i'm using 2 sheets of 110lb cardstock glued together with gorilla brand spray adhesive.
paste them together before cutting the card out. it's best to cut them with a guillotine, if that's not an option i would use a square and an x-acto knife.

Assuming that the client sample was an average of 2 adults and a child, then it is 220+220+85 = $525, then 525/3 = $175 as the average paid by customer.
