Howdy /mlpol/, I got a question. What can I do to rid myself of back pain. I recently chamged my Mattress so it can't be that, I sit all day and that could be a cause, and I've been taking Advil. Any help would be lovely, thanks!

Put some rubbing alcohol or herbal cream on the parts that hurt couple times a day. If it does not go away after three days, see a doctor and get some license free painkillers. If you do indeed have a new Matress, it is most likely the matress fault (if you or your family have no history with back injuries.)

Is this a slide thread?

I don't have back pains so I don't know what to do about them.

If you want my advice anyway; Maybe you can try a campus/finger board as used by climbers, they're great for stretching.

Tl;dr Stretch.
http://stretchcoach.com/products/stretching-charts/
I recommend getting an in-depth set of anatomicl stretching chart like indicated and begin a daily regimen. It's important to remember that to adequately stretch you'll have to do some kind of warm-up, as stretching alone is less effective and can in some cases increase the sensitivity of the affected area.
Also, if/when you do stretch don't be a wuss about it. If you haven't stretched regularly/consistently in a long time (ever?) it is going to feel uncomfortable/hurt. Don't do like most ppl and use pain/discomfort as an excuse to do less intensity. Your muscles are HIGHLY likely to be harboring all kinds of knots, fatigue, and especially minor muscle strains that you have worked to avoid feeling through unconscious adjustments in posture, etc.
There's two stretches in particular that are great for the back: the Center-fold stretch, and another one that's more obscure/complicated (you lay on your back both arms wide on the floor, lift your feet off the ground as though in a sitting position and then shift your legs to both sides at length, using your arms to stabilize and isolate the back and the weight of the legs leverages the stretch,... it's in those charts).

When u do, you'll want to perform each stretch (per side) for NO LESS than 30 sec., and if it's been a while, a minute +. Again, for significant benefit, this is something you'll probably need to do at LEAST every other day if not more often.
>Posture
This is another probable aggravator, and unfortunately there's not a whole lot you can do aside from getting a more ergonomic chair and working on your seated posture.
P.S. Depending on the permissibility where you are, you might consider edible marijuana, I've heard plenty of success stories with that as well.

Find a good chiropractor and get your spine adjusted. In between 30 to 90 days the pain will be a memory. Mind you though, look for a professional who takes x-rays before and after the treatments

I realized that I was slouching while playing vidya, so I bought myself a back brace to force myself to sit up straight while playing.

>I recently changed my Mattress so it can't be that
Did the pain start before or after you got the new mattress, because yes it fucking can be that.

If this were 4pol I'd say it's a slide thread. But we really don't have enough activity here for any sliding to take place.

>I sit all day
You probably need to change that. There's muscles involved that need to get exercise now and then.

Maybe that'll work. I'm skeptical that letting people without medical training try to fix something that important is a good idea, but some people seem to swear by it. If you see any kooky stuff like being able to fix anything by manipulating your spine, go somewhere else.

I DO NOT go to Doctors I see them as corrupt mechanics that try to sell you High Blood Pressure medicine they work to create treatments not cures.

On the same not I WILL see a chiro and do every few months trust me they are the only real medical professionals I trust since I feel better and normally don't' have to go back for about 6 months to a year

If you have to keep going back, chiropractors haven't cured you either.
The solution is still most likely going to be something that strengthens the muscles that keeps all the pieces in place, not going in for a temporary fix over and over again. Unless there is some more serious problem in OP's case, but that's unlikely.

I heard that if you sit on a dildo for 30 minutes a day it realigns your spine.

Also your pic is very related.
