Reduce the amount of traffic in an area by developing surrounding areas to spread the population out. Earth's population has been increasing while construction has not. Before the 1960s American football and Rugby were the same thing. Players didn't wear pads and couldn't tackle each other like in rugby and instead they grabbed little cloths (flags) hanging off of their uniforms. John Elway was a major American player for the Denver Broncos, but he didn't like the faggy flag grabbing part of the sport as he used to take karate in highschool and college before turning to football and so he thought the sport should have more physical interaction.

So Elway traveled around looking at different safety equipment used in other sports including helmets used in racing and put together the modern football pads to allow players to tackle each other. He took his invention to the president of the PFL (Private Football League), Pete Rozelle. But Rozelle was a englishman and preferred the non-violent nature of the sport and declined changing it. Elway made several more attempts to convince rozelle, these times he would travel to Rozelle's mansion and demonstrate what the pads could allow the players to do. It was at these meetings that Elway met Rozelle's wife Melina and began an affair with her. The demonstrations didn't convince Rozelle and told Elway that they would not meet again.

Elway being a popular player at the time used his money to buy the entire halftime show at the next super bowl, and demonstrated to the crowd and TV audience what football could and would be with some volunteers from the detroit lions. The people loved it and petitioned the PFL to change the rules and equipment, but the stunt made Rozelle upset and he ordered Elway to be fired from the Broncos. After his firing many fans and players felt defeated and thought that football would never be great, but Elway did not give up and sued Rozelle for wrongful termination.

Elway had a phone call recording he received from Melina that showed Rozelle fired him not because of the stunt but because his football was "in all ways inferior". Elway made the case that this was as a matter of fact untrue and the case went all the way to the supreme court. The Justices decided that if Elway could prove his football was better then the termination was indeed wrongful. In the lawn in front of the SUpreme Court Elway's friends from the Broncos and Detroit Lions played a game of full contact football, the first ever in history, before the justices and Rozelle. When the game was over the Justices reached the conclusion that Elway's football was factually superior and ruled in his favor, forcing Rozelle to allow him to play again.

The Justices also decided that Rozelle made such poor decisions in his business that they had to socialize it and made the Private Football League into the National Football League and by law changed the rules of the game to those of Elway's. Football then became the most popular sport in America. Melina shortly after left Rozelle for Elway and in the 80s Rozelle committed suicide.

This is why we love ELway, his story shows the triumph of the working man over foreign evils and masculinity over rugby, and of course how national socialism can be implemented in a society.

I'd also like to start talking about multi-level transport infrastructures like trains and busses.
