
Might visit New California or Jefferson or whatever they decide to call it once the rural areas are freed from liberal oppression, though.
>>123300The reason everyone hates it, and rightly so, is because of the libshits and beaners, not the land itself. Learn the difference. Wars aren't won by limpwristed capitulation to the enemy. Let the faggots do that. And BTW I've lived all across this country, and was born and raised in the Midwest hill country. I probably have a better understanding than most of what's good and bad about this nation.
>>123299No more than anyone else. The primary point is the traditional Whites of this state being absolutely fed up with the commies running the state for the Dems. Personally I don't think New California will happen. I hope I'm wrong.
>>123303>I probably have a better understanding than most of what's good and bad about this nation.>of mostI was going to try and knock you off your high horse but then I remembered most Americans live in cities and never leave their own neighbor hoods, or even their houses.
>>123303The reasons don't matter, people still hate the state, land and all.
>>123307I'm not on a high horse anon. I'm simply pointing out that rolling over and letting the kike-controlled commies succeed in stealing what is arguably the finest state in the union out from under us is ridiculous in the extreme. What would Dr. Pierce think of that idea?
>>123310>what is arguably the finest state in the unionOkay, NOW I know you're full of bullshit.
>>123310>unionwell considering the states that were in the union dont set a very high bar anon.
>>122383Not soon enough. But the vast majority of people are content to just larp and rant on mandarin basket weaving forums instead of actually doing anything. If there was a sufficient catalyst then perhaps things would kick off.
150 INVADERS ARRESTED IN FAG-INFESTED SAN FRANCISO
Last Updated Feb 28, 2018 4:11 AM EST
>SAN FRANCISCO – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested more than 150 people since the weekend in the greater San Francisco Bay Area who they say were in violation of federal immigration laws during activity, ICE officials announced Tuesday. The numbers came from a press release issued by officials, CBS San Francisco reports.>ICE agents and Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) deportation officers started conducting what the agency termed "targeted immigration enforcement operations" in the area Sunday.>The aim of the operation was to arrest individuals who have violated U.S. immigration laws. Agents worked on leads developed by the local field offices in conjunction with the National Criminal Analysis and Targeting Center (NCATC).>According to the press release, about half of the individuals arrested also had past criminal convictions in addition to their immigration violations, including convictions for assault and battery, crimes against children, weapons charges and DUI.https://archive.fo/AaYso>>123387To be fair he wasn't talking about that union (also, finest state in both is Vermont) but the Confederate States didn't exactly set the highest bar either.
>>123606Vermont is clearly better, I'll give you that.
If we could remove the beaners, though, I'd say Texas is the best state.
>>123607Texas will never remove beaners
>>123609Sad, but true. At least, not until we can reclaim our nation.
>>123311I think he means the land is (was) the finest, not its people.
>>123607Personally, I don't think Texas would be a better state than Vermont even without the Mexicans. Vermont had nicer weather (in my opinion), less natural disasters, less strict gun laws, more to do outside, and a nicer environment (these two also being opinions). I can see the appeal of Texas but it would be difficult to convince me that it would be better than Vermont, even without Mexicans. Also, nice thing about Vermont's constitution is that it gives citizens the right to keep and bear arms which is nice because even if the nuts in the Democratic party get rid of the second amendment, they still won't have gotten Vermont unless they give the feds way more authority.
In fact, guns are so embedded in the culture of Vermont that even people I know there who attended the women's march own rifles or handguns and it is considered normal for there to perhaps be an empty case or two on the porch. And I like that.
>>123857Vermont elected Burnie Sanders though.
>>123889However, in the primaries the republican candidate most supported was Trump and the democrat most supported was Bernie, while in Texas it was Cruz and Clinton, who were both very obviously in bed with the banks.
>>124436Florida has been owned by the CIA, NSA, NASA which is a hebrew word that means "to deceive", the ATF, which has sold illegal weapons to various cartels, gangs, and other degenerate factions since its creation, the DEA which was created to support & implement the flow of semi-synthetic and synthetic drugs within the US and other nations. Florida holds major links to the Federal Reserve, a jewISH parasite owned banking institution which controls the IRS & also owns the Secret Service, also a branch of the Treasury Department which originated through the 1791 England-American Agreement. Likewise: Google, Amazon, MicroSoft, CISCO Systems, Disney, VIACOM, Ma Bell, and other jewISH owned companies hold massive political, cultural, social, and monetary power in Florida.
>>124624
Boy, don’t you see you have already lost?
>>124617yeah but on the other hand they have alligators and sex offenders.
>>124702no Louisianan has the alligators Florida has the crocodiles
>>123857Me, I like variety. Spring in TX for the bluebonnets, and a stopover in the lovely Four Corners region and Flagstaff for the best weather, then late spring and early summer in Northern CA for hiking and more wildflowers, late summer and fall in Vermont, a snowy Christmas then back to Texas for some mellow winter weather.
Something like that. I like Florida, it's a dynamic and beautiful place, but the humidity is fucked up and it's very corrupt and weird in a bad way. Cuban food and tiki bars rock, though.
>>124725Nope, we have the gators too
>>125262Aye. I think it is probably just different preferences, as I like to stay in one place and enjoy the hunkering down for cold winters, so Vermont has the best conditions for me since it has basically all the activities I enjoy (hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, bicycling, etc.) but without having to go out of state. Basically, I think the difference is probably that you are a bit more adventurous than I, so I enjoy staying in a place that fits most of my wants while you like to travel.
