Israel targeted senior members of Hamas’s leadership in a strike on Tuesday, the Israeli military and the Shin Bet domestic intelligence service said.
The operation took place in Qatar.

>Iran's embassy in Australia and its diplomats were not involved, however, the spy chief said.

>The snapback would mean a return to wide-ranging UN sanctions in place before the deal, including a conventional arms embargo, restrictions on ballistic missile development, asset freezes, travel bans and a ban on producing nuclear-related technology.

>"In Geneva, we explained to the Europeans that, for legal reasons, they have no right to use the snapback mechanism, and that if such a thing happens, it will have consequences for them," Iran's foreign ministry spokesman said without elaborating.

>“In the next possible war, our restraint will end,” Ghalibaf told parliament. “New geographic areas and targets will be added to our response. And if the enemy overreaches again, the war could expand into economic and political arenas as well.”

>Last week, Iran's top security official rejected the European proposal for the extension of the August deadline, saying, "Some countries have requested a six-month extension [of snapback deadline], but Iran does not agree."
>"We had an agreement that was supposed to be completed within 10 years; it's not meant to be extended repeatedly. This is just rule-twisting, and we do not accept it," Ali Larijani said in an interview with the Supreme Leader's website.

I'm not gonna post new links myself, cause honestly there's way too much news and I really don't have the patience to dig through all of it (I'm not like that Brit who apparently has endless patience for this stuff).
Anyway, when Australia, which knows damn well that Iran had no (unfortunately) role in these so-called "antisemitism" attacks, and when synagogues existed in Iran long before Australia was even a thing, still decides to suspend relations, when multiple european embassies shut down or suspend themselves, when europe triggers the "snapback mechanism", which does less to hurt the economy and more to make relations darker and riskier; when europeans send money and weapons to israel while flooding their own countries with palestinian migrants, when in the middle of negotiations with Iran, they openly support attacks against it, when they basically threaten their own economies by dragging Iran into threatening to close the strait of Hormuz, yet keep pushing anyway, when they take sides in a war that's literally gonna drain their own wallets, when leftrards and rightards on the internet play their dumb escalation games, when we're sitting here waiting 2–3 days just to see how badly "talks failed" will turn into even harsher war threats... why the hell should anyone think Iranian politicians aren't on drugs before making decisions, or that european and american politicians aren't busy sucking an israeli dick before they open their mouths??

Hamas is a "passive false flag" player.
By this attack, they just wanted to make sure Hamas will continue their operations for israel's excuse.
I don't think they are really connected to Mossad, but I'm sure Mossad had known about 7th October before it happened.

scenarios that i am guessing for iran:
1.Iran will lose by israelis killing major leaders of iran,
which can also cause a revolution.
can be a blood bath of both civilians and government personnels.
2.can become a very frustrating and long war just like iran vs iraq or russo-ukraine war.
the war itself could become on the ground opposite of last time. but highly doubt it cause israel is much stronger in aerial war.
3.there is like 5 percent chance that iran will destroy whole israel or simply wins the war.
"there is nothing wrong to fantasize.
4.the war can become wider and conflicts escalate. i belive there is a low chance that it might begin the ww3 but it is not impossible.
5.nothing will happen.(?)

Hamas is indirectly supported by israel. That doesn't mean there's some kind of direct backchannel relationship between the two.
I know israel benefits from Hamas' operations and, in a way, backs their continuation as a convenient excuse for its own actions. But that doesn't necessarily mean they're in direct contact.
In mafia-game terms(well, persian version), Hamas is basically the clueless townsperson swinging the axe(شهروند تبر), but everything they do ends up helping the mafia team (ZOG).

<if you don't mind:
Well,
>Scenario 1
A direct victory through war is almost impossible for either side. Even then, assassinating Khamenei would only make the regime harsher, because he's already entrenched his ideology within the irgc and figures like his son and Khomeini's son. So with his death, the regime's ideology wouldn't collapse or fall apart.
So no, even assassinating the leader doesn't guarantee the regime's downfall. Until the protests gain real leadership, regime change in this way is difficult, but not impossible.
>Scenario 2
Maybe the most likely scenario, at least until some new influential figure shows up.
>Scenario 3
Like I said, a direct short-term win through war is pretty much impossible. If any side is gonna bring about regime change, it'll be after the war, because of its effects and aftermath.
>Scenario 4
I wouldn just say it's not out of the question.
>Scenario 5
Ummm... Maybe? No, no... I mean, that's... Ummm... If it happens, that means we are being controlled by aliens.

>Hamas is indirectly supported by israel
They were DIRECTLY supported by Israel until just two years ago. Bibi openly said it was a priority to support them to prevent the ascension of an independent Palestine. Mossad handed Hamas literal suitcases full of money and conveniently "lost" weapons all over Gaza, so that Gaza would be ruled by terrorists and a stable Palestinian government could not form there. They were basically "Uncontrolled-controlled opposition": they empowered the terrorists to make sure that Gaza was in perpetual chaos.
>That doesn't mean there's some kind of direct backchannel relationship between the two.
>that doesn't necessarily mean they're in direct contact.
Also true. They overplayed their hand and lost control, which is what led to Oct 7th. The kikes did not expect the sandniggers to be competent enough or brave enough to launch such a large-scale and organized attack on Israel, probably because it hasn't really ever happened before. After that the Jews freaked out in blind rage and just started murdering civilians by the tens of thousands, which arguably just accomplished Hamas's goal of corroding Israel's international support and sabotaging the Abraham Accords.

>They were DIRECTLY supported by Israel until just two years...
I tried to get my point across using a "mafia game-style" term, but I don't think I've quite succeeded yet.
What I mean is that israel provides Hamas with financial and military support, but does so in a way that even Hamas itself doesn't fully notice, kind of like a semi-anonymous backing.
Imagine a story where the hero gets help from their teacher to defeat the demons, and the plot twist at the end is that the teacher is actually the head of all the demons.
Here, though, that plot twist isn't revealed to the fighter (Hamas), and the teacher(israel or israel supporters) is anonymous for the fighter.
>Also true. They overplayed their hand and lost control, which is what...
I even believe that israel knew about October 7 in advance, which is why, after making sure its own safe zone was secured, it allowed the attack to happen without it being fully successful.
Which exact key israeli figures were eliminated on October 7? This was just an excuse to speed up the cleansing of palestine and gaza. I see "Gaza before October 7 – Gaza after October 7" photos in media(specially in leftist), but I haven't seen a single image like that about israel in any media, whether right or left. October 7 was an anti-event that israel allowed to happen.
>which arguably just accomplished Hamas's goal...
I think israel took a gamble with its brutal attacks. It pushed the left out of its support circle and instead tried to pull in more zionist right-wingers and evangelical christians. In a way, it radicalized the whole thing and bet big, but it seems like it lost this gamble. Without the backing of the big jewish and zionist players, israel basically has no other supporters, because it alienated the left and even the right can see that, instead of kikes' goals benefiting the right, it’s actually the right’s goals that end up benefiting the kikes.

i would say my generation find christianity cooler than islam , which if you look at what government done to people , it make sense.

Yeah, I do agree that it's pretty unlikely that Mossad wouldn't have known about the attack in advance. It does make a perfect precursor for them to permanently occupy Gaza, and it conveniently to distracted their citizens from protesting against the overhaul of the judiciary.
Idk if this situation has played out exactly as they planned though.
>I think israel took a gamble with its brutal attacks
>it seems like it lost this gamble
Yeah, that's one way to put it. I don't think they understood that the younger generation of the west either abhors Israel (left) or no longer cares about Israel (right).

UN Security Council rejects bid to continue Iran sanctions relief
The text, tabled by the Council president – the Republic of Korea – received only four votes in favour, from Russia, China, Algeria, and Pakistan, failing to secure the nine required for adoption.

Denmark, France, Greece, Panama, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, Somalia, the United Kingdom, and the United States voted against. Guyana and the Republic of Korea abstained.

Had it been adopted, the resolution would have terminated UN sanctions imposed on Iran prior to the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (or JCPOA), thereby preserving the sanctions relief provided to Tehran under the deal.

>2 days ago was mahsa amini's death anniversary in Iran , so therefore some protests happened.
Yes, but it seems like it's been less than last year. Unfortunately, when the opportunity was there, we didn't act properly and let some people ruin it. And now, those same people who caused the damage want to use this incident for their own gain, whether liberal leftists, monarchists, or MEK.
I really hate what they're doing. Just like in the battle of Siffin when they put the quran on a spear, these people are putting the body of this poor girl on a spear to gain legitimacy for themselves, the same thing Khamenei is doing now with Iranian nationalism.
It's like they're all one spirit in different bodies, their essence is the same.
>i heard some explosions today in my city but i can't anything news related to it.
>tehran also heard many big explosions, which is happening a lot lately everywhere, and govs are keep blaming gas explosion in houses.
Lately, I haven't heard any explosions in tehran, nor seen any news about them.
Those (apparently!)gas leak explosions mostly happened right after the war had just ended. Some explosions would go off, and then they would say it was a gas leak. A few hours later, suddenly news would come that so-and-so former commander had (apparently!)died from chemical injuries from the Iran-Iraq war, right in that same timeframe. Surely, these explosions and deaths have nothing to do with israel…!
But after a while, that stopped too. Seems like the kikes realized people were too busy with their own to care about what they were up to. Suddenly, all the gas pipes were magically fine, and no more leaks…
>while america is busy with charlie kirk's death , israel is using it as a distraction to occupy gaza (old news)
The "cleverness" of the kikes is getting kinda boring now, isn't it? Aren't they supposed to come up with a new trick? This one's getting a bit old.
>Netanyahu threatens european countries that they will "pay a heavy price" if they side with palestine
>israeli foreign minister threatens action against EU sanctions

>we have to build israel for the poor jews.
>we have to send israel weapons and ammo so it can stir chaos in the middle east and flood our country with more war shitskin refugees.
>for appearances' sake, let's at best just recognize palestine.
>the israel we created now threatens us.
>ok, we have to keep sending it more weapons…
I love this comedy! It's like some kind of contest going on: "Which goy can suck the most jewish dick??!"
>Spain summons Israel ambassador following Netanyahu’s ‘blatant genocidal threat’ comments
It's better to wake me up when they actually do something that hits israel. Europeans are generally really slow when it comes to this kind of stuff.
>USA VETOES UN RESOLUTION FOR ISRAEL AND PALESTINE
Just another Tuesday for (((america))) to do goy stuff.
>and US seems like to be the only country that still defends israel
U.S openly supports israel, a few european countries do so semi-openly, and some countries like turkey support it secretly. Of course, we're talking about the leaders here, they've probably done a good job turning many of their own people into anti-semites.

>8 days remaining for snapback mechanism
I hope this happens as soon as possible, they shouldn't have dragged it out this long.
From what I've gathered from pretty much every expert, pro-gov, opposition, neutral, anything you name it..., it seems that the snapback mechanism is more of a political slap at Iran than an economic hit. Europe didn't really have that much trade with Iran anyway, and the sanctions that are supposed to come back are basically just weaker versions of the U.S sanctions.
This is more about making a political statement than actually hurting Iran economically, so for us ordinary people, it doesn't make much of a difference. But I'm curious to see what actually happens, because I think this move ends up being more self-harm for europe than a strike against Iran. Iran has already been under sanctions, and this just gives them more reason to act against europe and wake up more europeans to find out their govs' stupid policies.
Funny fact:
Lately, IRIB has been using the english term "snapback"(اسنپ بک) instead of the persian equivalent "mechanism of the trigger"(مکانیسم ماشه), probably because it carries less negative connotation. Meanwhile, Iran international has recently been using the persian translation instead of the english term, since it has more negative weight. Even though IRIB usually insists on using the persian translation and Iran international prefers the english term!
I swear to Celestia, this country is basically just Discord turned into a nation! Pure comedy!

The whole argument was a misunderstanding.
Today's friendship lesson is think and taste our words before say them.

tomorrow the application of Snapback Mechanism will be examined in the UN
If this happens, all US, European and UN sanctions will return (more strongly).
It means that Iran's economy will suffer a terrible blow and more than ever.
this would put Iran in a horrible position and danger either a revolution or an attack from a foreign country due to the fact that Iran would lose every support from United Nation.
--
yesterday was United nation's speech and Iran's president , Masoud Pezeshkian said nothing significantly useful for the situation and mocked by both inside and outside news for it.
--
today there will be a negotiation between both Iran and USA after a very very long time.
if this negotiation fails , there would be no other chances for iran to delay Snapback any longer.
--
what Russia and China can do?
other than delaying it , nothing.
can it be vetoed?
no , snapback mechanism by what i hear is not allowed to be vetoed.

>revolution
I know that feeling of despair when watching your neighbors giving priority to their wallets rather than making an united front against the foreign threat. It tells a lot about their moral character.
>what Russia and China can do?
Ah, the hope for a savior.
China is too far away to help, and Russia is only interested in keeping Iran politically stable enough to avoid her territory being used as a launchpad for jihad or terrorist attacks against Russia after the fight settles down.

>I know that feeling of despair when watching your neighbors giving priority to their wallets...
that is why i am jealous of the most arabic countries.
my hatred for arabs mainly comes from they have oil and they're rich.
we have oil and we're fucked.
it mainly was policy of Churchill to be it that way.
"keep the iranian poor , they become your dog
keep the arab rich , they will become your dog."

to this day i still believe it was just a fake act, other than recent war , irgc did not much against israel other than give away our countries money to another groups (such as hezbollah , hamas and etc)
--
also looking at my neighbors...
yeah there is afghanistan, one of the things that iranian are mostly scared to become one.
>Ah, the hope for a savior.
not really , waste majority of iranians wants it to change, either by revolution or some foreign country attacking IRGC and terminating Islamic republic.
for me , because of uncertainty of the future , that concerns me.
1.irgc may start a coup , and it will become a total militarized country.
2.a revolution might happen and if it even be a successful one, God knows who the fuck will come to power.
3.prince reza coming to become a king. which is very good news for US and Israel, he is their groomed puppet.
>China is too far away to help,
it is not about being far away or not , it is about how their policies will be effectfull for us.
Iran sometimes gave free oils to china , and always buys their shitty products to just help them.
also recently gave a huge part of the south sea (Khazar) for chinese to start fishing there
