This image board is about, honestly, the last place I'd expect to find the Holy Spirit.

But He says here, and elsewhere to call him Him. "we call Him Abba ('father')" - something about the masculine helps us visualize what He wants.
Of course the church is described as His bride, which certainly can be over-exaggerated but is definitely is scripture.
