Some like quite nice, but for what do they exist? Some sick A.I. purgatory of ideas, infiltrating our minds with this soulless creations.

I don't know about soulless. When I AI generate 50 ponies at once, pick my favourites, save them in another folder, keep generating 50 ponies at a time to weed out the week, and eventually get a collection of ponies I like the traits of, when I draw that pony myself using the AI generated art as reference material and decide what kind of personality and backstory she has based on her physical features and coloration, isn't that an expression of soul? It's a genetic algorithm powered by the human psyche. The weak die out and get deleted while the strong beautiful mares breed and reproduce their visual genes to the next generation based on whether I would smash or pass.
