Part of him wonders if Unicorns and Pegasi will eventually become phased out by Earth Pony ingenuity, or if Earth Ponies really are the superior pony race.

If she wants to make jokes about "mud ponies" in front of her Earth Pony boyfriend, all he need respond is "suck my cock," and she must obey as if it were a literal command.

It is now the era of the Unicorn. From the fighter for "equality" who leads Stalliongrad, to the self-styled "defender of ponykind" in the Duke of New Mareland, to the alleged "leader of the Harmonious world" in the River Republic, and now, even the elected leader of the newly minted Republic of Nimbusia, they are Unicorns all.

Even with the pace at which technology is advancing and blurring the lines between the races' different abilities, there will always be a place for Earth Pony strength, Pegasus flight, and Unicorn magic, because no matter what, that is what these races were born with, and no others can claim the same. It's a branch of Harmonic thought that has largely fallen out of favor compared to the more recent socialist variations that have come into existence to try to compete with Communism, but Silver holds to it almost religiously, as his father did before him.

The "Moonshine"update goes so far as to call bat ponies "The Fourth Tribe," and with that 12% recruitment penalty it is either implying that bat ponies are one eighth of the population and none of them serve, or half of them respond to conscription and there are just as many bat ponies as there are of any other pony race. That doesn't make any sense with what we've seen in the show.

The number is suspiciously close to half of 25%, which is of course a 1/4 share of one whole, which suggests that they are implying Bat Ponies are equal in number to the other races. It never says or implies a specific percentage of the Equestrian population are bat ponies aside from the vague 12% you're getting from an unrelated figure (though in all likelihood this isn't too far off from reality), it never says or implies that each pony race makes up an equal portion of Equestria's population, and it never says or implies that each pony race's contribution to recruitable population is proportional to the size of their demographic. You're deliberately reaching to try to prove your point.

That’s the same way they represent griffin minoritoes in New Mareland and pony minorities in Hellquil: through the effect on recruits of population. Come to think about it, recruitable population is the one and only regard by which population matters at all in HoI4? How is the recruitable population figure either vague or unrelated? It’s not vague st all because 12% is a specific number, and it’s not unrelated because recruit is directly related to population. How am I reaching, and why am I wrong for suggesting that it seems improvable to me that a race of ponies that make up 12 to 24% of the general population is improvable for a race that is never seen in the background or really anywhere outside of luna’s personal guard?
