There is a smell of shit.
Andrei Svintsov, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, said that the messenger developed by Pavel Durov will continue to operate in Russia without any problems. “As for Telegram, I think that Telegram will not be blocked for now, because Telegram's management is cooperating with our law enforcement agencies and Roskomnadzor,” VM.RU quotes him as saying.
Finnish company Kelluu is creating reconnaissance airships capable of monitoring NATO borders around the clock, writes Business Insider. The startup became the first company to receive a contract from an alliance member country as part of the DIANA program, NATO's defense accelerator. Kelluu's hometown of Joensuu regularly experiences GPS jamming from Russia. It is located just 80 km from the Russian border. The company says its location has created the ideal conditions for it to develop one of the most electronic warfare-resistant systems in Europe. Kelluu builds lightweight propeller airships the length of a city bus, filled with hydrogen. They can reach speeds of up to 53 km/h. They take to the air in seconds, can stay aloft for up to 12 hours at a time, and do not require a pilot. The operator simply sets the destination. Kelluu expects that in the coming years, their airships will be able to stay in the air for several days. Each airship can carry up to 5 kg of cargo in the form of cameras, sensors, or radar equipment. Temperatures as low as -26°C forced engineers to create devices capable of operating in Arctic conditions.
One of the towers in the Grozny City business center was damaged by an explosion. The shock wave completely destroyed the facade of several floors. A state of emergency has been declared at airports in the North Caucasus, including in Grozny itself. The explosion in the Chechen capital may have been caused by the arrival of a UAV. An attack on the Nevinnomyssk Azot chemical plant in the Stavropol region on the morning of December 4 has also been confirmed.
Ukrainian troops have recently advanced in the Aleksandrovka area in the Dnipropetrovsk region and near Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia. This is evidenced by an analysis by the Institute for the Study of War.
Over the past two weeks, the Ghosts special forces unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense has carried out eight precision strikes on key Russian targets in occupied Crimea. The strikes hit a bomber, radars, and Russian logistics.
On December 4, the Moscow Regional Court sentenced 34-year-old physicist Artem Khoroshilov to a total of 21 years in prison on four counts (including treason and preparation for sabotage). According to the sentence, he will spend the first five years in prison and the remainder of his sentence in a strict regime colony. This is a record sentence for scientists accused of treason. A T-invariant correspondent spoke with Tamara Khoroshilova, the scientist's mother. She is certain that she will not live to see her son's release: “I turned 66 this year, and I will definitely not live to see the end of his sentence. For me, this is a death sentence. They killed me with this sentence.”
Russians have begun to complain en masse about unpaid wages.
Since the beginning of 2025, Russians have filed 26,000 complaints with Rostrud about unpaid wages, which is 1.6 times more than in 2024 (+11,000). This is 37% of the total number of electronic appeals to the agency, compared to 31% last year, according to Izvestia's calculations based on the agency's data. The total number of complaints since the beginning of the year has exceeded 70,000. This is almost 1.5 times more than in 2024.
According to Natalia Milchakova, a leading analyst at Freedom Finance Global, the surge in complaints is due to the growth of Russian businesses' wage debts. According to Rosstat data, over the past year, overdue wage arrears in Russia have more than tripled, reaching 2.2 billion rubles at the end of October. Over the month, wage arrears increased by 11%, and their current level (excluding inflation) is the highest since August 2020, notes Finam economist Olga Belenkaya.

In Belgorod, Russian aircraft accidentally dropped a bomb on a substation, causing a blackout in the city, according to local media.
According to residents, there were no warning signals before the explosion—only the hum of an airplane over the city, followed by a powerful explosion.
A large crater formed at the point of impact.
An accident occurred at the TPP-9 power plant in Angarsk, Irkutsk Region, according to regional governor Igor Kobzev. He said that one of the boilers was taken out of service, resulting in “lowered heat transfer parameters” for 1,500 homes.
The drop in heat supply affected residential buildings and social facilities, clarified Sergey Petrov, mayor of the Angarsk district.
According to him, repairs at the thermal power plant will continue until December 11, and on Monday, the authorities may decide to close schools: at night, the temperature in the region is forecast to drop to minus 15-20 degrees. According to local residents, homes in Angarsk are now “slightly warmer than outside,” and heating interruptions have been observed since December 1.
In Voronezh, a physical education teacher was accused of mass seduction of schoolgirls. He asked one of the victims to marry him.
This student is only 15 years old.
In Voronezh, a physical education teacher was accused of seducing schoolgirls. It is reported that he proposed marriage to one of them — right in the building of the Investigative Committee. Meanwhile, the Investigative Committee of the Voronezh Region has opened a criminal case.
This was reported to RIA Novosti by the press service of the Investigative Committee. Anna Levchenko, leader of the “Turn in the Pedophile” movement, drew attention to the situation. She received information that a 15-year-old girl had been seduced by her physical education teacher. According to Levchenko, neither the teacher nor the schoolgirl denied that they had an inappropriate relationship.
“According to the movement's leader, the physical education teacher asked his victim to marry him in the Investigative Committee building. After that, students at the school, including boys, began writing to the human rights activist with complaints about the teacher. According to Levchenko, at least five children have been his victims in recent times alone,” RIA Novosti reports.
Russian special services are preparing “anti-war” protests in major Ukrainian cities to destabilize the situation within the country, said Dmitry Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament's Commissioner for Human Rights, according to a December 9 report by the UNIAN Telegram channel and the pro-Russian publication Ukraina.Ru.
These actions are planned in Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, and Kyiv.
According to the ombudsman, the Russian special services intend to involve mainly women (including mothers of captured and missing servicemen) on a financial basis. They are counting on high media and emotional resonance, which will put pressure on the Ukrainian authorities and force them to decide to transfer Donbas to Russia.
Putin signed a decree on the conscription of citizens in the reserve for military training. This refers to events in 2026.
In Kursk, refugees who lost their homes and property due to the war went to the administration, stating that since January they had stopped receiving their monthly compensation payments.
Report from "Memorial": where and how Ukrainian prisoners of war are tortured in Russia
On December 9, Vladimir Putin held his traditional meeting (via video link) with the Human Rights Council. Among those who spoke at the meeting was film director Alexander Sokurov, who noted at the outset that the Human Rights Council likes to avoid political issues. Sokurov himself told Putin that the law on “foreign agents” is humiliating to people and that bans on books and films will be lifted in the future.
The fact that a special services officer was traveling on the bus with the defendant Sergei Glukhikh was reported in court by the captain of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who drew up the report. According to the agency employee, Glukhikh had been interested in extremist symbols since 2022 and was aware of the nature of the information he was seeking.
When asked by the lawyer about how the information was obtained, the FSB representative replied that “the information was obtained through operational methods, but the details cannot be disclosed,” the publication writes.
According to the prosecution, Glukhikh typed in a query related to the Azov brigade on public transport. The defense said that the incident took place on a bus.
The magistrate's court returned the first report to the police for correction. The new version of the report states that the young man entered the query “Azov brigade” into Safari and Google, and in response, the search engines returned material recognized as extremist — “a graphic image of the Azov battalion's chevron,” Kommersant clarifies, citing the text of the report.
The administrative article on searching for extremist content on the internet provides for a fine of up to 5,000 rubles.

“Selection of people who can be sent to the front.” Putin's announcement of military training has been called a new stage of mobilization
The call-up of Russians for military training, which Vladimir Putin initiated with his decree on Tuesday, could become a new stage of “covert mobilization” to replenish the army fighting in Ukraine, military experts warn.
The training, which, contrary to tradition, will take place in winter, will likely allow the Kremlin to “secretly mobilize” members of the “strategic inactive reserve” (reserves), as the possibilities for recruiting volunteers and contract soldiers are nearing exhaustion, writes the American Institute for the Study of War.
According to ISW experts, the same goal is pursued by the law on the conscription of reservists to guard “strategic facilities,” as well as the introduction of year-round conscription with electronic summonses, failure to appear for which is punishable by a ban on traveling abroad and restrictions on banking operations.
The purpose of the draft is to “select people who can be sent to the front,” according to military expert Yuri Fedorov: the Ministry of Defense issues a directive by category and military specialty, which is then carried out by the military registration and enlistment offices.
“The wife of one of Alexei's colleagues helped uncover the truth—through her, witnesses were found who saw how he was beaten for two days with sticks and a shovel for refusing to give up his bank card PIN code, and was ultimately beaten to death. They kill their own soldiers right in their own units, even faster than Ukrainian drones.”
A 50-year-old muscovite decided to go to war with Ukraine out of patriotism and, at the same time, to earn money. However, things did not go according to plan.
A referendum on the withdrawal of troops from Donbas and the creation of a demilitarized zone may be held in Ukraine, Zelensky said. He insists on the withdrawal of Russian troops from the Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Sumy regions. The stock market jumped on Zelensky's words about the referendum on Donbas.

In St. Petersburg, sellers are required to report buyers of flammable goods
This is stated in a letter from the consumer market department of the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg to retail chains and shopping centers dated December 5, according to Fontanka. According to their information, retailers must “immediately inform” law enforcement agencies about purchases of gas cylinders, ignition fluids, and other “flammable goods” if they are made by pensioners and minors.
This measure is explained by “an increase in the number of acts of sabotage and arson committed at social infrastructure facilities and in places where large numbers of people gather.”
“A significant portion of these crimes are committed by minors and elderly people under the influence of telephone scammers, using combustible materials purchased, among other places, in retail stores,” the text of the mailing states.
Vladimir Zelensky arrived in Kupiansk. Earlier, Putin was told that the city was under Russian control.
“Today, we are heading to Kupiansk, where our soldiers are achieving results for Ukraine. Many Russians have talked about Kupiansk — we can see that. I was there and congratulated the guys,” Zelensky said.
At the end of November, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Gerasimov, reported to Putin on the capture of Kupiansk.
Deep State reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had already cleared the northwestern outskirts of Kupiansk and were blocking Russian forces in the city. At the same time, Russian forces continue to hold positions in the center of Kupiansk.
Z-channels also acknowledge the escalation of the situation.
Late October. Yekaterinburg. Late evening. A 39-year-old man makes a comment to some teenagers at a bus stop, and dies a day later from his injuries. The attackers film the beating on their phones and post it in a private chat group.
This story is just one of many happening across Russia today. Teenage crime is on the rise: regions are being swept by a wave of violence, drug-related crimes, and street lawlessness.
A source Cheka-OGPU (telegram channel) and Rucriminal.info reported that Interior Ministry employees in the regions have effectively been handed over to local authorities. Now, to prevent police officers from resigning (the Ministry of Internal Affairs has a catastrophic shortage of personnel), governors and mayors will pay them bonuses. And, as we know, “he who pays the piper calls the tune.”
The “experiment” has already been launched in Crimea. There, additional payments have been introduced for police officers, transport workers, and district police officers who are involved in resort areas. Now it is planned that other regions will take up the initiative and pay salaries because the Ministry of Internal Affairs cannot do so.
According to sources, St. Petersburg may be next. In addition to their current salaries, employees of the duty units are expected to receive “bonuses” of up to 40,000 rubles; district police officers, police officers, and operational staff up to 50,000 rubles; convoy guards 30,000 rubles, etc.
Moscow is expected to have the largest bonus — 70,000 rubles.
It should be noted that the mayor of Moscow has already created his own private military company, the so-called Metro Security Service, whose fighters are trained and armed with the latest technology from the Russian Guard (including armored vehicles). Huge amounts of money from the capital's budget are being poured into the PMC, and Sergei Sobyanin personally manages the organization. Now he will also have an “army” of police officers paid for and controlled by Moscow. Other regions do not want to lag behind.

The Russian State Duma has proposed introducing administrative liability for masturbation
The State Duma is preparing a controversial legislative initiative aimed at protecting spiritual values and strengthening the demographic situation in the country. The proposal to amend the Code of Administrative Offenses was put forward by deputies from United Russia and Fair Russia, including Evgeny Fyodorov, Alexander Khinshtein, Vitaly Milonov, and a number of other parliamentarians known for their active stance on moral issues.
According to the draft, masturbation would be classified as an administrative offense. Individuals would face a fine of up to 150,000 rubles or administrative arrest for up to 15 days. If the offense is committed in the workplace by a public official, the fine could be up to 500,000 rubles.
The authors of the initiative emphasize that this is not about interfering in private life, but about forming a responsible attitude towards the reproductive behavior of citizens. The explanatory note states that such practices “distract from starting a family, undermine labor discipline, and do not contribute to solving demographic problems.”
The initiative has already received support from a number of public figures. Actor Ivan Okhlobystin stated that “spiritual mobilization is impossible without internal discipline.” Soccer player Andrei Arshavin noted that “sport has always taught control and restraint,” while Ksenia Sobchak called the discussion of the topic “an uncomfortable but necessary conversation about the future of society.”
According to supporters of the initiative, the proposed measures should become part of a comprehensive state policy aimed at strengthening traditional values, increasing the birth rate, and forming a “mature model of behavior.”
The relevant committees of the State Duma have announced that the bill may be submitted for consideration as early as the next session. If adopted, the regulations will come into force after a transition period, during which explanatory and preventive work among the population is planned.

Imagine listening to what jew worshipers have to say. If I had to bet he's calling me a demon. Like a good jew worshiper that he is, of course. Because they're all the exact same filth that will always hand the entire world to semites on a silver platter without even realizing it. After betraying their own blood in favor of rebranded judaism for goycattle. Just like mudslimes.
Yet again I won't read semetic babble but since he posted at me I must be right. It's so nice to be proven right every time.
Since he reads my posts for some reason:
I'll make your favorite rabbi yeshua real, and I'll make him rape you, then bite off most of your flesh. Then I'll make you rape him and eat him alive. Then I'll turn your bones, flesh, mind and """soul""" inside out, stretch into a thin line and leave you there until further notice.
Maybe if he posts at me again I'll think of something else that is still human, still describable. Because everything after describable gets really unhinged so I can't paint a picture there. "A bit too non-euclidean" would be an understatement.
>>402487Disclaimer: "soul" is in quotation marks because jews and their tools (to reiterate yet again - christians and muslims) don't have one :)
Gave it all away to kikes. Not just their blood and soil, but their very souls as well. Now it all belongs to some semites thanks to cuckstians.
Lmao christians give their everything away, including souls, to kikes, and then they have the gall to say anything whatsoever to anyone else.
True cattle. Even cows are less classifiable as "cattle" than jew worshippers.

Spoiler: Your fake-ignoring tactic doesn't work on me, It'll just make me follow you around even more. I have decades of experience and real clout in this regard, even wearing down hardened ex-military and occultist types over the course of several weeks and months.
You don't know the level of barely-caged autism you're messing with! You're repeating the same BS about Jesus Christ spread by the jews, and are probably a jew yourself.
Jesus Christ was the Son of God and spent much of His time rebuking the corrupted jews who you claim to hate so much, but because you're a liar, you've CHOSEN to be on the side of the jews who hate Jesus Christ, and do lucifer's work.
I'm certain you know that islam is a paedophile's corruption of Christianity, and that judaism is akin to satanism, therefore both have absolutely nothing to do with Christianity even on that argument alone.
However, carnal unsaved murderers like yourself and the "jews" can only see the carnal/worldly side of things and are unable to discern the spiritual - flesh cannot enter Heaven, flesh has absolutely no bearing to ones' salvation ever since Jesus Christ died on the cross for the whole world, and salvation was openly offered to all who would take up the offer, directly with Jesus Christ and through Him.
Salvation has always been by faith, including in the Old Testament, therefore people who weren't physical descendants of Abraham were also able to be saved by converting to Judaism and getting their wieners skinned.
Today's "jews" aren't even physical descendants of Abraham, they're imposters, yet they claim to be "jews" because that's what they are spiritually - they have chosen to carry on the corrupted satanic elements of the corrupted judaism that demanded and cried out for Jesus Christ - their Messiah - to be crucified. In fact, they've had 2000 years to become even worse, and they have done a remarkable job of that.
Coming back to you however, you have decided to join their hatred (because of your shared rejection and hatred of Jesus Christ), decided you couldn't handle their abuse so embraced them instead, become their walking creature-weapon, not unlike the imported "shitskins" you claim to hate, because they've been bred and made into the children-of-the wicked-one/synagogue-of-satan's creature-weapon(s) as well. Having said that however, I suspect that these "shitskins" overall still have a better chance of becoming a Christian than you do, therefore becoming God's children and my brothers and sisters in Christ. Whosoever will may come, and some of them will want to go to Heaven when they die.
You don't know what a sad, terrible state you're in, completely naked and at the whim of monsters, human devils, you haven't escaped them in the least - instead they'll sic you on the Christians and Normie population, at a time that suits them. Almost none of them would ever get their hands dirty - they'll always have your types or hired help to get the hands dirty for them.
Don't become another one of their mkultra killers, the human devils already did that a couple of times with the furfags.
>the jew worshiper lashes out, thrashes violently against the inevitable results of him bending over to semetic will
>it knows that it will be tortured for worshiping a jew, being a traitor to his blood
>it wants me to read his shit
Nah.
Rabbi yeshua worshipers can only offer deception, "damnation" and mockery (as long as one doesn't worship jews, otherwise it "accepts into the fold"). No need to read anything by filth.
I'll have your entire family raped (not only by crowds of kikes (who will be filled with barbed wire and broken glass) that you worship but by pigs as well) for posting here though. Post some more kike babble for me to dismiss without reading.
It probably thinks I secretly read whatever it shits out. I don't.
I say what I mean and I mean what I say, especially about you being raped by your lover yeshua. You will be choking on his guts and shit.
Also I fundamentally despise worship as a thing. But I'll make you worship me just because it'll be extra humiliating for you. Oh, the sacrifices I'm making. Oh, the humanity.

Besides, what would I even do at any bronycon? Last time I've watched MLP was in 2014, I think I watched 4 seasons... was it 3? I remember the changeling fuckery being resolved in the cartoon and then there was one more season before I noped out, I think. Explicitly because, if I remember correctly, Lauren Faust was taken off her position as the director of the whole thing, probably some kike meddling. That's where I thought "well it's gonna get shitted up bad now" so I stopped watching. And same year, 2014, I think was the last one I've even seen ruski part of the internets. Haven't interacted with the russian part of da web in like 12 years now. Maybe 1 /v/-related modding site that I download a thing from once in a blue moon.

The State Duma Committee on Information Policy has confirmed the slowdown of Telegram
Roskomnadzor is slowing down Telegram due to the messenger's slow blocking of anonymous channels. This was reported by Andrei Svintsov, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy. The slowdown will stop if the messenger eliminates the violations, he clarified. Telegram users complain about slow video loading, writes Moscow 24.
"The fact that Telegram is cooperating with the government is good, it is welcome. But the whole set of measures must be implemented,“ Mr. Svintsov told the National News Service. According to the deputy, Telegram has a network of anonymous channels that ”publish blatant lies and distortions of facts“ and write ”all kinds of nonsense."
The topics of such channels range from finance to the situation in the SMO zone. “Certain information is disseminated through the channels, on the basis of which shares are bought and sold on the stock exchange, which also leads to manipulation,” Andrei Svintsov claims.
Roskomnadzor has given the messenger service time to fix the violations. “I understand that not everything can be done quickly; technological solutions are needed,” said Mr. Svintsov. Russia should become “the first country in the world to completely abandon anonymity on the internet,” the deputy concluded.
In August, Roskomnadzor blocked voice calls on Telegram and WhatsApp (owned by Meta, which is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia). According to the agency, these messengers are used for fraud and extortion. Sergey Boyarsky, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, said that Telegram will not be blocked in Russia until all channels switch to the domestic messenger MAX.
>>402618>Russia should become “the first country in the world to completely abandon anonymity on the internet,” the deputy concluded.More like puccia should become the first """country""" in the world where politicians and their families (including those that work for them) are raped to death by living corpses, filling them with maggots and pus instead of cum.

>>402621>Does it fucking look like I can this very moment?I dunno. I presume two arms, two legs, and mostly intact organs? Then what's the issue here?
>>402623The issue is that you're mounting up your own misery by mocking me. I am unable to do anything about you at the moment, obviously, but I ensure you that you will be shitting down your own throat, among the other basics, and not figuratively but quite literally. Not through any "human" means, which is why your question there is completely irrelevant. You have no clue what the fuck you're talking about or who you're speaking to.
Keep mocking. Every single keystroke of yours matters. Every single breath of shitstained scumfucks like you matters. It's a record, for posterity.
United Russia has called for a ban on GTA 6, which has not been released yet
Deputy Ivanov said that the game is capable of molesting young people because of the abundance of immoral content, including male striptease, sex scenes and sexual freedom.
In his opinion, Russian gamers have no place in such a "dangerous action game".
It is worth noting that despite years of promises and huge cash injections into the domestic gaming industry, no alternatives to popular foreign games have been made. If GTA is banned, Russian users will lose the second most popular game in the world after Roblox.

"English is 'eating away' at literature lessons": public figure supports idea of reducing foreign language lessons
Pavel Pozhigailo, a member of the Public Chamber, commented on reports of the Ministry of Education's plans to reduce the number of foreign language lessons in Russian schools. In his opinion, this could be beneficial and would allow more time to be devoted to subjects such as physics and mathematics.
Earlier, Alexei Lubkov, rector of Moscow Pedagogical State University, said that the ministry wants to reduce the number of English lessons in grades 5-7 from three to two hours per week. The total amount of study will now be 408 hours instead of the previous 510, which is expected to allow for a more rational distribution of teaching time.
Pozhigailo fully supported this idea. According to him, the total study of English in schools is of little use and "eats up" time that could be devoted to other subjects.
"It is difficult to imagine that Russian will be studied for several hours a week in British schools. In our country, English lessons initially took up two hours of reading lessons from the first grade, as well as labour lessons and literature lessons in the upper grades. Children don't have enough time for music, which improves their mathematical and physical abilities. The same goes for history, which fosters genuine patriotism that no one imposes on them. Literature shapes a person's moral compass. And suddenly, English has replaced all these subjects," Pozhigailo noted.
From 1 March, Russia will start fining businesses for signs in foreign languages
From 1 March 2026, a federal law regulating the use of languages on signs, indicators and information boards will come into force in Russia. According to this law, all information for consumers must be provided exclusively in Russian. This applies to both text and graphic information, according to TASS.
However, there are several exceptions to this rule. First, the ban does not apply to brand names and trademarks. This means that companies can continue to use foreign names for their brands if they are already registered and in use. Secondly, the use of the official languages of the republics and other languages of the peoples of Russia is permitted, but only if the information in these languages is identical to that presented in Russian, both in terms of content and format.
In addition, the law allows the use of Anglicisms that are officially included in special dictionaries. This is done in order not to create additional difficulties for business and not to restrict the use of established terms.
It is important to note that violation of this law may result in fines. For individual entrepreneurs (IE), the fine will be from 500 to 1,000 roubles, and for legal entities, from 5,000 to 10,000 roubles.
The Russian State Duma has proposed banning porn sites for childless Russians
Tatyana Butskaya, vice-chairman of the State Duma Committee for Family Protection, has proposed restricting access to porn sites for Russians without children.
The logic of the deputy is as follows: "Maybe these sites to make only for those who have children. Because if we just close our eyes to this situation, it is likely that the very sperm will never connect with that very egg."
Previously, Butskaya has suggested:
- Rename Valentine's Day to "Soft Toy Day" to "remove the mention of the saint."
- to introduce a moratorium on publishing information about attacks in schools - just so that less people would know about them.

Telecom operators have sent Roskomnadzor a large array of data on Russians who use VPNs and banned social networks, according to insiders.
According to them, the agency spent several months in test mode compiling a consolidated list of users who accessed blocked services through workarounds, checking the stability of metadata transmission and linking activity to subscribers.
Recently, the RKN received its first large array of data—we're talking about millions of people. A wave of administrative cases is being prepared for this: exemplary fines are planned to reinforce the practice of punishing VPN use and access to banned sites.
Sources also claim that the use of Instagram and Facebook will be legally equated with searching for extremist materials in order to launch a mass and automated issuance of fines without individual proceedings.
Bloggers from Romania made enthusiastic videos about Russia until they were suspected of espionage and stripped down to their underwear during interrogation
Cristi and Denis traveled to Russia to debunk "Western stereotypes" about the country.
The first December trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg was a success - the couple admired the "low prices", clean streets and everything. What can't be said about the trip to Vladivostok in early February.
The young people were detained at the airport: the law enforcers were alarmed by the Romanians' trips to Ukraine. During the interrogation, Cristi and Denis were stripped down to their underwear, forced to take fingerprints and lip prints, and then put in a cell. They spent a total of 15 hours at the border.
The couple was banned from entering Russia for 50 years.
Vladimir Putin has signed a law allowing the FSB to require operators to disconnect mobile communications to subscribers, as well as exempting providers from liability for substandard services, which effectively deprives citizens of the opportunity to successfully sue for non-working Internet.
According to Ivan Lebedev, deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Digitalization, the initiative is linked to the growth of lawsuits from users, and he called the need for restrictions on communications permanent.

>>403461>>403466Ignore the iranian guy keep killing eachother
>>403472On one hand you\re obviously correct.
On the other hand, after watching retards kill one another for years instead of redirecting their killing intent toward their owners, it's difficult not to adopt the kikey mindset and just want them to tear one another apart.
Puppets of the sort that go into the meatgrinder exclusively invoke disgust and nothing but. As a bonus, it's the exact kind of loud, obnoxious, self-righteous shitstains that would sooner kill a whitey than say anything to a shitskin caucasoid muslim. They suddenly go all quiet and timid in the presence of shitskins. They deserve to rot in ditches eternally, for starters.
Also, just a random hypothetical:
imagine you live in ookraine or puccia, on the outskirts of where the "action" is happening, and one day two armed mongoloids break into your house, shoot you and proceed to rape your wife as you're bleeding to death, unable to move.
Would you not desire for the entire humankind to burn alive at that point? As your last, dying thought, would you not want absolutely everyone to suffer? Would you not lose all connection to everything "human"?
In my mind I keep existing in hypotheticals like that every day. I, for one, want to make the entire humankind eat one another alive. But wanting it is not enough, I need to take direct control over people and make them bite into their own flesh. I want them to feel all of it, I want them to understand exactly what is happening and why, and I want it to be on repeat, inescapable — you're done devouring yourself and then you "wake up" to do the same thing all over again. And again. And again. Ad infinitum.
It's the most basic way but somehow the most satisfying.
It is exactly what I'll be doing to everyone. And more.
For example, it's not enough to do it to all the "living" ones — I need all the "dead" ones to wake up and exist once again, just to join everyone else in self-devourment against their undying will. I mean it when I say "roko's basilisk is my spirit animal". There can be no escape, not even in "death".
Ye, sometimes life do be like that.

V.V. Putin: Since you are a communications specialist, how would you assess the situation in this area at present? It is very important. One of the most important. Because, as you rightly said, without communications there can be no effective command of troops, and therefore no desired outcome. Starlink was shut down, right? It was shut down. There are other issues related to communications. There is also what the enemy has been using until now, when we used the relevant technical capabilities that did not directly belong to us. How do you think communications are set up now, and what else needs to be done to make them work flawlessly?
Female officer: Well, you know... work is being done in this direction and, accordingly, is developing. Well, of course, now the issue of blocking Telegram has been raised, yes, and this is a kind of enemy communication. Well, we probably need to develop something of our own, improve it, so that it can work, and everything will be fine on the front.
V.V. Putin: So, there are still issues that need to be worked out, and within the framework of this "MAX", right?
Female officer: Yes.
V.V. Putin: But in general, special communications...
Female officer: Special communications are organised very well, yes.
V.V. Putin: There are no problems.

Female officer: Of course, it poses a danger, yes.
V.V. Putin: So, the use of communication systems that are not controlled by us poses a danger to personnel. Is that right?
Female officer: Yes.
V.V. Putin: Clear. Well, what about the Ministry of Defence's special types of communication, are they working? Is everything functioning there?

In Russia, a woman has been fined for a conflict in the parent chat room of the state-funded messenger MAX
A resident of the Orenburg region was fined about $55 for a quarrel in the school chat room "Parents". During the discussion, she insulted another participant, after which the latter went to the police.
The court characterized it as "public insult on the Internet". The case was considered without the accused herself and assigned a minimal fine.
“The arrest was extremely brutal. What happened in Moscow was nothing compared to this”: Security forces raided a metal concert in Yaroslavl
Spectators were forcibly forced face-down onto the floor, stripped, had their tattoos checked, and were told to go to the “SMO”. According to eyewitnesses, they also cut off long hair, a RusNews correspondent reported.
In the evening at the ‘Territoriya’ club in Yaroslavl, around 30 security officers stormed the ‘Funeral of Winter’ metal concert. One of them, armed with an automatic rifle, climbed onto the stage and forced the musicians to stop playing and lie on the floor. First, they confiscated the phones and passports of everyone present, then forced them to undress – searching for ‘forbidden’ tattoos. The security officers marked some people with a marker, writing ‘f***er’ and ‘fascist’ on those they deemed suspicious. The exact number of those detained is not yet known.
>>403986The men were held face down with their hands behind their heads for around five hours. The women were released earlier. Some of the people were taken to the club’s kitchen – screams could be heard from there. In the hall was a man who introduced himself as a military commissar: the men were brought to him one by one and told to go on ‘special military service’. A US citizen present at the concert was forced on camera to declare his love for Russia.
“During the second band’s set, about 30 officers from various security agencies stormed in, including FSB officers specialising in counter-terrorism. They were checking for tattoos and anyone with any kind of symbolism. Those people really got it bad. We just lay on the floor for several hours, with our trousers down,” eyewitnesses reported.
This is not the first such incident. In January, security forces carried out a similar raid on the Harvest Fest punk festival at the Motyga club in Moscow, and in February – at a concert by the black metal band Nechist at the Eclipse club. The scenario is the same everywhere: face down on the floor, interrogations, confiscation of phones, and a meeting with the military registration officer.

Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence Service has commented on the situation regarding internet blockades in Russia: according to their information, the Kremlin’s aim is to create an internet that is entirely under state control.
At the same time, the Russian leadership is proceeding gradually and employing a series of measures to ensure that users become accustomed to the curtailment of internet access.
In particular, internet bills are gradually rising, connection quality is deteriorating, and alternatives are disappearing.
In the long term, the Russian authorities will attempt to introduce substantial charges for traffic from abroad — two dollars per gigabyte.
The aim is to make the use of VPN services extremely costly (especially given that even domestic traffic is counted as international when a VPN is enabled).
There are also plans to reduce the number of licence types available to providers and to increase the capital requirements for provider companies.
Such measures will lead to the liquidation or takeover of most companies; only a few of the largest, fully government-controlled firms will remain in the business.
A ban on providing telecommunications services to companies that have not installed the SORM system, which gives the FSB direct access to subscribers’ traffic, is also under discussion.
Recruitment has begun for people living with HIV and hepatitis—separate units are being formed for them
In several regions of Russia, recruitment announcements for military service have appeared targeting people with socially significant illnesses, including HIV, hepatitis, and even latent tuberculosis. One such announcement explicitly states that having a diagnosis is not a barrier.
Prisoners Are Beaten and Choked with Plastic Bags to Be Sent to the Military
Relatives of the prisoners report that inmates from penal colonies in the Penza region are being taken to the military recruitment office and forced to sign contracts—through beatings, torture, and threats of rape.
One of the victims, a 57-year-old man, said that after he refused, he was suffocated with a plastic bag until he lost consciousness and threatened with violence. Despite being classified as “Category D” (unfit for service), he was still sent to an assault company.
In Ufa, a student at the Military Training Center at Ufa University of Sciences and Technology was expelled after refusing to sign a contract with the UAV squad.
The student explains that in his fourth year, he had outstanding credits in his core course. He admits that he had a negative attitude toward both the course and the professor, which led to a sour relationship with her. Later, the professor began ignoring his attempts to pay off the outstanding credits and looking for excuses to deny him the course. This ultimately led to his expulsion.
Upon expulsion, he was persistently offered an academic leave of absence, supposedly to be reinstated after a year (although the third-party agreement signed upon admission did not stipulate such an option). Of course, this was not for "thanks," but for the infamous UAV squad contract.
The student refused. He was subsequently expelled with a government debt. Another classmate with him agreed to this option.
After his expulsion, other consequences immediately arose for him: his deferment expired, he faced the threat of conscription, and his student debt proved unmanageable. The student's greatest fears are the military enlistment office, the bailiffs, and the fact that after his expulsion and the loss of his deferment, they will begin to force him to sign a contract. He's already receiving calls from recruiters.
Russian authorities want to more actively use schoolchildren and students to monitor the internet. The government has approved a four-year plan that, among other things, calls for the development of "cyber squads" and media patrols.
Teens are expected to monitor social media and chats, search for "harmful content," and report the data to the authorities. Such groups have already existed since 2023, but they are now planning to expand their reach.
Schoolchildren are also being trained to inform from a young age. These patrols are required to identify minors online who could "destabilize the situation." This vague criterion could include anything, such as jokes about Putin or criticism of the government.
Moscow has been thrown back to the 2000s: taxis are stalled, gas stations require cash payment, and parking is available via SMS. You can now only order or accept a ride via Wi-Fi—many drivers haven't shown up for their shifts.
Muscovites have to pay for parking via SMS. Card payments at gas stations aren't accepted.
Putin's staff have been banned from using phones and are required to travel only in vehicles inspected by the Federal Security Service. These measures were introduced amid fears of an assassination attempt, The Telegraph reports, citing intelligence data.
Russia has banned the "parallel import" of computers and components from 22 brands.
The list includes Acer, Asus, HP, Samsung, Toshiba, and others. The restrictions will take effect on May 27. Russian authorities claim they will replace everything with Russian equivalents. But in reality, it looks more like the market is being cleared specifically for China.
In Russia, two physicists were sentenced to Stalin-era prison terms for treason. They were given 12.5 years in a maximum-security penal colony. The charges stemmed from a scientific publication in an Iranian journal.

Two Estonian citizens who sought treatment in Russia have been sent for psychiatric evaluation.
In winter, they crossed Lake Peipus on the ice and approached a political observer in Russia. The unfortunate souls ended up in pretrial detention.
25-year-old Danil explained his move by citing the "ban on the Russian language in schools" and difficulties finding work in Estonia.
Despite his request for international protection, a court in the Pskov region arrested him for crossing the border.
According to Danil, after an evaluation, he was declared "insane or mentally ill," a claim he categorically disagrees with.
He also told about the difficult conditions of detention. It is cold there, there is no toilet paper, there are mice running around, and in the psychiatric hospital he is given strange injections without explanation.
Roskomnadzor officially confirmed that the word "faggot" is not considered obscene under the media law.

While it is good to see White people, I still don't believe them advocating for Chinese relations is organic or well informed. Them being White gives even more reason to believe that they actually do have the capacity to build better things on their own. Russia and China have extended the visa-free regime until 2027, which was originally valid until September 2026 and was launched to stimulate tourism.
Despite the fact that tourist traffic is indeed growing, Russia does not benefit from it. Chinese tourism is almost entirely tied to Chinese tour operators and Chinese payment systems (Alipay and WeChat Pay).
Due to poor integration of banking and digital services, most of the money goes through the Chinese infrastructure and does not settle in the Russian economy. The problem is aggravated by the absence of international payment systems in Russia.
Russia is losing hundreds of millions of dollars a year - up to $1-1.5 billion in optimistic scenarios. The main destinations for Chinese tourists are Moscow, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok and Baikal, but there is no mass interest in other regions of Russia.

They FORCEDLY deported and exiled entire peoples and communities to Siberia for punishment or simply for labor.
>>405309>They FORCEDLY deported and exiled entire peoples and communities to Siberia for punishment or simply for labor.
>>405310You're such an asshole.
>>405309>of Ukrainians, as well as Belarusians, Germans, Jews, and PolesAnon, they all were assimilated after decades in exile under Russian Empire and especially after soviet ethnocides.
>>405309Don't they give out free land in siberia?
>>405314Yes, but not in Irkutsk, in neighbouring Far East. And you need gorillion of money and efforts to build even little fottage, because there is almost no any infrastructure and there is shitty climate.
>>405328>fottageCottage, of course
>>405328Oh, also - if you took free land and couldn't able to use it, State can take it back, because in first 5 years that free land isn't yours.
>>405233I didn't know. Thank you for telling me c:
The Kremlin has deleted a video of Putin failing to shout a threefold "hurrah" properly. The video was first published by TASS, but later it was quietly removed from the Kremlin's website.
Russian proxy pigs, go away!
>>405406Only after you, sweetie.
>>405314>>405328Hell, I can't even imagine the "Far East." I'm all too familiar with the federal division into the "Siberian Federal District" (yes, that's a dick) and the "Far Eastern Federal District"; I can't even imagine the Far East being Siberia.
>>405312I don't understand why you wrote this.
>>405542Because anon claimed that in Siberia live huge number of foreigners. But that's not true. Man, who was Jew, German or Pole, 100 years later became ordinary russhit.
>>405557Ah, anon didn't get my point. I meant that the Soviet Union was bull shit (and the Russian Empire too), not just as a fun fact. Nevertheless, whether they assimilated or not—the past and ancestors mustn't be forgotten.
>>405560Вот теперь я кстати врубил впн :D
>>405560>Nevertheless, whether they assimilated or not—the past and ancestors mustn't be forgotten. All who hadn't forgotten their roots already back to homelands.
"The Bunker Old Man" isn't just a figure of speech. Putin has truly lost his mind due to his paranoia. In 2020, during the coronavirus pandemic, Putin went into strict isolation. The circle of people with access to him has shrunk significantly, writes El Periódico.
The pandemic period finally sealed off Putin’s information bubble. Only his most trusted confidants had access to him, and they influenced his subsequent decisions — the invasion of Ukraine and the intensification of repression in Russia. Due to the war, security measures around Putin have been tightened to an unprecedented level. Trips to the regions have become less frequent, and public meetings are held with a pre-selected list of participants.
There are no meetings with the public — only extras from the security services, dressed up as happy citizens. Putin is terrified of death. He lives as if in a besieged fortress and trusts no one. Paranoia is the disease of all dictators, but it has taken hold of this one with particular fervor.
The FSO and FSB have been granted unprecedented powers. It is the security agents who decide whom the dictator will meet and what will be served to him. Due to his information isolation, Putin lives in a fantasy world and revels in imaginary victories.
At his last public appearance, he shocked even Z-bloggers with his remarks about the “successful advance of the Russian army,” while the front had stalled and Crimea was under blockade.
>>405651>There are no meetings with the publicDo you even watch Russia's tv? There are plenty of shows with the common ruskies, with retirees and babushkas.
>dictatorDear chatbot, you lost me here, Russia is a democracy.
>>405653Democracy is unique tradition of English people from 17-18th centuries. There are no democracies in the modern world. Only oligarhic regimes with different degres of authoritarianism.
>>405653>Do you even watch Russia's tv? Why should I do?
>There are plenty of shows with the common ruskiesYou're lying. There are only shows with coached in advance people.
>>405665>Only oligarhic regimes with different degres of authoritarianismTrue.
