I think they'll release a list eventually to appease speculators, but it won't be anyone with substantial influence; basically a list of scapegoats they'd like to throw under the bus. They might throw in a few high-profile people like Trump so that the news is juicy enough to distract people from what they omitted.

Some people on the internet literally are stupid enough that they will interpret a screencap of a random twitter post as fact without bothering to check if it's real or not. If you don't believe me, go browse /pol/ for ten minutes. "Fact checkers" can be annoying, but sometimes it's a necessary job.
