Would this be a possible way out for them… Get a judge they inserted to do a mock trial of them (non jury). Then be acquit all wrong doing. And thus they will escape any other prosecution due to double jeopardy rule.
I hope they can't do it this way. Or that a Military tribunal will get them if they do.
