General Mousavi isn't just a military man; he has political awareness, too. This isn't just a normal, everyday threat. It shows he knows something, and that is why he is getting the military ready for war.
>>403113
>and this is his mistake to not criticize his fans or at least control them, his fans...
I still say the pahlavi discourse is finished. It's just that the emptier the barrel, the louder the noise. They are making a lot of fuss right now, but in the end, even if there is a regime change, they will not come to power.
What really scares me is that they are truly becoming crazy and extreme. They have become exactly like the marxists of 1979 who, despite many sacrifices and all the noise, gained shit from the revolution. I am afraid that, just like them, when they realize the reality won't let them take power, they will start acting like madmen. To some extent, some of them already showed this by fucking the protests of Dey and turning them into a wild and foolish movement.
>...i don't think you can weaponize religion/religious history against. they are more insolent than that to actually care about morality or religion or historical figures...
Anyone who has gained power through the weapon of religion and history can fall by that very same weapon. In my opinion, as long as their distorted discourse survives (which is, of course, fading away), we will not have any real social regime change.
>i completely agree with rest of what you're saying.
:anonfilly:
>>403114
>...it was equivalent of maduro singing "imagine" by john lennon before he fall inside a sack...
Maduro's dance wasn't a sign that he wanted to sacrifice his own people, but this standing style is saying that.
>...what caught my attention was this guy's words:
The interesting part is that the regime tries to blame a group of "powerless" people for everything, while at the same time contradicting its own constitution (Article 27) about protests and denying that there's any problem with them. This kind of contradiction and backwardness was expected because the regime lost most of its original thinkers (like Motahari, Beheshti,...)years ago, and now all that's left are backward radicals.
>-Ali Shakuri Rad, Iranian physician and reformist political activist and former secretary general of the national unity Party
>yesterday he got arrested.
The narrowing of the circle of "supporters" is a sign of the decline of any regime.
>we are near the revolution days week, expect a lot of that propaganda bullshit threats.
I think it's not just a basic "another Tuesday" threat. That's a sign from someone like Mousavi.

Other than a few unaware admirers who still, out of simplicity and maybe good intentions, think pahlavi is the solution, the rest of these people are no different from those who attend the February 11 rallies. The only difference is that those people go along with whatever benefits them at the moment, and these ones don't even manage that.
I've completely lost hope in the cowardly and foolish opposition living abroad. Let them have theirown sex. That gathering was really like a circus show. Bulletproof glass??? Who do you think you are to be so paranoid about being assassinated?

Wow!
>End of the second round of talks between Tehran and Washington in Geneva
'It seems the atmosphere of the negotiations wasn’t good.'
These aren’t my words, it’s what Araghchi’s own deputy said!
>...(Khamenei launched into one of his most fiery speeches yet today, full of threats against the United States and domestic protesters.)...
Imagine those missiles shining like stars so bright,
Cause we're gonna be so fucked in the night
>The killed protesters were corrupt, coup plotters, and seditionists, and they went to hell.
I didn't see anything like that in the text of his speech. It seems that part of his remarks is false, because he definitely wouldn't say something like that in these critical days.

all i gonna say is that, it would be really funny to see his face when someone else comes to power at the end
despise how much he and his fans teared their asses for it.
>Just do some shit fuckers, why do you want to make this sooo long!...
i am fucking tired too.
>'It seems the atmosphere of the negotiations wasn’t good.'
think so, there is still no words from americans yet.
there are some news that trump massaged netan-yahoo that "we're not reaching anywhere with iran." not sure how authentic is that.
the second ship hasn't reach it's destination yet, so we still have to wait.
>Imagine those missiles shining like stars so bright,
>Cause we're gonna be so fucked in the night
nice, we either die to enemy or "friendly" fire. even if iran get's an atomic bomb, they're gonna test it on us first.
>I didn't see anything like that in the text of his speech. It seems that part of his remarks is false, because he definitely wouldn't say something like that in these critical days.
yeah i feel like it was paraphrased, i think he just put them in 3 categories that has mentioned there and yes he said "به درک واصل شدند"
either way still to me he is a F tier pathetic dictator. no one hates their people more than he does.

there is this somewhat concerning news, i am not sure if it is true or not but knowing my government they probably would pull it off.

A knowledgeable source from the IRGC who wished to remain anonymous reported that the Islamic Republic intends, if the US attacks begin, and exactly at the very first moments of the attack, to target many residential areas and cities in our own country with missiles and drone strikes, and immediately after, to release images of victims, women, and children to sway global public opinion in its favor. This informed source said one reason for the very limited internet connection is to establish white lines across the country so that Islamic Republic agents can immediately send videos and images to Arab news agencies aligned with the Islamic Republic. In this way, Ali Khamenei intends both to take revenge on the people and to change the public opinion in Iran and worldwide, which is strongly in favor of Donald Trump and against Ali Khamenei, to his own advantage.

also there are news that Irgc is keeping military ammunition inside some hospitals, Israel or Us might use that as an excuse to bomb hospitals.

I'm really sure you will make a fantastic comic about this war in the future.
The news is just as it looks: the negotiations are failing. Of course, this was expected from the start. These talks were just for show so both sides could claim they tried diplomacy first, but since there was no other choice, they started attacking each other.
Both Iran and the U.S have definitely spent a lot on these military maneuvers and movements. This is certainly not just for show or intimidation without the intent of war; on the contrary, war has been the assumption all along. War is inevitable. However, as I have said several times before, a naval war likely won't be the deciding factor. Instead, it will be an air and missile war. Since the fronts aren't on the ground, the war usually won't last long. At most, two weeks...
>>403354
Don't forget, no matter the outcome of this war, the jews will twist it (ignoring the war you fought for them) to make it look like you are the only ones to blame for being warmongers.
>>403355
I don't think in a war situation where every air defense activation and every missile launch is vital and critical, the regime would want to waste any of those opportunities just for show or to sway public opinion.
Besides, in a war where the regime needs to demonstrate its power, more explosions would actually work against it. Although the regime has pulled these kinds of stunts during protests, in a situation like war, carrying out such an operation is practically unlikely. These kinds of news stories are just explanations for the zogbots to make themselves look like "the good guys" and avoid the blame for killing people.

we keep saying when it will happen but not how it will happen:
i think outcome of war would not be an actual regime change, maybe a reformation or just a total surrender.
most Ai predict that US chance of winning is 70% and 30% for iran (if it is ground attack).
there is a really low chance that iran will win in the airial warfare, and even lower would iran would be that crazy attacks the US ships.
>These kinds of news stories are just explanations for the zogbots to make themselves look like "the good guys" and avoid the blame for killing people.

Now she is the real spitFIRE!
>we keep saying when it will happen but not how it will happen:
That is pretty much exactly what you said. Regardless of the outcome, any war won't last long due to geographical reasons. Completely overthrowing the regime is hard, whereas severely reforming it is much easier, given the number of pro-U.S pieces within the system. Khamenei can, so to speak, drink the "جام زهر آلود"and save his own ass, or continue on his previous path and most likely get overthrown. The return of the pahlavis would, at best, be just a short transitional period, and the chance of a full return (which the backward pahlavi supporters want) is almost zero.
Libtards will likely gain much more influence, and to balance them, republican and nationalist right-wingers, along with some non-extremist figures who used to be pro-pahlavi, will come to the scene (I will probably accept these people as the "bad" option between bad and worse). The chances of a syria or libya-style scenario are almost zero, because, as I said, the war cannot be long. Besides that, its effects could be so widespread that no one (except israel) would find it economically or politically worth it. Since kikes in Washington listen to kikes in Tel Aviv to some extent, it doesn't look like anyone wants to dance to Tel Aviv's tune this time. Of course, if Khamenei gets so arrogant and foolish that he listens to extremist hardliners like the Paydari Front and their folks, we could even expect ww3. Even if the regime comes out of this war with a total victory, even destroying israel, since its domestic legitimacy has basically collapsed, the protests will start again as soon as things calm down a bit. Basically, until a regime change actually happens, the protests will continue for some time.
>i hope you're right.
Me too, because even if I were in their shoes, in such a situation, I wouldn't even think of doing things like that, since it simply isn't worth it.

Most of those arrested are just regular folks who are neither "سر پیاز" nor "ته پياز" and are living their own lives, but they are taking the heat for others because of the political games between countries. I usually assume that, like most other arrests where there were two sides involved, these poor people really had nothing to do with this whole mess.

Your black and white style is really good! I think if you make it a bit more manga-like, it will be truly cool (at least 20% cooler). I'm sure you can do it.
>...Iran's "symbolic enrichment"...
I think all this enrichment was just symbolic (regardless of whether a bomb was made with it or not), because basically all this cost, conflict, and problems we had for years were for enrichment that doesn't even produce 2% of our energy, and that level of 60% enrichment had nothing to do with other fields like medical radioisotopes either. The whole enrichment thing was more like a show-off and political venting by the extremists; otherwise, it had no specific benefit. If even one-tenth of the expenses and hardships endured for enrichment had been spent on solar energy, we would have had many times the profit, and there would have been no sanctions or the excuse of being 'two weeks away from building a nuclear weapon'.
>The first cooperation agreement between German and Israeli ground forces.
It is strangely ironic...
>A generation that protested before "maturity"; Iranian teenagers in the middle of fear, anger and hopelessness.
The sadder part of the story is that the regime and the opposition abroad were basically exploiting these poor people as their own puppets.
>>403408
Finally, there is a difference between someone who was a real king for years and someone others want to force upon people as a so-called (((king))). >bro i fucking love you (no homo) i hope you the best
i am glad that i met such a smart person like you who is the best representation of our people.
Me too (no homo), and I really want a bright ending for you and every Iranians and other people in this fucking world.
Don't talk like that. We just had the time and opportunity to share and analyze all our schizophrenia theories and mental gymnastics to reach a conclusion. These conversations are pretty standard discussions that our people usually have. Even when talking to a taxi driver, we usually get into even deeper stuff than this. It's just that since we have more time now and our chats are written in a foreign language, it seems a bit smarter.
You really are a smart person, pretty much like everyone else I meet on a damn day. I don't know... it's as if hardships, busy lives, and the conditions have forced our people to use analysis and debate in their daily small talk, talking about exchange rates, political news, war updates, and their own homemade theories and predictions, instead of just chatting about whether the car they're getting this summer is going to be red or emerald green. It's like we're all spontaneously turning into schizo philosophers.
Just a few days ago, at a political seminar, I saw a zoomer, maybe 14 or 15 years old, having a heavy political debate with the speaker about the legal ambiguities of institutions related to the leadership. As if he shouldn't be at a party with his peers right now, with sports matches being his biggest concern, instead of being here talking to someone twice his age about constitutional ambiguities. It's gotten to the point where it seems like all the people have put on a political filter, and maybe they were never meant to be those simple people of the past again.
>and yeh I'm drunk so what?
Setad is coming...
>the problem is that sneaky kikes aside then we have our own retarded government that feels like bunch of...
I get what you're saying. The government is a bunch of idiots, the enemy is doing what enemies do, and here we are, stuck in the middle, about to get fucked for no reason.
از دشمنان برند شکایت به دوستان
چون دوست دشمن است شکایت کجا بریم؟
But I believe this is our destiny. Don't get me wrong, being miserable isn't our fate, but struggle is part of our very existence. I believe we are never meant to have peace. Life's challenges are never going to let us go and let us live a worry-free, average life like some random person in a random oceanian country. I remember back in the 2022 protests, when Shervin's song trended, I had an issue with one line: "برای یک زندگی معمولی". We are never going to have a normal life. We are never going to be ordinary and carefree; that is our history and even our legends. Think about it: you just escape the thousand-year tyranny of Zahhak, and suddenly Iraj is killed by his own brothers, plunging Iran into years of war and conflict with Turan, Greeks, and Romans. Our history and identity are tied to struggle and living an extraordinary life. So in a way, it's both good and bad. Our nature is challenge, and our fate is intertwined with being extraordinary.
But here is the point: we have always found a way. The Assyrians oppressed us, and the Medes came and kicked their asses. The Babylonians were oppressive, and the Persians came. The Greeks and Romans came, and the Parthians and Sassanians kicked their asses. The Arabs came, and dynasties like the Samanids, Saffarids, Alavids, and Buyids kicked their asses. The mongols came, and people like the Sarbedaran kicked their asses. The Ottomans came, and the Safavids kicked their asses. The Afghans and Indians came, and the Afsharids kicked their asses. Even Agha Mohammad Qajar, despite his cruelty, kicked the asses of many of Iran's enemies. Abbas Mirza and Amir Kabir saved Iran from falling behind. Constitutionalists like Sattar and Khosrow kicked the ass of tyranny. The nationalists kicked the ass of oil colonialism, and our fathers kicked Saddam and the Baathists' asses. We always face the challenge and find the solution.
Even right now, our situation isn't even comparable to what the Sarbedaran or the people of Tabriz uprising faced. Maybe we'll suffer for years, but I believe "شاهنامه آخرش خوشه". Ultimately, history has shown that the people of Iran have been the winners, whether against a tyrannical government or invading enemies. I have a positive outlook on all this hardship in the end. The god of Iran is alive, and I fully believe in that.
>you need to snort a whole truck of feet stone powder...
As stupid as they are, they aren't that stupid. Otherwise, if they were really that dumb, they wouldn't have even lasted until 2010.
>average iranian life.
Somehow true.
>it's the most 'who gives a shit' news.
But I want to give a shit. It's really hard getting arrested in a foreign country over a bunch of dirty political games.
>give me a year or two i finally will LeaR.
I'll wait (If I don't die).
>Iran is two weeks from building a bomb.
>-Mymphit ,Pharaoh Of Egypt 3350 BC
Always two weeks...
>and Trump, don't forget about that fucker who gave unnecessary hope...
Basically, I'm mostly wondering why anyone actually believed what that orange man said. It's like they really didn't know anything about politics.
>still there is nothing royal about them, a mazani faggot commander became a ruler with help of jew's best friend Anglos to shove our oil in their ass.
One of the exact reasons he was conspired against was that he tried to be independent. At least he did things that make him preferable to that kike-sucker son of his.
>...my rumblen drunken bullshit...
You just spoke your heart. This isn't bullshit.

Sorry for off-topic, but when interviews and clips like these exist, why do so many boomers insist that jews aren't in power? They ignore and turn blind eye to the JQ their entire lives. Wouldn't that make the boomers evil, since they're conspirators, or how else do you explain this behavior?

because as mark twain said "It's easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled"
accepting harsh realities is always hard for common people.
i use to hear "there is no way israel is going to attack us", people love to live in a safe bubble.
or at least that's the way i can explain it.

>it's as if hardships, busy lives, and the conditions have forced our people to use analysis and debate in their daily small talk.
yeah i noticed that too.
hard times creates strong men. life in iran made people to become politically aware, turning them into conspiracy theorists. mostly due to many times that we have been politically scammed and how much of it affects our lives directly.
i somewhat view it as good thing.
>being miserable isn't our fate, but struggle is part of our very existence.
the problem is that, our enemies caused more harms and scars that it doesn't make it worth as an experience, also if we're in time that we're getting fucked by for example mongols,it doesn't matter what will happens after it someone will avenge us or not. we dying not be able to see what comes next after it is just pure sadness. (also not related but one day we should really start committing genocide and war crimes just for a change of pace, we were too decent for no reason).
>Ultimately, history has shown that the people of Iran have been the winners.
eh...
>I have a positive outlook on all this hardship in the end. The god of Iran is alive, and I fully believe in that.
i hope you're right, i don't have any will or reason to try to jinx it, so i won't say anything negative.
>These idiots brought this on themselves by opening the universities.
i don't get it either, my university delayed opening for few days.

about negotiations
it seems we're at Final, by tomorrow Iran should provide a proposal and if US accepts it they will agree to meet on Thursday which being said that it would be the last one. if US doesn't accept it ,well we skip levels and straight to the bossfight.

If you pay attention, hating of kikes, or at best, suspicion of them, has existed for thousands of years. This feeling is even present among millennials and gen z, but boomers are different. They lived in an era where complete trust in official and mainstream media was a given concept. Media outlets used the holocaust lie and propaganda portraying jews as victims to turn them into the oppressed side of the story. The arab-israeli war also made things easier for them; they presented israel as the sole symbol of democracy of the middle east(ignoring Iran and Turkey then) surrounded by arabs. This reinforced the propaganda mixed with minority victimhood and evangelical sentiment.
For a long time, no one even thought of having a twisted view of jews because the "whitewashing" of jews was so widespread that any word against them would immediately get someone labeled an anti-semite or a conspiracy theorist. For example, if the Shah of a country that was considered part of the western block at the time said such things freely, it was simply because whitewashing jews had no utility in a place like Iran. It is worth noting that this same western-backed Shah even helped Egypt in its war against israel. It might seem strange, but jews did not hold a position that required being victim there.
A random b who turns on the tv every morning and watches Fox news while eating breakfast doesn't understand this. He believes whatever they say because he grew up in that era, and he doesn't have the patience (or the courage) to go find information for himself and have his entire mindset and beliefs collapse by learning the truth. He prefers to think simply, and being simple means listening to the media.

>i somewhat view it as good thing.
I hope so, but I'm worried that this flood of information and discussion will eventually lead to anarchist chaos. Because when you know too much and want to share your opinion, nothing ends up being completely to your taste. You become so set in your own perspective that you might not find any common ground, and everyone just wants to do their own thing.
In short, knowing too much isn't always a good thing.
>the problem is that, our enemies caused more harms and scars...
The problem is that historical tragedies always sacrifice at least two or three full generations before the future generation (once it has matured and gained experience) can finally use the situation as an opportunity. Although that maturity is happening, exactly as we were just discussing, there is no guarantee that our generation will actually get to see the result, which is the victory.
>(also not related but one day we should really start committing genocide and war crimes just for a change of pace, we were too decent for no reason).
You know, historically, genetically, and even mythologically, the Turanians were essentially of the same race as the Iranians (contrary to what those kurdish-greek mixes known as pan-turks try to claim). But the key difference between them and us was that, unlike them, we didn't have savagery or a quick temper, and we didn't rule like barbarians. That is what defined an Iranian. If we are going to act like Turanians, then we can no longer claim to be Iranian. Besides, history has shown that regimes established through abnormal violence (like the qajars) never have a good future. I think it's some historic karama.
>eh...
Hard to believe, but easy if you look at the history's results.
>i hope you're right, i don't have any will or reason to try to jinx it, so i won't say anything negative.
Believing in something is always better than just nihilism :starswirl-the-bearded:
>i don't get it either, my university delayed opening for few days.
Pro-gov supporters holding memorials for those killed in the protests was, quite literally, like poking a stick into the snake hole of the people's nerves just as they had calmed down‌ for a while. It's like they crave conflict. Or perhaps they want to stir up chaos again so that when this nothing burger fails, they can turn it into another "epic" victory for regime.
>about negotiations
I just hope it reaches a conclusion; I don't care what it is, but I'm tired of all this ambiguity. I don't want to enter an era where they keep saying: Iran and U.S are two weeks away from reaching a deal.

Oh and about that:

Looks like the war have started. Now we have to see how far it will go.

>US, Israel launch attack on Iran, explosions across Tehran

>The United States and Israel have launched an attack on Iran, with explosions heard and seen across Tehran.
>Several missiles have struck University Street and the Jomhouri area in Tehran, Fars news agency reported. Smoke was seen rising in the city, according to an Al Jazeera correspondent on the ground.

>Israel’s Defence Minister Israel Katz claimed Israel launched the missile attack in order to “remove threats to the State of Israel”.
>A United States official told Al Jazeera that the attacks were carried out as a joint military operation between Israel and the US, which has assembled a vast fleet of fighter jets and warships in the region to try to pressure Iran into a deal over its nuclear programme.
>The Associated Press news agency reported that the strike in Iran’s capital happened near offices of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. According to an official cited by Reuters, Khamenei is not in Tehran and has been transferred to a secure location.
