What it is? Its an ongoing thread-based fantasy RPG
What it do? Players do their thing based off dice scripts and 3.5e D&D as a rules baseline.
Throughout the week we shitpost at one another and on weekends we kill shit or surmount some form of obstacle. New players always welcome.
The party currently has a trebuchet, a series of cannons, and an airship with another series of cannons aimed at a floating black pyramid just out from the docks of Port Barry. Its not actually a pyramid, its an octahedron, but its half submerged. Some quick thinking from the resident Mage kept it from teleporting away and escaping, and now the party is looking to crack that bitch open and see what sorta toys are inside. And kill shit.

So yeah, the party shrewdly avoided not only waking up in the Entertron (mostly) but also avoided blowing up a whole bunch of cool items (and most of their own).

>>46215My character doesn't have six gorrillion sneak attack damage or seven gorillion strength, nor the giant list of spells of either a cleric or a sorcerer, and Infernius is his equal in followers even though Trumpaladin has higher charisma and more time spent trying to woo the townsfolk. The
only advantage, besides a very high AC - the only way in which he is unique at all - is a powerful special mount. A fucking Roc at base is stronger even than a buffed dragonne or most of the party members
>>46221Oh just take the periphat. The wisdom is still easily enchanced
>>46218Alright, what are these things?
If you didn't try to cheat the game a literal three new and significant times a day, I don't think I would care so much, but you do
I don' want to be left behind from cheats and from abuses
>>46236How is using a canon spell to teach birdies to talk (months from now; I wouldn't do it to them when they're small) a cheat?
And how is opening a monster ranch leaving you behind? Both you and Infernius have established churches and small task forces, I just want to gather cool animals, and not even for work-related shit. I mentioned near the beginning of the game that Tracy wanted to buy-up land in a rural area to raise her child, why can't I have a ranch to go with it?
>>46237The cheating is on
everything else. But those eggs were just handed to you when you should have thought up a strategy to actually find them. Or handle the dad. Or how to get them back. Rather than "she flies and goes ethereal for 20 minutes and Thez carries them back"
The DC to rear a Roc is 33 and you can't retry. Have you rolled for each bird yet?
>>46237Each of those Rocs is stronger than 13 or 15 level 5 fighters combined
>>46237If you want to Awaken an animal with as many Hit Die as a Roc, you'll have to succeed on a Will Save roll of 28, in addition to the 250 xp it will cost you
>>46238M8, do I police you on your nonexistent Use Magick Device rolls every time you you a bought scroll to try to calm the emotions of a character you previously killed (DC 22 minimum)? I asked 6 gorrilion questions about animal-rearing, and it was said that it was feasible. They don't have anywhere near 18 HD at this age either (maybe 2 max)
>>46240>AwakenIt was just an idea for future thought, and I already know the cost.
>>46239They're not fighters; they're her babies. She's not going to use them to do her dirty work.
>>46241I'm absolutely holding you to it, if you're going to get attack animals out of it that are each more powerful than individual player characters. Roll a 33 on Handle Animal
The scroll doesn't need a spell a raft check because it's a spell he can cast and is well within caster level. It was used exactly once thus far to calm a character who may not have needed it at all, and who is not a fucking CR9 animal with 207 HP and 34 strength

>>46258"We should put a leash on him and have Bones take him for walks!"
Also, someone should divest

Reee! I already specified that I killed him! Stop trying to deprive me of the glory!
>>46260"Already covered."
Trump's faggot did say he wanted to try waterboarding, right?
>>46261Oh stop it. Even if he's not totally destroyed, you were still the one who defeated him.
>>46263This slight shall be remembered Tracy's faggot
Before going any further, I have to give credit. That encounter, especially considering how it began, could and should have gone ever so much worse. The layout of the room, the introduction of the mummies, and particularly the formation they assumed when they became active,
should have resulted in the big one buffing the hell out of the smaller ones, while the smaller ones take the party apart, starting with Torcuil (cuz squishy). The wolf boots move was brilliant. Secondly, I'm surprised that no one responded with "Mummies? Fire!" which is the 'conventional' response (good thing Lenos wasn't here). In that event, the room would have been catastrophically destroyed, wiping out most of the items and loot, and ending the encounter in the entertron with no experience (and potentially destroying personal items as well).
Also, I've been thinking. I know Tracy wants a new lair, and I know she's obsessed with it being sekret,... but what about Durpistan? Its an entire city filled with corpses, still painted red all over. And that's without the improvements that have been made since Kiynen moved in.
>>46265I'm not being contentious about the mummy, but that is what Thez would say, and while I'm open to correction, I don't recall Trump stating to kill that particular one.
>>46265You know you can still get XP for defeating an enemy in an encounter even if you don't completely destroy them, right?
Have some Paladin memes for compensation.
>>46266I want to make it into a new and thriving mining city though
>Improvements since Kiynen moved inKnew we shouldn't have trusted that fucking dragon
>>46266Kiynen's old bog is legit secret though - it isn't obvious, plainly visible, and on the map or highway like Durpistan is. It's also unoccupied and a spoopy bog
>>46266Killy moved to Durpistan? I thought she went to the ocean after that stop?
>>46269Nobody ever goes to Durpistan though.
>>46268Can't it be a spoopy thriving mining city?
>improvementsActually, Trump might not dislike it entirely.
>>46269True, but its alot less spoopy since she left.
>>46270Durpistan is where she sleeps. She's much more active since she has a stable and constant food supply (the zombies still, but they're ripe now), a proper lair, and doesn't have to barter with Trolls.
>>46270It has a mine. I want to mine resources because that's the missing piece we need for Trade with Krenshall. The forest beyond the bog has Blair Witch and Wickerman shit on it anyways
How to you torture information out of a mummy?
Maybe we can rebuke him with slabs of bacon.
>>46273Holy water and Paladin's lay of hands
>BaconLol, I like that too

>>46274Holy water would just kill him.
He'd be all "Allah hu Akbar" about it since he's probably a Cleric, so try the bacon to scare him shitless.
>>46275>>46266I'm not lying when I say I unironically believed the room might be filled with dynamite. They're Arabs after all.
>>46275Casting Meteor swarm inside an enclosed space would've killed us all regardless.
Actually, since he's only got a tiny bit of HD left, he could almost definitely be rebuked with bacon, if Tracy sets up her Darkskull next to him.
>>46276You're lucky Trump couldn't light the torch, I was 3 lines into the catastrophic explosion when I realized that requires two hands.
>>46277Arabs? Where'd you get that idea?
>>46271The city of durpistan already has infrastructure, arable land, and a mine. I want another place to house a civilian population, and Durpistan is a good choice. The bog and forest can be burned for the ranch land Tracy's faggot wants, but otherwise won't be used at all
>>46277Holy water is what we used on the Vampire in the Court City. It does acid damage, but it probably won't be enough to kill
But let's try the bacon
>>46278This
>sigh
He's a mummy. Mummies are We Wuz, not Allah Akbar.
>>46278I mean, that was a bit of a deciding factor too...

>>46283Good point.
We'll use a job application instead.
>>46286Nah, use a child and say it's theirs
>>46280I had no intention of lighting a torch to begin with, but Tracy's faggot, realizing he knocked his own character out, said "cast daylight!" "Cast daylight!" because he wanted his character to be awoken. So I figured fine, He'd light a torch. Because Daylight is a medium level spell and I didn't want to waste medium level spells when he'd need eagle's splendor and stuff later. When you said "he'd need two hands," I was thinking "goddamn it he can just hold the torch between his knees while he fiddles with a match or flint" But then I thought, "you know what, this asshole cripples my character then his? That bitch can stay unconscious and if we die because of his fuckery then so be it" so I said "yep, he can't light the torch and you are shit out of luck"
>>46286FUCK YES
That and a child support payment order
So, is the party set on taking the loot back and trying again later, or are they going to go deeper into the dungeon?
>>46289I think the later. It should be easy enough to move loot out though
>>46289The coffins account for 10 of the art pieces. Retaining them would necessitate a trip back outside.
>>46292Take them to the hole, and put them in boats an have 'em taken back to the tower by NPCs. It wouldn't take long at all
>>46288>>46286I can't remember how many ranks I had Tracy put into forgery, but that could work.

>>46297>This spooky and ominus postUh uh! Fae, who can cast zeroth level cleric spells, uses detect magic on the coffins
>>46298I'm most concerned about organized groups of Lichs and similar leaders
>>46299The magic on them is residual, and to do with the mummies themselves.
I just mean to say, that there will be other opportunities for the party to

Tracy makes a search check to detect Traps on the way back.
>>46300It wouldn't be a dungeon without traps.
>>46300>>46300Just making sure it's safe for display in the Trump Museum and Art Gallery in Port Barry Trumpaladin will be opening and Felicia will be curating...
In the late 1890's a rich, young Englishman visiting the archaeological digs near Luxor purchased the coffin and mummy of The Princess of Amen-Ra. He arranged for it to be shipped back to his home, but was not there to receive it. He disappeared, never to be found. One of his companions on the trip later died, another lost an arm in an accident and a third lost his fortune in a bank failure.
The coffin reached England and was purchased by a businessman. Three members of the businessman's household were injured in an auto accident and his house caught on fire. Convinced that the mummy was unlucky, the man donated it to the British Museum.
The staff at the museum reported hearing loud banging and crying noises coming from the coffin at night. Things were thrown around the exhibit room without explanation. Finally a watchman died. Then a photographer took a photo of the coffin. When he developed it, the image that appeared was so horrifying that the photographer killed himself.
The museum wanted to get rid of the unlucky mummy, but with it's reputation they could not even give it away. Finally, an American archaeologist, who didn't believe in the stories, purchased the mummy and coffin and had it sent back to the states on board the Titanic. >>46302Trumpaladin comes across a beautiful Mare, who seems to be held hostage

>>46325M8, I didn't object at all when you took everything magical in Killy's hoard, or when you took Ruth's +5 bracers for yourself, because I knew right off the bat that you'd want them and that they'd be useful to your character; I didn't even make a claim for anything since then, because I didn't want to cause drama by taking things she didn't need out of the loot. Charisma is the key attribute for a paladin because it boosts saving throws, helps with lay of hands and smite evil, but most importantly I need a high score for several epic feats later. And I'm very far from that high score
You were wizard for like 4 months. That reallies on Int, which you have 2 points more of than charisma and you won't need to fight me for it. You can fight Tracy's faggot instead

>>46343If it's wisdom, let Trumpaladin read the tome and give the Periphat to Tracy, so Tracy gets +4 wisdom and 13 wisdom overall but still has time to feed her birds and train for feats
>>46346The reason is:
Wizards have to prepare their spells daily, which at the very least requires an hour for 1 spell or 8 hours for all of them. Further, they have to maintain the capacity to keep all their components on hand or within easy reach but
without them coming into contact (oh hey, wasn't there a robe that did that?).
>>46348Oh ffs it
is wisdom, +3. I got that off a natural roll on Thez' dice, back before the pyramid showed up.

She needs an engagement gift
>>46361That word is unspellable
>>46362The Periapt can be modified to attach to Tracy's collar.
>>46363>>46349Tell you what GM. Trumpaladin will cede the Tome to Tracy's Faggot, but lay tentative claim to the Robe with option to give to Infernius (maybe Torcuil?) after finding out what it is.
That way, Tracy's faggot can gain +3 wisdom, but lose out on +4 wisdom and an entire week that could have been dedicated to item crafting, animal rearing, or feat training, and Trumpaladin can keep the +4 Periapt
GM, Can I get a list of everything thats currently unclaimed?
>>46362>Is a ring of animal friendship really more usefulI thought it'd be the item most similar to her iconic /mlp/-collar, because Friendship is Magick.
Also, why do you want to increase his Wis so much? None of his spells have notable saving throws, and he's already got enough Wis to cast all of his spells. He can cast Owl's Wisdom when he needs a boost anyway.
>>46365Those goats would make ebin mounts, fyi.

>>46366Then again, they're very limited in use.
>>46365You're gonna love the Goats. But so will Infernius and Tracy's faggot
>>46366The original reason I wanted it was specifically to give to Tracy. But I later realized that Paladins have damn near no spells. A level 17 paladin can only cast one level 4 spell a day. But a level 17 paladin can cast two level 4 spells a day. I hate having to debate with myself whether it's worth it to cast death ward now or keep until later, or chose between death ward and holy sword, and there really is no good reason Tracy should have had to roll a saving throw on a finger of death in the charge against RBG. Wisdom also helps with Sense Motive, which is one of the skills I actually use, although not by a massive margin
>>46367They're almost definitely Figurines of wonderous power:
>The Goat of Traveling: This statuette provides a speedy and enduring mount equal to that of a heavy horse in every way except appearance. The goat can travel for a maximum of one day each week—continuously or in any combination of periods totaling 24 hours. At this point, or when the command word is uttered, it returns to its statuette form for not less than one day before it can again be used.>The Goat of Travail: This statuette becomes an enormous creature, larger than a bull, with the statistics of a nightmare except for the addition of a pair of wicked horns of exceptional size (damage 1d8+4 for each horn). If it is charging to attack, it may only use its horns (but add 6 points of damage to each successful attack in that round). It can be called to life just once per month for up to 12 hours at a time.>The Goat of Terror: When called upon with the proper command word, this statuette becomes a destrier-like mount, with the statistics of a light warhorse. However, its rider can employ the goat’s horns as weapons (one horn as a +3 heavy lance, the other as a +5 longsword). When ridden in an attack against an opponent, the goat of terror radiates fear as the spell in a 30-foot radius (Will DC 16 partial). It can be used once every two weeks for up to 3 hours per use. >>46364Nice pali. Its a party decision, not a GM one.
>>46365No, cuz 1. I'm not sure who has/gets what since the party gave it to NPCs to transport it. 2. I don't know who has 'claim' on whatever yet. Here IS a list of everything, including King Doot's swag.

>>46378He probably knows what it is. With an Intelligence check, Trump might realize that it bears a resemblance (though obviously different make) to the Rod that spews kittens n shit.
>>46379I do not know what the rod is
I don't like fighting over shit when I have no idea what most of it is. Let's wait until we know what we are fighting over, then we kill each other over it
>>46380So it's a monster summoning rod? Sounds like Tracy material
>>46382Very good point
>>46381I don't want anything but the rod and the tome, desu. Tracy's slots are full.
>>46381Ive already claimed the rod m8
>>46384That's a large portion of the take. The biggest portion
>>46385Fight Tracy over it
>>46383>monster summoningNot even close
>>46385There is unresolved contention of claims.
>>46384The rod is the only thing i want.
"Those goats are cute, but they don't have any gems on them. Yet." ^_^
>>46390>>46387The rod appears to be a lordy might rod, which gives a shit load of reasonably powerful weapons and a few other boosts
>>46384These are big items, so this will be remembered in the next set of loot. I want the next tome if charisma strength constitution or wisdom.
>>46391>>46391*stares*
"Gems will be liquidated to help with the next massive building project, whenever that's coming"
>>46390I guess you did ask for it first...
I know only one rod with buttons on it, a I
really wanted that one, but okay..
>>46393Let Thez have her jewelry.
>>46391"Gems?"
They are earth goats right? Or are they pastel colored goats?
>>46394Ill let you have my pick for the next loot we get.
>>46395Thez isn't using it as jewelry
I don't want to just conquer the planet. I want to
shape it. A highway will cost money, as will a brewery. The upcoming art gallery. A market. A stadium in Sparintenar. An entirely rebuilt Court City
>>46397There are actually very many items in the loot that might be good for Infernius
>>46391pls tell what robe, ring, and half plate armor are
*rushes back to tower and shows lenos*
>>46393"Tryyyy aaaaand stop-meeeee" she sing-songs back, smiling.
>>46398Dont forget my space aryan project.
>>46401Also this. Moonbase when?
>>46399Half-plate is probably a a +2 suit
>>46402Fool!
>>46406
No. I wanna see him explode.
>>46399"I dunno, but that armor is reeeeeally pretty and shiny, aesthetically speaking. The ring almost has a flame motif to it, with the gems and all and the shape of it. The robe,... I dunno." shrugs.
>>46402>>46406<whoooof>>stop her >>46404When torculi invents rocketry.
I have to defend muh waifu friend.
>>46382Just click "last 50 posts"
>>46410Give Torc a couple days
So, can Torc look at the scroll?
>>46409I press the buttons on the rod.
[1d20+1 = 15]>>46409Trumpaladin has now seen a robe of scintillating colors, a cloak of charisma, and a robe of infinite pockets. Roll for intelligence check
>>46410And I have to defend the future of the white race. That will require resources
>>46413Are you seriously thinking about saving our people?
>>46411Oh, right.
Someone gibs a good new bread meme about parties fighting over loot while I bake.....
>>46412,,, what happens next.
^_^
>>46414Saving is not enough. I want to make them
great again >>46415Tentatively laying claim to armor
>>46415Do skeletons pop out get on the floor and walk the dinosaur?
>>46416Your right we do need to fix the jewish marxist programming.
>>46408Not as good as the one you've got though.
Infernius should wear it.
>>46413Everyone gets a cut of the loot, m8. Thez only asked for the shiny things.
>>46415>pic >>46420But putting it on goats? Sell them and use the down payment for a brewery Durpistan when we colonize it
>>46419Definitely. There is so much that can be done
>>46420I don't know what the hell the armor is. I want to know first
>>46420No, she said she was going to make them shiny. I never emphasized this entirely, but Uatchit - which was an Ebony Fly - is now a Gold and gem-studded Ebony fly of exquisite appearance. She's just gonna do that to the goats, she's not claiming them.
"Shut up and bake faggot!"
>>46421>I want to know firstYou'd probably have to go back and ask Lenos then.
>>46425See
>>46399I'd be just fine if we all waited until the next set of loot to start fighting over the combined horde, but if we need to fight over it
now I want to know what we are fighting over
