There's people out there. I'm sure you could go on twitter or facebook or some pony meet discord server. It's just that you don't want to be friends with any of those people. Anyone you want to be friends with isn't gonna be out there parading around like a peacock hoping to attract bronies. If what you are looking for is the tinder of pony people, you're gonna get that same quality.
Go to a con. That said, most of the people I know, even some that live nearish to me, are pretty content to stay to themselves outside of big events like a convention. Not that I've tried real hard to hang out, but they also live far enough away that it would be a whole-day type of thing to go see them, and as we're all older people with jobs and shit, that makes it hard. A lot of the challenge is gonna be finding someone near to you. There's just not that many of us globally, and a lot of us have shit to do.

Posting anonymously isn't gonna help you find people, and if you live in some relatively minor country that doesn't speak engrish, it's gonna be even harder. Good luck though.
