>>1066Nice double, now I need to figure out what the fuck you are on about.
>>1068Discussion of the finest art of baiting in the internet of course
>>1066I once made a thread on the official D&D forum called "What do hitpoints mean?". 50 pages of people flaming over the true meaning of hitpoints. The fishes were biting good at day.
>>1066in like 2001, i frequented a random AIM forum (like for aol instant messenger buddy icons and stuff like that). one day i was bored and i decided to go to a different AIM forum and be an asshole, then tell them i was from [other AIM forum] which started an all out war.
>>1088>trolling on AIMclassic, I remember using a cheap headsets left speaker as a mic so I could annoy people on public yahoo chats. Along with some good ol VH if you know what I mean.
Anybody got so good at trolling that they look like the victim?
>>1066Anyone remember bait-posting on Napster? Me n some fellas would LARP as whorish 13 year olds and screen-cap dialogues with pedos and post 'em online.
>>1133checked, I do remember something silly you could do on Kazaa similar to that with bing able to communicate with host through torrent. Kazaa was the bees knees.
I once saw Ebaumsworld make a bunch of people have seizures from hacking the Epilepsy Foundation forums.
>>2260think I remember reading about that, there is some clips and articles about it still.
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/epilepsy-site-hacked-with-seizure-images/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwwDutZgQrQI miss simple little gags like this, most recent being when the BLM website was messed with and left with chicken on their main page, sadly i cant find the screenshot anywhere. might be on another computer.
I don't know if this counts as trolling, but sometimes I do small things to people or their stuff without their knowledge, act like I did something huge, then scream "GET PRANKED" when they finally figure out what I did.
Back in the day of Diablo 2 me and a buddy used to tell people that to get triple rewards from hell Baal, you had to hit alt-f4 right before he dies. They would leave and he'd die giving those who stayed the same bonuses that would have been gotten if they'd have stayed. Rewards were based off of people in the room so if you had 8 people and 5 dropped at the right time, the three would get the rewards from 8 people.
>>2260>>2261Was it really Ebaumsworld or 4chan? I remember hearing that Ebaumsworld was used to blame much like how 8chan used 4chan to blame some time ago. Being a newfag, I wouldn't know for absolute certain.
I troll this faggoty normie app called whisper. Specifically the unpopular opinions page. I post hyper politically correct opinions to make the left look bad and piss people off.
