Don't give up anon, you can do the cyoa here.
>>234910I was gonna have to miss tomorrow over personal shit anyway. If porchmonkey doesn't work something out by the time I get back I just might do that. Is there a preferred board on this site for greentext?

>>234907I was writing an extremely long thread that revolved around-fan fiction, specificly OC cerated by /pone/ and ideas for new fan-fictions.
The plan was to cerate a thread in which /pone/ Anons could help each other out by proofreading and reviewing everyones fictions, along with encouraging others to write their own. Although the main point of the thread was to share original ideas for fictions, to hopefully inspire other Anons to incorporate said ideas into their fiction, as well as sharing their own.
I was laying out my plan for a story I'm personly going write, as well sharing a few other ideas that I've garnerd during literally years of autisticlly reading pony fan-fiction, phone in one hand, cock in the other.
Unfortunately, after hearing about the bad news I became too depressed to finish it. I'm thinking of finishing it tomorrow and just uploading it here and on /mlp/ instead. Tha way it'll also be ready for whenever they bring /pone back.
Sure this place takes refugees. Here's where a good chunk of the Anonfilly threads went after they got the can.

>>235415>I wonder if zeronet will become the new free speech place as things escalate into the elections?Unlikely, the big issue is that it hasn't any mod to remove the cancer.

>>235423>That can actually turn out really wellThe example of 4cuck is not enough for you?

According to Jim Watkins, Owner of 8chan, claims that the Manifesto of the Texas shooter WAS NOT posted on 8chan by the shooter. It was allegedly reposted there by a random user after being posted on Facebook and Instagram initially.
If true this means that 8chan is being scapegoated into effectively a shutdown by potentially a jewish MK Ultra Puppet.
>>235661The story goes that some month ago Nike paid $150MM to get on the Cloudfare board. But we know Cloudfare reacted to StormFront due to an emotional outburst, the same is happening here. I see no reason or evidence to add conspiracy (rumors) yet. When standard normie reactions will suffice.

I am intimidated, yet fascinated with this place.
Lurking will commence.
>>239644Thanks Anon, Raven is the best non horse waifu.
>>239675Well,she is half demon. so it would make sense.
Just found out that a date has been set for the congressional hearing. September 5. That's hopeful, since Jim said that he'd bring 8ch back up after that was over. I hope we get to watch it live, and more importantly I hope that we can all be a little more friendly with each other when we go home.
>>239551>green: 4chan>orange: mlpol>red: 8chan>light green: 4chan again? All these are correct, the two green fillies are in reference to different Anonfilly pics being in various shades of green.
>teal: ???There's a short story behind this one. When /filly/ first took refuge here, there was an autist screeching about how anonfilly was green and not orange (not unlike what
>>235679 described), and in response the thread made a meme with this filly pic recolored with random colors and patterns. During this someone posted a teal filly which another anon referred to as a blue filly, and the ensuing exchange caused teal filly to become a bit of a meme in its own right.
The pic I posted earlier was actually made to refer back to that whole situation once it was coming to a close.
>>239762Thanks for this lesson poner.
>>239762That's kind of sad. I always took an interest in recoloring every greenanon pic I saw on /pone/ just because I liked the idea of smaller imageboards having a distinct culture from 4chan. Some people appreciated it, some people just went on posting green, it never really exploded into a big shitfest. Of course, Anon Filly never really took off on /pone/ either.
I was here already before the boards went down, but I think perhaps new /pol/ and /pone/ containment boards for newbies might be a good tool for transitioning and for emphasizing different topics.
>>239776Well, it wasn't exactly a shitfest here either, since there was just the one autist who was throwing a fit about it.
After he either left or calmed down, the thread has taken to occasionally using orange filly alongside green filly, rather than as a replacement like he was attempting. The mods even called him out on Rule 3 while he was sperging.
>>239834First pic gave me an erection to be honest

>>241311Looks like 8chan is truly kill.
>>241314Well Jim has the congressional hearing in two days, which is hopeful because he said he'd bring the site back up after that. But on the other hand, he hasn't said anything about finding a new cdn for the site, so who knows.

>>241311We're all gonna make it, boys. I firmly believe that.
I wonder if the hearing with Jim will be televised? I want to watch a livestream and shitpost with you gents.
>>241366I think it's going to be on c-span. There should definitely be a /pone/ stream for it.

>>242113>It's been four days since the hearing.already? shit, it feels like it was yesterday
i wonder if Jim will stay true to his word or not
>>242113I fear 8ch is gone for good.
>>242119He said in an interview that 8cuck will come back shortly after the home made replacement for Cloudfare is finished. Also he said that some kinf of tools to monitor speech will be implemented and that he works with the feds.
>>242177>Also he said that some kinf of tools to monitor speech will be implemented and that he works with the feds.So 8ch is as good as dead anyways.
>>242177>he said that some kinf of tools to monitor speech will be implemented>and that he works with the feds. This could just be PC window-dressing. If you were actually working for the feds, would you necessarily say so?
These 2 points were essentially already true before the site went down:
1) the "tools" to "monitor speech" are MODS: if anyone is giving out links to CP, that would be censored
2) 8ch has always worked with feds to report CP (actual IRL victims not 2d loli drawings, of course) to them so that it will not only be taken down but so that rapists and white-slavers can be arrested
So this could just be code for 'business as usual' IMO
On the one hand, I've been on 8chan since 2014, and I had a lot of good times on there. On the other hand, it's absolute dogshit made worse by the hugbox nature of Reddit-inspired Build-a-Board™. Then you get faggots coming in shitting up the place with CRINGE BASED YIKES—which, by the way, is shit you can find in the comments section of YouTube videos, just in response to people who didn't get a joke (what is it, you ask? "r/wooosh"; same obnoxious, one-liner faggotry, and literally from plebbit)—on slow boards that get a couple posts a day, and then you faggots shit on anyone that points out these glaring issues with the site. Back in the day, people would have acknowledged them. It's like you niggers can't handle being told you're wrong or even insulted; talk about arrogance! It's an anonymous imageboard, it doesn't matter if you look like a retard, and in fact you wouldn't look that bad if you just owned up to your mistakes, but whatever.
Anyway, point is, good riddance. I hope the rest of the Internet gets shut down too.

Got back from a long trip today, saw it was nearly 2 weeks after the hearing, and checked to see if 8chan was back up.
At least it's a beautiful day out.

>>247250I hope it comes back anon. I'm having withdrawal symptoms from my regular dose of cancer. I'm just having fears of being extremely regulated or some bullshit on the new site which takes away the freedom and liberty which was the main appeal of /pone/ and the other boards to begin with.
I know mass murder is a big problem, and I don't condone it, but it seems like too much getting it shut down because of a couple posts.

>>249343All right it's up and I managed to get a post through on one of the boards. Doesn't look like most boards have been migrated yet. Hopefully Jim gets around to restoring /pone/ soon, or at least re-enables board creation.
>>249350I wouldn't trust Jim if i were you guys. he's admitted to working with feds now.
>>249352Yeah we know he turns over IP information if law enforcement asks for it, but there's not a whole lot else you can do when that happens if you're not looking to get vanned yourself. In any case, 8chan is the only place that seems to have both board creation and free speech, which makes it worth a few risks imo. Obviously you'd be stupid to post genuinely sensitive information on a clearnet imagboard in the first place, and I'd really like to get back to discussing niche hobbies and random topics in a place where I'm allowed to say "nigger".
>>249357I promise to set up a free speech platform if I ever become rich. Know of a better location for a website than the U.S. or Canada?
>>249360I spoke to the guy running julay and he said that it only cost him about $30 a month. Of course, a site with a million users and unlimited boards would probably cost more than that. But 8chan itself was originally founded by a crippled codemonkey who was, at the time, taking his paycheck from orthodox jews in New York, and it ran that way for about two years. Cost really isn't the main obstacle here. The problems with running an imageboard seem to come from with stuff like motivation, free time, technical competence, a supply of willing volunteers to remove illegal shit, and accepting the risk to your own anonymity.
As for better server locations, I don't really know. The nice thing about the US is that it's one of the few countries where hate speech and holocaust denial aren't illegal
yet. The obvious problems with the US are that it's home to the world's most cancerous glownigger agencies as well as SJW corporations who will cut you off from their traffic as soon as somebody writes to them complaining about racism on your site. /mlpol/ gets by just fine on Romania.
>>249372>RomaniaI thought we had a Canadian host unless if we switched? Canada despite being absolute cancer doesn't seem to go after websites too much
yet. The only thing that I've seen mods actively remove for legality reasons was lewds of irl horses due to Canadian law.
But yes, it seems like free speech is going in only one direction and that seems to be away. I wonder how successful we would be if everyone combined resources and lobbied for repeal of "hate speech" laws in one small country so we could have an extension that's 100% unrestricted.
>>249352Anyone who isn't a total newfag doesn't trust Jim, a literal Freemason:
https://web.archive.org/web/20190701181255/https://8ch.net/jim/res/1861.htmlThe first suspicion came about with the sudden deleting of Freemason threads on such boards as /pol/ when he arrived on the site.
Unsurprisingly, after more and more info began to be leaked about 8chan's seedy heads, the site quality diminished. No doubt anyone worthwhile left, and of course this was around the time that reddit started to flood in due to "alt-right" subreddits being baleted, and fools on certain boards """subtly""" advertising there and elsewhere (e.g. twitter).
I still blame the end of kc as the final death blow before the shootings.
In any case, I'm still not sure I trust zeronet and quite frankly, unless the oldfags actually did move there, I could not give less of a shit, because the subhumans that moved in the later years of 8fag's life are not worth discussing anything with. Fuck 8chan, fuck 4chan, fuck the alts, fuck the Internet. Colonel AI was right. I welcome IMPERIVM.No doubt there is more to the story (did I mention the Trump Tower time stamp on /pol/ here yet?) but, there's some more pieces to this awful puzzle; for we are trapped in the belly of this horrible machine, and the machine is bleeding to death.
>>242840>>242849Long story short, read Decline of the West, and study history.
You're too idealistic, no doubt believing "the people" to be able to help themselves, and no doubt being average yourselves. For if you were better than average, you would know better.
Unless you're just underage or something, but that can't be because you must be 18+ to post here. :^) Wew!You'll see. One day.
Or maybe not, but we can all hope that, I suppose. >>250119Careful there, anon. Those arrogant sods tend to get real uppity when criticized in any way.
>>250120Yeah sorry, I'm a little drunk. I really should know better, because they never listen. It's like talking to a brick wall. I miss old /pol/ There'd alsways be at least someone who'd listen, or your post would at least be left alone so you didn't have to deal with angry people, generally speaking. Oh well. Best not to dwell on that irrelevant past, I guess. Still, I wonder where everyone's gone, because everyone I do run into nowadays are surely not them.
8cup is back on bois
https://vch.moe/v/res/134491.html#144111Our first match is against /b/ on Nov 22 and /ck/ on Nov 23 at 1pm EST. **I'm kinda worried about /ck/ tbh because in my testing for building the team /ck/ was one of the few teams we consistently lost against**
Reminder that the Infinity Cup is still going on this year and that /pone/ is still in it.
We lost last night against /b/, but we've still got a game against /ck/ tonight at 21:00 GMT, and we might still make it past the group stage if we win it.
Reminder to come watch it live and shitpost at
https://cytu.be/r/8cup>>250119To be honest, I sometimes think you're right on this. It's not as if the decline of the west was perpetrated entirely by jews and some chemical they forced us to consume. Faggots and Niggers and our own race's foolish hubris in thinking we were too good for common sense, these things aided the Jews.
Maybe dumbasses who can't handle responsibilities don't deserve rights.
8kun is actually working pretty well as of right now. The only major brain damage left is that you have to go to
https://8kun.top/dnsbls_bypass.php on your own to make the 24 hour captcha work. But once that's done posting works pretty much flawlessly, even on clearnet. I've gotten two threads and half a dozen posts in today, most of them with images even.
Now if only they'd fucking migrate /pone/ in a timely manner.

Well that was just awful. 2-0 /a/ victory. Just nonstop fucking fuckups. Fuck I hate my life after seeing that. >>252110>There should have been way more substitutions at halftime. We're only allowed a maximum of 3 subs per match.
As for what happened. From what I could see /a/ was slaughtering us in midfield due to their number advantage using a 4-4-2 variation meaning our three midfielders were constantly outnumbered by their 4 midfielders. I can't exactly parse out why the AI does what it does, but most likely to compensate for that Aryanne and the wingers would constantly leave position to help them take the ball meaning that our main goal taker Aryanne was never where she was supposed to be so she could be fed balls, nor were the wingers in position to take passes to the sides to feed Aryanne a ball since they were fucking around in the middle. Even some Defenders were pulled which is why Newfag Roundup, a fucking Defensive Full-Back, was up front and attempted a shot at /a/'s goal not doing his god damned job. Basically our formation collapsed trying to deal with /a/'s formation and we fell apart.
I'm surprised at how bad we did since in testing we usually won or tied with /a/. Honestly though I'm more mad that /b/ got their bullshit second goal from a kick a mile away since one of our defensive instructions "Swarm The Box" is supposed to prevent this by clogging up the goal. If it wasn't for that we would be in the clear.
>>252172Now I'm no football expert but I think it will catch our foes off guard if we go BALLS IN BALLS OUT BALLS DEEP hyper offense for our next match.
We just fucking lose it completely, and hope we score more than our foes.
>>252649Yup, some horsefucker was already there.
