But then again, wasn't it for Kamala, or did they oust Biden in time to actually alter the ballets? I guess there is no law saying that the parties have to select their candidate democratically right, so if the Dems just called up all their people in the various states and told them to put Harris on the ballet as the party candidate before the cuttoff then it's all kosher, yea?

Why do you think he didn't do this earlier though? Is it all fallout from the assassination attempt? Or did the Dems time Kamala just right so that RFK couldn't react in time to get himself off the ballet? Or maybe he even waited on purpose? It's not out of the question that a clever person could use the system against itself, to make it seem even less legitimate. At any rate, if Kamala wins, this is just going to make things look even more rigged. It's going to rouse passions.

He stopped for the expressed risk of avoiding a Harris presidency once the possibility for that drew closer.

This petty argument has now caused early voting to be postponed until after the debate, because now all of the ballots need to be reprinted. Democrats shot themselves in the foot.
