Now the real question is...are you going back to 4chan or would you stay and lurk around and post pone?
or being at both 4chan and other decreamitized/mlp/ sites (/mlpol , nhnb etc)
i know i am making too many threads rn
>>8262>i know i am making too many threads rnLol, you haven't even begun. Once upon a time, a poster spammed "Hi anon" threads so much that they made a rule. The rule is probably gone now with the global rule change, but you're vanilla.
fuck i was gonna make 4chan not spoil it

>>8264oh okay so now i am relief-ed
>>8262autistic multipageboarding as before
I was never able to make 5 posts in one day when I ventured outside of /pol/ without getting banned. That faggot ass shithole just isn't for me any more.
I'm going to stay here because
1) I have faith in pupperwolf; there's still some little bugs here and there to be ironed out but he seems motivated, reliable, capable and friendly
2) the pony defense system is quite interesting
3) the board is slower, but the quality is higher less cortisol and time wasting and no good reason to keep (doom) scrolling overall healthier for you mind
4) as of yet I have no reason to assume there's been some glowniggery behind the scenes of this place, which is also a bonus
So I'll probably use this board as my main for now. Occasionally browse 4pol for skim for interest and make an effort to repost or create content for this place.
I just wanna look at and post pones. I will probably stay here unless it dies entirely. I will also maybe check in on /mlp/ sometimes for the same reason. But, being this is a pony site primarily, I like it more.

also i realized there are pony emotes as well
>>8290what pony defense system?
Probably. Seems comfy here, and I don’t engage as much or as often, which is probably better for me. I need to take care of my real world stuff as well.
>>8311The pony defense system (PDS) consists of a number of user-generated protocols to combat detractors, shills, and otherwise undesirables. The lines of defense consist of:
1. Horspussy. In all fields. I'm not even kidding. If mods see a porn dump, they're gonna think there's shenanigens. Thats not to say you can only porn-dump when there's shenanigens afoot,... technically you SHOULD porn-dump OFTEN, but I digress. It only takes 3 images to wipe the homepage.
2. Report the shit
No seriously, it makes it easier on everyone, because the field for the "reported posts" doesn't involve pictures. Help mods help you
3 Be patient. I know, trust me, it's rage-inducing to see Pizza on the board, but we're well within complicance and regulation. CP is an unfortunate reality for many imageboards, and we do what we must.

Our story begins about 3 years after Hiroshimoot took over. If the donkey show links are to be believed, this puts 4chan at about 2-3 years into the willful negligence that led to recent affairs, and the 1-deciding vote being rendered by a bunch of (evidently) ineffective tranny-jannies.
Yes, draw the conclusions, Mlpol was prevented from being a lasting thing by the very transgender fuckwits that led to the recetnt kerfuffle. Continue

I have no intention on returning back to 4chan /mlp/. Will just alternate between altchans and NHNB because the alternative is even worse. Reddit tier moderation, barbiespam galore and engagement with bots and third-world troglodytes.
>>8607>/nhnb/ and /mlpol/ doesn't seem to have as many generals that I liked and participated inMost of the generals from /mlp/ were remade on one or the other with some dups on both, so which is it that you're missing?

>>8887>Build it and they will comeA lot of eqg is used to troll, but if you write for generals just talk to them about the bunker. nousers has one of my old fav bunkers that couldn't survive at 4cucks pacing but would post now and then over a very long period. One of the reasons people used that bunker was because generally everyone is lazy as fuck and want to have a semblance of familiarity even if it was dead, rather than rebuilding from scratch like on /poner/
>>8854I, for one, did not make any of the generals I frequent. One because, despite being places I like to go to, I still think they're bad for a board as whole, generals bringing general niggers that hole themselves in and never leave. One of them might be seen as fetishy too, even if it didn't start like that, so I would want to bring it up even less.
Then again, I'm not that Anon...
>>8918I tried not to make threads, though I did occasionally remake threads I was writing for, notably the (now dead) Strange Waifu Thread /swt/ which focused on non-pony characters, and I must sadly admit to being part of the perverse mixture of necromancy and spite that kept the Flutterrape thread running for so long.

The new kikecha on 4chan looks like it's actively trying to kill the entire imageboard. For me even when I successfully do the captcha it doesn't let me post again after cooldown. I think I've timed it down to a fucking 1 hour cooldown that will give out a new captcha and not just crap out with verification not required lie.
Anyone else?
>>11660I'm betting you're using a VPN, an "anonymizing browser", and have a Javascript disabled.
>>11661Nope just brave. The whole of /mlp/ looks like it's slowed to a crawl so I feel like I'm not the only one. There's no real active threads. If people can only make one post per hour and many threads are going extremely long without bumps even sitting on page 10 for hours, which usually doesn't happen since the threadwatcher alerts start on page9.
Pic's are supposedly high post rate threads, removing offboard shit like sftrannies there's a distinct chasm missing in activity

I have to either cobble together my own workarounds(notably I do not know JS, just enough general programming principles I can kind-of-sort-of figure out how to force the square block through the round hole) based on context or manually copy in fixes.
>>11677>X hasn't worked with my version of greasemonkey for a couple yearsMaybe you need to manually download newer version of it from the website, for me it works fine
>>11678Well I'll be damned, 23.2 works. I've been using my custom 22.4 for years since the later versions were eating shit(it wouldn't inject/render at all). I still had to make a couple of my own little cosmetic changes(like changing "cross-post" back to the arrow), but all looks well. One of these days I should try to figure out how to remove post-matching hashbangs from links to other thread OPs(/thread/123456#p123456), it's annoying to have to delete the #p123456 every time so refreshing a thread stays where I was at instead of jumping back to the top.
I'm back because the new captchas are fucking awful and I got told my IP was range-banned/had file posting limited due to abuse which I seriously doubt.
>>11713Spur . us might be sharing its IP database with donkey show so yeah it's not great idea to be using 4chan right now
>>11719>Spur.us might be sharing its IP database with sharty>might beHow do you know? Just a guess?
>>11721Yeah it's a guess. To get someone's IP before you needed to subponea an anon, to go through official channels, maybe alert some normie to your operations.
The jannies/moderation were allowing sh4rt' activity and raiding, so you could say they were more or less working together, but it's possible that the jannies couldn't see the IPs with their tools. I think spur does see, and what it does is it provides the criminal element of the glowies to get the IPs through "backchannels" (without alerting the surface level glowies or other operators of this criminal activity), at least that's what I imagine is possible since at the end of the day it's jews pulling the strings even in american intelligence agencies, since and spur is israeli based company it shouldn't be hard for the american jew to get spur data.
>>11719>>11722As far as what spur or 4chan is doing behind the scenes I don't know, but the stuff about IPs here is wildly inaccurate. An IP address is not that hard to get, and it's honestly not that big a deal if somebody gets yours. It's basically just an address assigned to you by your ISP that tells the network where to route the stuff you request. Any website you use is going to have your IP address by default, because if it didn't then the internet wouldn't work. Whether the site itself stores user IPs in the database or makes them viewable to mods/jannies depends on how the site's code works internally, but I would assume they probably do have that information and probably always have. However, again, some random person having your IP address isn't that big a deal in itself.
The concern with an IP address is that your ISP knows which IP address is associated with which customer, so if someone went to your ISP and gave them an IP, they could look it up and see which customer was issued that address. Generally speaking, ISPs don't give this information out unless they're ordered to by the court, and the only time that ever happens is if a given user is doing something illegal, a law enforcement agency has that user's IP address, and they want to know what actual person was making the post. So the only time you'd need to be worried about 4chan having access to your IP address is if you're doing something on 4chan that could attract the attention of law enforcement. Law enforcement would then need to A) get your IP address from 4chan's servers, and B) go through the court system to obtain your personal identity from your ISP. Some tranny-janny on 4chan giving your IP address out to some faggot on the donkey show is basically meaningless. All they could do with it is try to launch some noob-level hacking attacks on you, which these days would be guaranteed to fail unless you're a complete dumbass and you intentionally configured your home network in an unsafe way.
So, I'm not really sure what the concern is here.
>>11723>All they could do with it is try to launch some noob-level hacking attacks on youThen you might not be seeing the big picture
>>11731what is... the big picture?
>"shart"
>being used here

>>11734>what is... the big picture? If your deflection to government hackers is "try to launch some noob-level hacking attacks on you" then you already know
>>11737No that wasn't me, I'm just chiming in.
>>11737So far as I can tell, the "big picture" here is that you don't understand what an IP address is or what it's used for. Every website you've ever visited has your IP address; it's basically public information. What exactly are you worried about?
>>11739They clearly didn't have the data before, because they needed to get spur. Spur has nothing to do with combatting proxies that's just a red herring.
>>11745It kind of feels like we're having two different conversations here. First, who exactly are "they" in this context? Are we talking about 4chan mods? Glowies? What? Second, I'll just repeat my original question: what are you afraid of exactly? So far as I can tell, you're worried about this mystery party having access to lists of user IPs on 4chan, which again isn't that big a deal in itself. Whether or not they had access to it originally or needed Spur to gain said access is beside the point. Unless you're a government agency that can subpoena the ISP to give you more information, there's basically nothing you can do with someone's IP address.
Also:
>Spur has nothing to do with combatting proxies that's just a red herring. What the hell are you even talking about? Who said anything about combatting proxies? What does "combatting proxies" even mean? It's like you're just throwing out random computer terms without understanding what they mean.
>>11746>Are we talking about 4chan modsAll trannies and anti-Whites.
>>11746>Unless you're a government agency that can subpoena the ISP to give you more informationThat's the thing, they don't need to do subponeas when using Spur, because spur provides the contexts for every IP. And this is a criminal government group that will have access to those.
spur is only used when 4chan's in-house bot detection finds you suspicious
only proxyniggers complain about spur because it BTFO'd them so hard they can't spam anymore
>>11751>spur is only used when 4chan's in-house bot detection finds you suspiciousThat's a lie
>only proxyniggers complain about spur because it BTFO'd them so hard they can't spam anymorealso a lie, proxy users found ways to bypass spur, and spur was never implemented to fight the proxy users in the first place.
>>11751The fuck is this post? Well hello there, fellow non-bioluminescent legitimate imageboard user! I, too, think that 4chan is great to use and thiere's nothing going on.
How's Jeb doing? >>11752>That's a liecheck for network connections when you click on "get captcha"
bad IPs get spur domains
>and spur was never implemented to fight the proxy users in the first place.so why the fuck did it break the proxy to the point where leto moved his server to fucking Windows just to get around inconsistent fingerprinting?
>>11754It temporary fucked with some proxy shitters, but that was never the main goal of spur. The goal of spur was to get profiles on users who are anti-Israel, or otherwise dissident and spread information that status quo don't like (red pills on JQ, too much actual data on freemason groups/lodges activity, e.g. local rumors). Leto's group and some other proxy group both found ways to bypass spur very quickly, so it clearly had nothing to do with combatting proxy, the jannies were already in bed with some of that userbase anyway.
Spur was never about banning proxy users, and I'd go as far as to say not even ban household router proxies, it's just so now when they think someone is posting "too hot content" they no longer need to do a subponea (and they probably can't too many times anyway, for it attracts too much attention to all kinds of different ops going on), they can just cross-reference it to the IPs from Spur database. And maybe also forward said information to glowie groups that are actively defending secret societies and other topics (not just on 4chan, but likely on other sites as well), since it wasn't uncommon for someone to post something that went against status quo and masons, for them to get instantly swarmed by sam hyde defense force/thiel's knight brotherhood coming to reassure that no masonry was involved goyim.
