not sure, looks kinda like the cicada 3301 image that people post around sometimes. Try digging around in the image data and see if that gets you anywhere, I remember seeing an image showing how to hide files inside images and access them later. Of course it was presented as a way to hide porn, but it could hide other things too.

Well this is either a larp or a group of people working on shady stuff.
Try opening the image on notepad and see if there is any hidden code whiting the image.
Also try reading about steganography.
Throwing the image on Photoshop and playing with the levels is also a good idea.

Probably the same, play with the image levels and see if there's anything happening.
You can also try the paint bucket, there are a thousand ways to hide something on an image..

What should I be looking for in the notepad. All I saw was a bunch of symbols.

Well I just converted insog to it's respective alphabet numbers to see if I got anything to work with.
So afther some failed tries at making.sense of it, I just googled it, it's the coordinates for chad.
You could say, Chad University is looking for members, which makes sense taking into account the original thread this appeared on.
