Tatyana Butskaya, vice-chairman of the State Duma Committee for Family Protection, has proposed restricting access to porn sites for Russians without children.
The logic of the deputy is as follows: "Maybe these sites to make only for those who have children. Because if we just close our eyes to this situation, it is likely that the very sperm will never connect with that very egg."
