It's good to be back everyone! I'll fill you in on what happened with me with a tl;dr>mum gets a job offer>we move into new house>don't get internet set up because other priorities>job offer gets rescinded (oh shit)>spend two months in a house we can't afford and after many battles with major depression, back at square one
I don't really want to say more on that.
Fully understandable. Hope things turn around.
Looking forward to many more videos and excellent maps from you.
Hao can nazi horesfuckers help?
And that's it for my war webm folder plus a bonus gif>the prevailing theory on what happened in the gif is sabotage.>>91699
Sadly, there's nothing you guys can do to help.
If sabotage what is the most likely scenario? Undercover operative or pre-sabotaged equipment that was salvaged?
Probably sabotaged shell by undercover operative.
Welcome back, Ebin! You're our favorite Syrian War newscaster and, like the country, you'll one day climb out of this rough patch.
Also, who could guess that a 4(?)-way civil war with tanks, rocket launchers, and people getting blown up on all sides could be so entertaining?>>91698
Seeing a bomb fall on top of the ISIS flag is so satisfying.
Some excitement in Damascus>Breaking: Syrian Air Defense Force intercepts several Israeli missiles over Damascus (Photos, Videos)https://southfront.org/breaking-syrian-air-defense-force-intercepts-several-israeli-missiles-damascus-photos-videos/
Apparently, the Israelis just attacked an alleged Iranian base in the Damascus area. Nothing new, this happens every so often.
>DEFCON Warning System: “Current information, which we are still trying to confirm, is that multiple missiles have been fired by Israeli military aircraft towards West Damascus, possibly at an Iranian military base. Syrian Air Defense has launched multiple missiles to intercept.”
>Crossposting from 4/sg/
>Syrian Army, allied forces steadfastly advance in west Damascus in spite of Israeli attack in Damascus
DAMASCUS, SYRIA (3:04 A.M.) – After foiling an Israeli-backed rebel assault on the recently capture Barda’iya Hills in the Golan Heights of west Damascus, the elite 42nd Brigade of the 4th Mechanized Division would resume their offensive operations on the rebel forces entrenched in the region.
Backed by the Palestinian Liberation Army (PLA), the loyalist forces were able to seize control of Maqtoul Mountain and Mudawwar Hill following fierce fighting with the al-Qaeda linked Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) militants granting the former further fire control over Beit Jinn and Mughr al-Mir.
This development came after a ferocious wave of artillery strikes and aerial bombardment of rebel fortifications. The insurgents will have to desperately and swiftly launch a counterattack to reverse the SAA’s gains before the government troops manage to fortify their advanced positions. Otherwise, their predicament inside this strategic hotspot is that of doomed defeat.
If the Syrian Armed Forces do manage to clear west Damascus of jihadist presence, thousands of troops will be freed for reallocation to other more troubled hotspots in southern Syria likely making the situation for the rebels of Eastern Ghouta and Dara’a more dire. Furthermore, the Syrian Army will be in a much more comfortable position to launch attacks into Quneitra province should the Syrian High Command set the zero hour for such offensives- not to overlook the major logistic boost arising from securing the surrounding highways and supply routes that run through this troubled spot of the war-torn country.https://www.almasdarnews.com/article/syrian-army-allied-forces-steadfastly-advance-west-damascus-spite-israeli-attack-damascus/
Finally maps are back.>>91775>>91785
And it would seem like just in time.
How likely do you think it is that Israel will get directly involved against Syria? Or will it just be more proxy shit.
Direct Israeli intervention as in boots on the ground? Negligible unless they're ready to start WWIII and they're not that
desperate. Why directly intervene when good proxies can get the same job done with less risk to yourself?
Alright what was expected then. Too bad I was hoping for the happening.

Welcome back, Ebin. What do you think the situation with Saudi Arabia and a new potential war in the Middle East? Southfront has speculated some possbilities, making some connections Hezbollah, yet they are not fully ready for war until 2019I think.)
Thanks, and it depends on how aggressive/arrogant MBS (Mohammed bin Salman) is. Right now, he's treading on very
thin ice right now after the recent purges, which netted him a nice bundle of cash ($800B).
On one hand, Israel is feeling the pressure to their north and northeast. Hezbollah, which BTFO'd Israel in 2006 and formally ended the IDF presence in Lebanon is now a quasi-state with massively superior capabilities compared to 2006 but currently engaged in Syria.
On the other hand, the Saudi state is cracking (check pic related) and may have just suffered the Stalin Syndrome with these purges, and MBS may be looking for a new war to divert the Saudi people's attention from internal problems as if a failing war in Yemen isn't enough (also masterminded by MBS)
However, without US support for Israel in a new war, the likelihood of Israel/Saudi Arabia starting a new war by themselves is almost nil.
It really boils down to what Burgerstan does next, as usual. >We're like this dizzy giant that the rest of the world is putting their plans on hold to see what we do next, and are waiting for us to lose our balance and fall hard.

Now, news regarding Yemen, as /sg/ was cheering up for Houthis, but this might be problematic. Turns out that Yemeni ex-pres, Ali Abdullah Saleh pledged his ass to fucking sauds, which has sparked an outrage between Houthis and his supporters. Currently Sanaa (major bastion of Houthis) is a clusterfuck now. >pic related
Informative chaos now. Situation might clear in the morning. Will update on the matters.
Death to America,
Death to Israel,
May God curse the jews!
, the cities marked in black X are controlled fully/mostly by Saleh.
As one anon put it, it's like FSA (Saleh) versus HTS (Houthis)
Tomorrow will bring more details.
>Situation in Yemen’s capital Sana’a seem to be taking an opposite direction to what was happening in the morning, Ansarullah (the Houthis) are reportedly taking back areas they lost earlier in the capital, and it’s confirmed that they stormed into Saleh’s TV channelhttps://twitter.com/alihashem_tv/status/937045371389345792
>Houthis recapture large parts of Sana’a from Saleh’s Republican Guard
DAMASCUS, SYRIA (9:52 PM) – The Houthi Ansarullah and allied security forces were able to recapture Al-Siyasi district and the Security Square in Sana’a after intense clashes that lasted hours with ousted president Saleh’s loyalists in the Yemeni capital.
Fierce clashes are ongoing near Sab’in Square, Asr district, and Jaza’ir street as the opposing sides vie for dominance over the populated capital. Earlier today, security forces and Ansarullah were able to secure the 4th Brigade Military Base and several other military bases that were captured by the Republican Guard in the morning.
Infighting had imploded in northern Yemen four days ago after Saleh’s forces began attacking Houthi forces headquarters across the country in a move believed by many to be coordinated with the Saudi-led Coalition.
Saleh had said in a televised speech that he was willing to negotiate with his Saudi “brothers” to reach a political settlement that will improve the humanitarian situation of his Yemeni brethren. He was accused of treachery by the Houthis and their political allies.https://www.almasdarnews.com/article/houthis-recapture-large-parts-sanaa-salehs-republican-guard/

I'm this is generally considered good news here? Why are the Houthis the more sympathetic party?
Presumably because they are anti Saudi. I'm not too sure though, and have been wondering about this for a little while.
said, that weakens Saudi Arabia, which additionally weakens Israel. And since when weak jews are a bad thing?
They help prevent a Saudi-dominated region. Also, they are Shi'ite and are de facto allied with Iran and Syria. A stronger Iran and Syria weakens the position of Israel and Saudi Arabia, thereby weakening the grip of the globalists.
At the very least, this little war is culling the numbers of the region.

There's a theory going around that the ISIS pocket is actually NE Hama tribal groups larping as ISIS at the behest of the SAA so HTS will be less inclined to fight "fellow jihadis" and gather intel on ISIS sleeper cells operating within the NE Hama/SW Aleppo/SE Idlib region.4D Chess>And how is 4/sg/ doing?

Press S to spit on the corpse.
Also, Putin has visited Syria today and spoke with Bashar, he also said that Russians are to stay in Syria in 2 military bases.
It's no fun if you point him out.
>This is a more detailed repost, and it's going to sound like 4D chess that we keep hearing from /ptg/, but
I think the ISIS pocket in NE Hama is made up of ISIS grunts/sleeper cells, but the leadership is actually controlled by the SAA.
It's a good way to mop up the ISIS grunts in the area, as well as compromising ISIS cells operating in NE Hama/SW Aleppo/SE Idlib triangle, and it bloodies the HTS/ISIS in that area due to the clashes, and the pocket reinforces itself from defecting HTS fighters.
Basically, it's meant to be a Jihadi meatgrinder, populated with ISIS, controlled by SAA, and unleashed against HTS/Rebels.
Of course, it's dangerous to LARP as ISIS, especially if the leadership of that pocket is covertly working with SAA. I don't even want to think about the media blitz that will ensue if they're caught after the grunts behead them and post pictures, video
The disposal of the ISIS pocket (if the leadership is actually controlled by the SAA) will follow as such:
>They will go all-in against HTS/Rebels, and leave their flanks facing SAA almost completely defenseless.
>When they've used up all their manpower, the SAA will blitz the pocket, encountering practically nil resistance.
>The ISIS grunts will then find themselves sandwiched between HTS and SAA, and the ISIS leadership will be 'KIA'
And voila! SAA will have mopped up the entire pocket with dozens of settlements, compromised ISIS cells in the area, and cleaned up stragglers from Uqayribat pocket.
Or they really are ISIS, and they're just focusing HTS/Rebels so they don't have to deal with SAA airstrikes
Some form of informal truce may be more likely. Maybe the ISIS commander made a deal of sorts. That particular pocket is screwed right? Maybe they let the fanatics bleed out, and get favorable surrender terms.

>>94108>Some form of informal truce may be more likely. Maybe the ISIS commander made a deal of sorts.
The thing is, that pocket appeared out of nowhere, and it bordered SAA frontlines from the outset.>That particular pocket is screwed right?
It's only a matter of time.>Maybe they let the fanatics bleed out, and get favorable surrender terms.
This is a distinct possibility, as it would align with Assad's reconciliatory approach towards the enemy (Qaboun/Barzeh, Lebanese Border, various Damascus pockets)
I have a detailed analysis of what will happen next:
>Bright Red: Tiger launches offensive against Eis/Jabal Eis. His forces then advance on a wide front towards M5. After securing M5, they will continue towards Kefarya/Fu'ah, but they will encounter strong resistance from HTS as they get closer to Idlib. They will focus Taftanaz and its nearby helibase. After that, it's only a short distance towards Kefarya/Fu'ah, and then the Tigers will rest and redeploy as the SAA deploys troops to hold the lines. Buffer zone is optional.
>Dark Red: SAA will continue advancing in SE Idlib, moving up the road to Sinjar and seizing the city. After which, they will establish a buffer zone and rest/redeploy.
>Black: ISIS will continue their offensive against HTS at the same time as SAA (Dark Red), raising allegations of ISIS-SAA cooperation.
>Orange: SAA will storm Rahjan/Jakusiya axis, and seize Androna in a bid to further expand the Ithriya-Khanasir road buffer zone, then rest and watch as ISIS and HTS eat each other
>Purple: Tiger will then redeploy to Hoss Plateau, starting with a blitz from the north while various SAA groups attack from Khanasir in a pincer maneuver ending at Tall ad-Daman, and then SAA will clear the rest of Hoss Plateau from their positions on the high ground.
>Blue: Abu Dhuhur Offensive, SAA/Tigers Zerg Rush Abu Dhuhur from three axes, seize the city/AFB, and trap ISIS in a pocket where they will receive the ultimatum: Surrender or Die.
Then the SAA will rest and redeploy for further operations.
does this mean that opposition forces and al-nusra are next after ISIS?
Yes. They need to be dealt with before the Kurdish Question is resolved.
A week or so ago it seemed like ISIS would be finished by Christmas. Now it seems like it will be mostly over by year's end.
as much as I hate the kurds I'm glad they're finally cleaning house a lot of the opposition territory seems way easier to take than what ISIS had if they could just amass military force in the right places. Also there's a chance the kikes will get BTFO of golan heights, after which Assad and Putin could back Hamas and palestine>>94186
ISIS is basically wiped out at this point, there's 5 small pockets mostly out in the desert or mixed in with/near other groups

>The Israeli Ministerial Legislative Committee yesterday approved a bill authorising the prime minister to declare war or launch military operations, Israeli media reported.
Ynet Newssaid the new bill allows the “government to allow the prime minister to declare war or undertake a military operation with approval only from the Cabinet – even without all its members present – without having to receive approval from the entire coalition.”
The bill came as a recommendation of a special committee assigned by the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu aimed at “developing ways of taking decisions by the cabinet in regard of national security issues”.
Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked, who initiated the bill, said it “matches the legislation to a reality that has existed for years.”
She added: “In the age of social media and fast communications and the danger of leaks, we must match ourselves to the current understanding of national security and make the government and security cabinet’s work as efficient as possible.”https://www.middleeastmonitor.com/20171211-israel-authorises-pm-to-declare-wars/
Guys let's help the devs of this game by voting their game to the top 100. They are the only ones with balls who released a redpilled game about Syria.http://www.indiedb.com/games/syrian-warfare

>inb4 not your personal army
Granted, but it would be nice to help other people struggling against the Zionist regime.
Will have a look, will see if it is truly worthy.
God bless them.
I wish the church was more based like the Russian orthodox. Here the church is so cucked and filled with sjw priests that blessing the military would be viewed as sacrilege.
>>96033>Chinese special forces not deploying to Syria
Why would anyone even think China would get involved in the conflict? The Chinese have nothing to gain from any theoretical deployment.
Well, a theory was that they were getting involved because they didn't want the Turkestan Islamic Party - which is active in Syria - to return to China with experience and hardened Jihadis.
Better to kill them in Syria than to kill them in China.
Another theory is they wanted to get involved so they can say something like "we kirr terrorists, gib construction contracts"
lol…. it is like a badly made infomercial made by an oil-company wanting to sell their newest oil-tanker.
Also did they just show that they would target an nuclear power plant (3:28). Wonder how that would go down in Geneva using secondary explosions to cause nuclear fallout.>also Saudi Arabia with all their money can only dream about making commercials as good as Best Korea makes them
