Sorry if there's some sort of context in this, but the only thing that relate to America that I get from looking at this mayor is that he is a Trump critic. But even then, why is the protester making shit about Trump and holding an American flag in UK? This make as much sense as Shia putting his HWNDU, an anti-Trump flag, on France/UK.
