What kind of xeon? When I looked up Xeons I saw ones priced 500-2000.

E3-1220 v2/v3 are consistently priced at 25 dollars. Only downside is, they don't have igpu.

The phenoms don't have them either. So I'm waiting for a Xeon at the moment. It is just as cheap as an old core-I3, so I figured it would be a better deal when I already have a cheap gpu, which is faster than most igpu's.

Ahh, all those mislabeled songs from everyone's "downloads" folder. Those things I thought were musical crashes of cymbals for some reason we're just audio compression artefacts.
