This particular beginning is heavily seasoned with enthusiasm and delight. Hot on the heels of killing a bunch of We Wuz, the party almost shattered for several reasons, both in-game and out. In spite of it all, the characters continue on their quest to do,... well,... stuff.
Trumpaladin has been gifted a quest from Lord John Elway. Infernius has been gifted a quest from the Fuhrer, Tracy wants to stab more shit, Torcuil is beginning to get clever with his use of Snek not like that you perv and Thez is thanking her lucky stars that she even exists anymore.

I'll take the intervening period to comment; it has occurred to me that there is room for improvement in administering a dungeon crawl. In spite if preparation, the illustration and playing-out of the scene is a bit cumbersome compared to a more open-world environment. Additionally I'm looking at modifying the rules, to enable for more rapid transition from sneaky or speedy ex[ploration to fighting and back. I like the initiated movement/combat system, where there is an order even in null-attack phases, but it needs work. Thoughts?

I'd like to investigate this place to see how it's been unhallowed: if it has a nucleaus of enchantment, or if every grain of material itself has had the spell cast on it.

You'd probably need a Spellcraft DC of at least 40, and a week or two to develop the spell, but It'd probably be Conjuration-type seed to drain energy from a place of power, and transmutation-type and convert it to something else useful.
After epic level, you can make your own spells that can do almost anything.

I didn't read very much about epic spellcasting because it makes me jelly

Actually, the Energy seed is Evocation, combined with Transform that'd be a Spellcraft DC of 40, but that's the full extent of what I know about Epic Spellcasting.
I think you might need a feat too.

I kind of like your previous idea. Mount horse/in a move action then spur horse with a standard action (Trumpaladin) and Change shape with move action then fly down hall at 110 using the high flying maneuverability of the cauchemar to turn corners with only a small movement penalty
If she's between his legs, he's technically
already mounted, so all she has to do id walk forward a bit while transforming and you can skip the action altogether.

If GM will pass that, then sure. Move forward in a move action and turn down the hall, then turn right (left from our perspective) down the only hallway he could have gone down, and go down that way until we either find him, have explored all the halls, or something attacks. If he never went down that hall then Thez and Tocuil have the other possibility covered. If he is spotted, then Trumpaladin can use the rope to capture him as Trachemar prepares a grapple or intimidate or something a bit sturdier to keep him>>49028
