>Spain, Portugal and France have been hit by widespread blackouts, with millions plunged into darkness amid scenes of mayhem across major European cities.>Spanish officials have said they are investigating the possibility of the blackouts being triggered by a devastating cyber attackhttps://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14655567/power-outage-Spain-Portugal-travel-chaos.html>A huge power outage has plunged swathes of Spain, Portugal and parts of France into chaos today, knocking out electricity, internet and phone lines across major cities.>Spain’s national rail operator Renfe confirmed the country’s “entire National Electricity Grid was cut off” at 12:30 local time (11:30 BST). All trains were halted with no departures from any station.https://www.energylivenews.com/2025/04/28/breaking-massive-power-outage-hits-europe/Weirdly the UK is suffering powerages at roughly the same time, but nothing is being reported by the MSM. Can other European countries confirm if they are having outages?
https://www.ukpowernetworks.co.uk/power-cut/listhttps://ukpowernetworks.opendatasoft.com/explore/dataset/ukpn-live-faults/custom/ The more dependent you make yourself on technology, the more fucked you are when it fails.
>>388469How interconnected are these systems? If they are strongly interconnected, it’s feasible that a single point of failure brought the entire grid down.
>>388469it is ether iran's cyber attacks or hezbullahz or houthis
that is my guess
>>388469>Can other European countries confirm if they are having outages?been normal here and no distributor map shows any major outages, but couldn't be much more away from said ground zero.
also going to laugh my ass off if it was due some nigger trying to steal copper
>>388485Theres an energy relationship with the UK and France, I'm not sure about Frances energy relationship with other countries though.
>>388486Why not israel? They've done it before with Stuxnet.
>>388492The is for checking.

jews really sre serious about this shit
Uhh, sun is going to set soon. I hope the fellow Europoors will have their situation sorted soon, I can easily imagine some low level scum going full antif "peaceful protest" on the town.
Multiple countries at the same time.
During a time of high worldwide political tensions.
During a time of extreme civilizational stress.
I hope for the safety and wellbeing of the sane White Europeans who are being forced by some sort of forces to endure this.
I'm honestly not sure how to evaluate this, given the background bullshit that we're all living under, but I sure hope nothing extremely nefarious is happening.
>>388469It was me. I did it. And I will do it again.
>>388469guys... it was the great hacker known as "4chan"
>>388540Bloody suicide showers shorting out the main powergrid.
the lights are going out…but they won’t tell you the real reason why. please prepare.

Apparently we have power back for our European frens.
Jolly Heretic says that it basically got windy and caused a disconnect.
Also, people are too retarded to keep complex systems running. The competency crisis is predictably starting to cause things to break down. Even the normal white society has less selection pressure once we figured out things like modern medicine. The racial tard importation and ruling class getting more retarded over time is making things get worse a lot faster than normal.
> The competency crisis is predictably starting to cause things to break down
Technology has diminishing returns at some point and I think we've already crossed that point.
1. Manufactured obsolescence
2. Education bubble
3. Technological containment
4. Automation bias
5. Cognitive overload
6. Digital fragmentation
...
Laugh all you want, but how are you gonna pay with Bitcoin if the grid goes down? Like today in Spain, Portugal, and France…. just saying.
>>388728those who use crypto in else but silly speculation (and a decade ago perhaps a hobby) deserve this
>>388595>Manufactured obsolescenceGovernment regulations restricting competition in the market allowing lazy buisness practices thus slowing innovation.
>Education bubbleGovernment watering down degrees, demanding everyone (downies included) gets a place at university, lowing test stands for niggers and chavs.
>Automation biasSounds like a competition problem again; companies using sloppy methods would be outcompeted if competition is allowed to exist. Also smart people are less likely to fall for this problem.
>Technological containment>Cognitive overload>Digital fragmentationNot heard of these, you can explain how the “low hanging fruit has been picked” argument relates.
>>388728The idea behind cryptocurrencies is to facilitate trade while reducing the government’s ability to meddle. It’s assumed the environment you’re living in is a complex functioning civilization. If your expect civilization to decline to the point that internet communication is impractical, you might plan to use something other than cryptocurrencies.
I think the reason why so many forward-looking people promote crypto is because we generally don’t expect a civilization to decline that fast. With crypto, you can consider moving your easily transportable crypto assets abroad due to some local calamity; this scenario is more reasonable to expect than the country relying on portable generators and losing all internet access, mandating bullets and gold for value.
This is just the beginning. Europe will be seeing more of this kind of disruption in the future. Power outages like in America will become the norm. Get a generator, stock up on food and water (and gas, obviously), it'll help you survive for a few more years. Though I wouldn't bother too much with "prepping". It's useless in Europe since you can't own weapons to defend yourself with, and when shit really hits the fan, that will be the main necessity.
>>388775Technological containtment is people, governments trying to slow down technological advances to avoid negative consequences
Cognitive overload is the same as the competency crisis but a bit wider in scope
Digital fragmentation is the polarising effect digital media tend to have on populations
>>389033You can only keep what you can defend.
Just don't get carried away.
