Suppose the COPPA changes and enforcement got too out-of-hand for YouTube bronies and they all had to come here, as the MLP community only had to move farther underground than it already is. How welcome would the ex-YouTubers be here?

Rule #3 (#1, but #3 cuz reasons) is "Ponies are allowed, No Exceptions"
Rule #8 is "No E-celeb Threads"
The purpose of that was to avoid e-celeb-related drama, as well as to avoid developing any /ourguy/girl/ type fixations toward youtubers who would otherwise end up shilling for Israel or other degeneracy.
MLP-related content will easily fall within rule #1, and most probably avoid #8 by a wide berth, so go ahead.
