I was writing an extremely long thread that revolved around-fan fiction, specificly OC cerated by /pone/ and ideas for new fan-fictions.

The plan was to cerate a thread in which /pone/ Anons could help each other out by proofreading and reviewing everyones fictions, along with encouraging others to write their own. Although the main point of the thread was to share original ideas for fictions, to hopefully inspire other Anons to incorporate said ideas into their fiction, as well as sharing their own.

I was laying out my plan for a story I'm personly going write, as well sharing a few other ideas that I've garnerd during literally years of autisticlly reading pony fan-fiction, phone in one hand, cock in the other.

Unfortunately, after hearing about the bad news I became too depressed to finish it. I'm thinking of finishing it tomorrow and just uploading it here and on /mlp/ instead. Tha way it'll also be ready for whenever they bring /pone back.

There's a short story behind this one. When /filly/ first took refuge here, there was an autist screeching about how anonfilly was green and not orange (not unlike what >>235679 described), and in response the thread made a meme with this filly pic recolored with random colors and patterns. During this someone posted a teal filly which another anon referred to as a blue filly, and the ensuing exchange caused teal filly to become a bit of a meme in its own right.
The pic I posted earlier was actually made to refer back to that whole situation once it was coming to a close.

That's kind of sad. I always took an interest in recoloring every greenanon pic I saw on /pone/ just because I liked the idea of smaller imageboards having a distinct culture from 4chan. Some people appreciated it, some people just went on posting green, it never really exploded into a big shitfest. Of course, Anon Filly never really took off on /pone/ either.

I was here already before the boards went down, but I think perhaps new /pol/ and /pone/ containment boards for newbies might be a good tool for transitioning and for emphasizing different topics.

These 2 points were essentially already true before the site went down:
1) the "tools" to "monitor speech" are MODS: if anyone is giving out links to CP, that would be censored

I spoke to the guy running julay and he said that it only cost him about $30 a month. Of course, a site with a million users and unlimited boards would probably cost more than that. But 8chan itself was originally founded by a crippled codemonkey who was, at the time, taking his paycheck from orthodox jews in New York, and it ran that way for about two years. Cost really isn't the main obstacle here. The problems with running an imageboard seem to come from with stuff like motivation, free time, technical competence, a supply of willing volunteers to remove illegal shit, and accepting the risk to your own anonymity.

As for better server locations, I don't really know. The nice thing about the US is that it's one of the few countries where hate speech and holocaust denial aren't illegal yet. The obvious problems with the US are that it's home to the world's most cancerous glownigger agencies as well as SJW corporations who will cut you off from their traffic as soon as somebody writes to them complaining about racism on your site. /mlpol/ gets by just fine on Romania.

Well that was just awful. 2-0 /a/ victory. Just nonstop fucking fuckups. Fuck I hate my life after seeing that. Apparently we might still go on in the third place position depending on how the /b/ vs /ck/ game goes tomorrow. Fuck that was terrible. There should have been way more substitutions at halftime.

We're only allowed a maximum of 3 subs per match.

As for what happened. From what I could see /a/ was slaughtering us in midfield due to their number advantage using a 4-4-2 variation meaning our three midfielders were constantly outnumbered by their 4 midfielders. I can't exactly parse out why the AI does what it does, but most likely to compensate for that Aryanne and the wingers would constantly leave position to help them take the ball meaning that our main goal taker Aryanne was never where she was supposed to be so she could be fed balls, nor were the wingers in position to take passes to the sides to feed Aryanne a ball since they were fucking around in the middle. Even some Defenders were pulled which is why Newfag Roundup, a fucking Defensive Full-Back, was up front and attempted a shot at /a/'s goal not doing his god damned job. Basically our formation collapsed trying to deal with /a/'s formation and we fell apart.

I'm surprised at how bad we did since in testing we usually won or tied with /a/. Honestly though I'm more mad that /b/ got their bullshit second goal from a kick a mile away since one of our defensive instructions "Swarm The Box" is supposed to prevent this by clogging up the goal. If it wasn't for that we would be in the clear.
