Night 1: Left all participation from group activity to steal and secret away a plot element meant for another player
Night 2: Left combat to try to steal a vast amount of loot intended for all 4 players. Even after being called out for kikery, still ends up with the biggest share of loot obtained by the collective effort of ythe group
Night 3: at a moment that was supposed to allow character development for Tracy, as well as progress intercharcater relations, he instead attempyted (and failed) at a physical attack. Not stoping there, he tried to do it again, and failed. He made it clear pretty quickly that he was not going to stop, and then physically attacked a third time. I had to ban so I could try to go to sleep

So the way it works so far is during the week we bant, shitpost, develop characters, and do more mundane interactions (building shit, gathering info, general "in town" or w/e type stuff) and then expressly on Sat, and lately on Fri and Sun, its game on. Game on is where all the fighting takes place, as well as (occasionally) date night and therapy sessions. Not kidding on that one.
So far, NPCs have been entirely me-driven, but as the party expands I'm not opposed to players taking the wheel on NPC interactions, though I reserve veto especially wrt character knowledge and information (a player can't have a character say or do something that relates to something they aren't aware of).
