I have a sci-fi universe I've been working on, set 30 years in an alternate future with a theoretically ever-expanding timeline to match the current year.

The Hillary timeline crashes into ours and sends us spiralling down into dystopia. I really don't want to live in that world it is a great premise for GURPS. And sadly I don't think there is any inaccuracies in your story if the first slide had come true.
