Unless she's in a full-on sprint (which would require a resting period), you're talking a several hour one-way trip. There would not have been time given all the other activities she was engaged in.

Added to the to-do list, though just looking at the city map I can say its probably about 2-3k people, mostly fishing and tradespeople. I'll figure out their exact scope though.

Well, she could have gone to do it midday "Monday" or after leaving the showers. She also could have done it after the Kefka fight, but that interrupts the established set of actions because at that time Slovenia is with Trumpaladin, so I'd prefer she either didn't see her at all on "Tuesday" and perhaps saw her the next morning (she'd meet Trumpaladin there too), or went early morning "Tuesday"
