Why is it so hard for so many people to understand that a country's government is supposed to prioritize the welfare and wellbeing of their own population over the wellbeing of other populations?
If this core principle is not maintained, then the existing power structure will obviously start treating their country's founding population as a threat and prefer to import foreign client races to put against the founding population.
It's like people actually want to destroy their own civilization and remove the elements and goodness that led to it being built up in the first place. Burning down more and more of their own country for emotional and short term monetary highs is a bad way to do things, but universal voting rights leads to stupid people being easily indoctrinated and manipulated by evil people.
Here's hoping there are enough protections in this election to stop it from being stolen again. The leftists seem to be literally out of any plausibly popular candidates as far as I can tell.
