I have to be honest, I'm feeling pretty damn good about the future right now. First thing I saw in my news feed when I woke up this morning was an article about how Elon Musk's DOGE department is official now and how he and the guy who founded Palantir are already brainstorming lists of massive shit that can be chopped from the Federal budget. I suppose it's still possible that this could all go tits up and end in massive disappointment, but even so it feels like we've legitimately turned a corner and good things are ahead. Blackpills are on suicide watch and I feel great.

I was moderately blackpilled going into the election. Thought nothing would ever be fixed until it all crashes and something new arises, but thats okay because my goat is happy.
Still I don't know what will come of the results, but the optimism is tangible and that makes everything better. Like a big wave of happy relief swept over everything.
Personally I believe that we finally had a real election again, which is huge.
I'm a lot happier, too. Optimism is contagious.
