Why do you want it back up? Here is better.
>>890I am addicted to the posting speed of 4chan
>>893It takes 2 months to break an addiction anon, I believe in you.
>>899and it takes 900 seconds to post on 4chan
>>893That's literally just discord secondaries and trolls. 4chan being down filtered them out and showed how small the real community actually is.
>>909>paying for shitpostingwhy? Neither jannies nor mods need any pay
>>911it's the only way to post with a vpn
which is gay because you have to pay for a usuable vpn
everything is gay
>>915and yet somehow 4chan.gay allowed one to post with a VPN and without 4chpass
>>919that shit barely ever worked and got shut down in a month anyway
>>921so? 4chan.org barely worked and got shut down in two decades
>>887they need more ponies before it can start working again
>>3060lol they are really desperate to get some allies now that most people are jum, ping on them
were they really thinking about us when they made that post
>>3107considering that when we went down on April Fools we briefly escaped containment and reminded everyone we exist, I wouldn't be surprised
>>890none of the copechans have all of the content i enjoyed in any significant capacity, if at all. i think mlpol is marginally better than nhnb, but i didnt just post on /mlp/ and all my usual stomping grounds on the other boards are gone too
>>4437then help make it better. Personally I never used 4chins because of how they regulate crap whimsically. Here is nice because I can much more effectively blogpost about soap, snowpity, healthy living with mares, and similar topics required for living with mares.
>>4440This
>>4437While this site obviously has a bias for ponies and gassing jews (not exclusively) that doesn't mean it can't be made more accommodating to other groups and interests. /ck/ fags could have their way with /ub/, along with /fit/, /lit/, /adv/ and others. What you see so far is what we've done for ourselves
>>44378chan.moe is probably the only place with an active /v/ and /trash/
There's an entirely unused /a/ board,....
>>4463believe it or not, I come from a completely different part of the 'fun internet' called IRC. Knew about 4chins and others but never used them. Certainly felt the echo of mountains moving when mlpol was created, but shrugged it off, never bothered to look into why. Too much stuff to do.
sometime later mlpol.net came up in casual conversation, don't even remember where. Enjoyed the politics and ponies and general "be yourself" that I occasionally engage and make a few high quality threads with research and effort behind them.
Sometime later I would glance at a thread or two on /mlp/ but meh, too many fagoids and transniggers.
The only thing I wish is that mlpol had secret santa event.
>>3110probably accelerated the attack by sharty even
least thats what ive assumed
>>4477NTA but where can I find good IRCs?
>>4477What servers do you use for pony poni?
>>4511>>4517Not the same anon, but outside of free-software projects, IRC was left to die. The only pony network I know is canternet, but it's pretty rulecucked. Though if you're interested, we could make a channel there or I could host a new network.
>>4521soap made an mlpol channel like yesterday on canternet I think
>>4511>>4517>>4521>>4524it was here
https://mlpol.net/mlpol/377109#384966 - will link the pictures here too.
Canternet was set up by a guy I know sometime during season 1. Fantastic guy and is pretty based. There used to be a second pony IRC network but I think it has been kill for a while now.
I just hate discord so much, and IRC doesn't require an account to jump in and chat. XMPP and matrix require accounts to be made.
nobody in the #mlpol channel right now, and it is unknown when he will get the web-client working with the website (canternet.org) working again. For now an IRC client like hexchat needs to be used.
>>4440>>4442Okay zigger, none of you faggots know what its like to support a board that gets maybe 1 or two posts a month. Mlpol is lucky but its also desolate compared to even one to two generals on /a/ and vg. And this site isnt going to bring in the yotsuba crowd no matter how much i wish otherwise. Its a great pone altboard but it will do less than nothing to replace the other hobby boards. Also post on /fanfic/, you wont!
>>4621>post on /fanfic/, you wont!Amazing, how did you know that? I hadn't even...
>>4621where is /fanfic/? there was a writethread on mlpol, but I can't creative write anything. Everything I do is way too technical.
You can see yourself in the mares for manufacturing matters thread and the soap thread.
May Vlad the Impaler visit you in your dreams.
>>4629Nta but I too would like to know that. Also what board should I use if I wanted to run a quest based thread?
>>4645>quest threadlike an RPG? there is an active play-by-post on mlpol right now, been going on for a while.
>>4658That would be expressly permissible on /mlpol/, /poner/, and /vx/, though it's particularly suited to /vx/
>>4658>>4660Hmm, I see. There isn't a support for dice rolling Thu?
>>4669From the Help section in Options
>To roll a dice just enter the dice roll you want to roll directly in the body.>Ex: To roll one d20 type [1d20 = 17]>Ex: To roll ten d100 type [10d100 = 493]>Ex: To roll two d10 and add 44 type [2d10+44 = (12+44) = 56]>You can maximum roll 99 d99999 dices and add 99999>To roll multiple dice just add or subtract the dice roll you want to roll directly in the body. >Ex: To roll 1d20 + 3d2 type
[d20+3d2 = (7+6) = 13] >Ex: To roll 1d3 + 6d5 - 1d10 type
[1d3+6d5-1d10 = (3+16-8) = 11]>You can maximum roll three dices >>4669There is in fact support for dice rolling right here on the site. Just put the number of dice you want to roll, the sides on each die, and add or subtract any modifiers you want, and put it all in brackets. Like, if I wanted to roll 1d20+1, it would look like...
[1d20+1 = (3+1) = 4] >>4686>>4687Hmm, I may have a moment of retardation, could you guys screenshot how it supposed look in the post to roll the dice?
>>4689Click Options in the upper right hand corner, and click on help.
>>4686Put the 1d20+1 in between [ ]
>>890I need to post updates on the mod I'm working on for /v/
>>4459plus4chan is /co/ I think?, I miss it too it was my homeboard
>>4618>I just hate discord so much, and IRC doesn't require an account to jump in and chat.OK boomer.
Except you need to register to protect your nick. And you need your own server if you want to have chat history. And everyone in the room knows your IP when you connect.
>>6993At least IRC does not have you pay for features that were free in MSN messenger or 2013 Raidcall.
4chan is working again kinda
>>6993>Except you need to register to protect your nick.Registring nick is the equivalent of tripfagging, who cares?
>And you need your own server if you want to have chat history.IRC doesn't have the functionality to save log at all. The workaround is having a single idle account exists for the sole purpose of saving logs and serves it to the others.
>IPdon't care. Hack me
>>6993>chat histBot or just stay conned using a VPS or something
>everyone in the room knows your IP when you connect.Just reg your nick. Most servers offer a cloak to hide it. Here is your free (You) btw.
>>7003No way they reworked all the issues to compensate the source code being leaked so soon. That shit will be target of exploits for years to come.
