I don't know. They've already done like 20+ HP of damage and our characters haven't even done anything to them yet. These are probably very low level NPCs designed mostly to ferry around larger cannons, yet they still do some damage and will take time to kill all of. This is why I appreciate ranged weapons on low level NPCs
