>Trial of Derek Chauvin
>Chauvin, 45, is charged with second- and third-degree murder as well as second-degree manslaughter in Floyd’s death. He has pleaded not guilty on all counts.
>Video recorded on a bystander’s cellphone and viewed millions of times across the world showed Floyd, a 46-year-old Black man, crying out for help as Chauvin, who is white, and two other police officers pinned him to the ground.
>Day 1 - Opening statements>Opening statements in the trial of Derek Chauvin are set to begin on Monday, 10 months after the white former Minneapolis police officer was videoed kneeling on George Floyd's neck before he died, spurring months of protests nationwide.https://youtu.be/IWbA2brcEbg
What's the degrees of murder in niggerstates? Also he is absolutely not guilty, junkie killing himself with incompatible drugs and continuous drug abuse is the junkie's own fault.
Not 100% sure. I know the third degree was only added late on after a court ruling that it could be added.
From my search it looks like the degrees are as following:>First-degree murder, or capital murder as it is often called. In most states, first-degree murder involves elements like deliberate planning, premeditation, or malice. Deliberate means that the defendant makes a clear-headed decision to kill the victim. Premeditation involves showing the defendant actually thought about the killing before it occurred.>Second-degree murder is killing another with malice – doing a harmful act without just cause or legal excuse – but without premeditation or deliberation. In other words, this means intentionally killing someone without planning to do so in advance.>Third-degree murder or manslaughter is a culpable homicide that is not murder or infanticide. Manslaughter can either be voluntary manslaughter when a person wants to harm another person, but not kill them. However, if a person hurts another person with the intent to cause bodily harm and die, that would qualify as voluntary manslaughter.
It's actually far worse than just a nigger killing himself through repeated drug use. The toxicology report makes clear that not only was he high at the time of arrest, but he then tried to dispose of the drugs he had on him by ingesting them
. What's even more, he tried that about a year ago it almost killed him THEN.https://youtu.be/GVIhEsR9GBU
>>304823>What's even more, he tried that about a year ago it almost killed him THEN.
One bright side is that the prosecution wanted to introduce some evidence (can't remember what it was exactly) made the judge allow for the defense to bring the facts of that incidence into evidence. Prior to that nothing about the prior history of Floyd was allowed.
>>304824>the bright side
And? What do you think will happen if the officer is exonerated or acquitted? We already saw months of race riots because of this fucking junkie. Is anyone under any illusions of what Biden is gonna (not) do?
Only just verdict is an acquittal.
What will happen is a massive Chimpout that probably will be well funded. Only question is if they will buss the chimps to affluent areas or let them chimp in their own neighborhoods. But I think when people see burnings of Starbucks, Mom-and-pop stores and open shootings of White people and Police officers they will have to decide if they want to bend their knee to the mob or say enough is enough.
>>304826>I think when people see
Like last time?
But that being said >>304826
I think the verdict will be a hung jury.>>304827
Last time Trump was president and Democrats benefited from the unrest.
>>304828>they dont have as much to gain if not more from maintaining the 'muh systemic racism' narrative under a complicit and fraudulent Biden presidency
I look forward to telling you "I told you so". Again
True they will push for the "muh racism" card but they also try to do all they can to make it peacefull. Looting and burning of buildings will not be in their interest this time around. I don't think the Democrats will be able to control the BLM crowd as much as they did during the Trump presidency, mainly because they saw the unrest as beneficial to the election and they could always blame Trump for too harsh or too lenient response (damned if you damned if you don't). So I think it will be violent, but this time the Democrats will also want the police to go in and stop the unrest, and also allow the police to do so.
So restraining an obvious junkie, who is likely on painkillers and INSANELY DANGEROUS (no pain = no restriction on exertion = hulk mode), with the move designed to keep violent niggers restrained and alive, while the nigger dies to his junkie ways is now "second-degree murder". Great, given the precedent system of USA if Chauvin isn't acquitted y'all're gonna get turbofucked.>>304823
Hoo boy. Does that explain lethal levels of metabolites (i.e. "drugs have been in his system for a while") though?>>304825
Months of well-funded race riots by the дерьмократы, because keeping niggers living in ghettos is profitable to them (drug profits + same amount of work as a white person at a tiny fraction of the cost, due to whites demanding actually good living conditions).>>304826
I don't think another funded chimpout will happen, dems are already in power and are not going to let it go again.
An UNfunded chimpout, though, is extremely likely by all the niggers and leftards feeling betrayed, and those will be suppressed by dem-city police with extreme prejudice.
Also the burning and murdering did jack shit to redpill people in the summer.>>304833
See above. The point of dems is to drive out whites (who want reasonable conditions), replacing them with niggers and equivalents (who don't want reasonable conditions, they want gibz). Same thing is happening in Europe with mudslimes btw, for the same reasons.
P.S. While niggers and rapefugees are profitable, they also do jack shit of working or culture, so that shit will collapse after a while and balkanize the States/fuck the Europe up. The only way to stop that is actually pretty simple - put your government to the wall, shoot them, keep shooting any government who tries to pull this shit.

>Day 2 - Derek Chauvin trial resumes with witness testimonyhttps://youtu.be/sZ92-geeYBo
Chauvin's lawyer was good at cross-examination I think for the first witness (that did not finish testimony yesterday). The witness was clearly a bit hostile and tried to be really evasive when he realized he was painted into a corner.>wonder why the BLM t-shirt that was clearly visible under the white shirt was allowed, but might also go against the witness as he was coming off as highly biased
I am also worried that the press, prosecutor or witnesses, their lawyers or helpers will reveal the identity of jurors. Yesterday a PR person for one of the witnesses was caught taking pictures, could be an honest mistake as she said but who know what a person with malicious intents can do.
All the witnesses so far have become really hostile once the defense had gotten a little into their questioning as they start realizing that the facts show that Chauvin might be innocent after all.
Floyd was high on Fentanyl and that's what caused his death by cardiac arrest.
Chauvin did nothing wrong, just an ideal scapegoat.
Niggers gonna nig regardless of the truth, and even mentioning the drug use or just the word 'fentanyl' will be flagged as 'hatespeech'.
>[b]Day 3 - Derek Chauvin trial continues with witness testimonyhttps://youtu.be/GZMdt1RDGVE
When is it starting?
Not fully sure. I think 10am Central Time. But there is left room for procedural motions and stuff that the jury should not hear prior to starting the actual trial. So I think stream starts a bit early in case that happens as those are also streamed, but it is not every day there is anything the lawyers want to talk about prior to starting.
Looks like it is starting now.
Danke. Time to get comfy and funpost.
I fucking knew they were gonna pull some shit like this. They just can't help themselves. They've got to play dirty, every time. Otherwise they would never win, huh. Then again, you know the old schoolyard saying about cheaters.
How are things going? Is our boy free?
Was the one old guy testifying but no reason for defense to cross examination, he had nothing real substantive to say like the young girl.
Then there was the store clerk where witness and told how he and others in the store went out twice to talk to George Floyd trying to get him to come back and use real $20 bill instead of the fake, but he refused to do so so the store manager got one of the workers in the store to call the police.
Right now it is laying foundation for, and showing, the different body worn cameras.
Okay, that made me laugh
>Day 4 - Derek Chauvin trial continues with witness testimonyhttps://youtu.be/qz_BwDvd6Cw
Actual trial to start at 09:30 Central time (I think but don't quote me on it)
Looks like ABC is joining NYT in doxing the jurors.https://archive.is/OKcQB
Chauvin is so fucked.
WAY overrepresented blacks, over half female?
Yes it is more or less the polar opposite of the demographic of the city.
This reads like a fucking Guess Who game.
How likely is it that Derek will be convicted?
My guess is that they won't get him with the murder charges, but they might with the manslaughter charges.
Has the jury for any other trial in history been scrutinized more? I keep hearing about these people who are supposed to be sequestered.
I hope this doesn't become the new normal, because I have jury duty this month.
It's quite likely that the sentance could be thrown out as a mistrial at this rate.
You don't fuck with jury selection.
Journos clearly believe they have enough power that they don't have to worry about that. Whether they turn out to be right or not will be extremely important for anyone living in the US. If we get a not guilty verdict and the jurors' lives aren't ruined, or a guilty verdict is thrown out because of the blatant intimidation, the US probably has another decade or two left in it.
If not, should probably be prepared for imminent collapse or de facto balkanization.
I can't believe all this chaos is being caused over one banana thief.
It's not really because of him. The kikes were absolutely determined to have their narrative and were throwing dozens of niggers at the wall to see which one stuck. They tried the jogger and the drug dealing negress first but those didn't take off, with Floyd they had a video that looked superficially bad to people who didn't understand what was going on and were able to force it everywhere.
The fact that it's obviously a sham is also something that helps drive a wedge into society, I think. But that was probably unintended, knowing the types that get up to this kind of thing.
>>304819>why is everybody so upset about this nigger?>If it was an Irish boy, stabbed to dead on the sidewalk, you'd take down his mother's godfundme!>But this guy, what, because Biden went and grifted with him on TV?
>Day 5 - Derek Chauvin trial continues with witness testimonyhttps://youtu.be/E4XNcAZaeSQ
Regardless of the outcome of this trial, I have a feeling that Chauvin is royally screwed.
How much time before we reach Asia levels of dictatorship, ie, omnipotent government pretending to respect free will?
...Have we already gotten to that point?
Never in America. The current regime's attempts at achieving oriental despotism are crippled by its incompetence. It has a very narrow road available to it to escape its inherent propensity to elevate genetic trash to positions of power, but it isn't taking that road and is in fact undermining it.
Our government isn't omnipotent; no government is.
It only ever pretended to respect free will though.

how badly is this going for Chauvin?
I haven't even been watching
I would say 50/50, but not sure what jurors think. I think the defense have shown there is enough reasonable doubt that the prosecution's assertions that Chauvin is guilty of a felony, and therefor 3rd degree murder, don't hold water (or how to say it).
This, but given the nature of the publicity of this case hes got solid grounds for an appeal even if convicted. Theres plenty of doubt to go around, and one can assume (hope) that this will go all the way to the supreme court, in that theres a major precedent waiting to happen, and unlike with Trump they cannot refuse to hear it.
He's also on tial for manslaughter though. I think he's pretty screwed...
Wait how did they put someone on trial for intentional and accidental murder at the same time?
>>305514>Literally threatening to get a specific verdic
Fuck these faggots. They would rather put an innocent man in jail than admit they might have been wrong.
It is a scattershot to cover all angles, and also to appease the mob.
The thing I think they actually are going for is not trying to prove Chauvin was the cause of Floyds death but rather that Chauvin was negligent to the point of his conduct being a felony. In other words trying to prove that Chauvin did deviate from police training and therefor committed a felony. If they can prove that it is irrelevant what caused Floyds death because "Floyd died in the prosess of committing a felony" and Chauvin will face up to 40 years in prison.>>305582
They have been chimping over this for more than a year, they will never admit the whole narrative they have built their world around is based on a lie.
Also the press is pushing hard how solid the case is and not reporting at all on the defenses cross examination of witnesses. Basically the press has become the pr firm for the prosecutor and people believe the case is super solid and anything but an guilty verdict is inconceivable.
>"he has a freemason tattoo on his chest"
Not sure if he's talking about the nigger or the zogbot.
I think they talk about Floyd, but not sure if there is any clear images of the tattoo (did a little search). Might be that we get to see some clear images of the tattoo during the trial, but seams like there won't be any autopsy images show that will show clear images.
Yes the media has been framing the questioning as win after win for the prosecutor.
One of the best moment with her testimony was when the defense asked if she knew medic and fire already had been called with code 3 over five minutes before she arrived and joined the crowd, and she said she didn't believe it (because of the response time).https://youtu.be/sZ92-geeYBo?t=28051

so when are we getting the phoenix wright version?
We need to just skip over all this shit and get back to the comfy livestreams already.
Agree, the "commentary" and editorial bullshit is just annoying. WP didn't use to have it in previous days, but I think they see that the case is not going they way they want so they need to put in these editorial comments to skew the facts.
One bizarre side effect of this trial is trial is that the media and prosecutor is pushing the narrative that meth and fentanyl use is not dangerous. It is the only way they have to put the blame on Chauvin.
Perhaps, but not all that surprising. They'll say whatever they think they need to say.
I think Dr. Andrew Baker just sank the prosecutors case.
LOL the WP commentators are in full damage mode.
The fucking media is throwing gas into the fire so a riot happens if the police officer is found not guilty.
Fully agree. The media are pushing hard a narrative of a conviction being a foregone concussion, and anything except a guilty verdict is impossible.
I am actually thinking after the coroner's testimony, the prosecutors star witness as the press portrayed him, that the prospect of a not guilty verdict is more and more likely. Time to stock up on popcorn and alcohol for the upcoming livestreams.
I do so enjoy being right all the time

Both parties rests, and jury deliberation will start on Monday.
Was some trouble with the rebuttal witness that could open up for misstrial, but looks like that didn't happen because the questioning continued after a short sidebar.
A mistrial (aka a hung jury) is when after lengthy deliberation, there is no consensus among jurors. Acquittal or conviction has to be by unanimous vote. A mistrial is highly doubtful in this case due to the politicization and media already taking steps to coerce 'the correct verdict', though as I've already stated, a jury is dubious at best when deciding a case of this nature. Count on a conviction on the manslaughter charge, followed by a lengthy appeal process
The potential misstrial "happening" was then the prosecutors rebuttal witness mentioned evidence that had been "found" yesterday and the prosecutor (and I presume the witness) had implicitly been told by judge would lead to misstrial if mentioned.
Can we just agree cops should have the same training military police get. Including basic training that does foster discipline which is key in the role of law enforcement. You have to be able to keep your cool in tough situations and some don't involve law enforcement. They have to go from a accident scene with a guy's head decapitated to chasing a murder. It's tough if not properly prepared. Also people coming home from a full days work a 3am is no right to always pull me over. I'm white and I'm getting hassled. Once they get the taste of blood it just gets worse. They will soon not even care if you are rich or the color of your skin they just are part of a new world order that is supposed to be about putting more cops on the street so when marshal law were to be instituted there would be an extra layer of protect from a rebellion. The are part of the ZOG COG
They do. The problem is that discipline is not enforced after graduation as stringently like it is in the military, it's in a weird gray zone between a civilian and military branch.
>Day 15 - Trial of Derek Chauvin, charged with killing George Floyd - Closing argumentshttps://youtu.be/w51I_t6R_kE
So are we finally getting the result today?
I don't think we will get any results today. It is closing arguments and the jury is starting deliberation. I would say it will take at least three days before we get any results, but it can come today also.
It's definitely going to take more than a day, possibly weeks.
There will certainly be more outrage if the jury takes very little time.
They wouldn't anyway. Between the second degree murder and manslaughter charges, this case has a lot of variables that make it quite iffy. The result will be a toss up.
God i just want it to be over with so we can see if we get a chimp out or not.
There will be a chimpout no matter what the verdict is.
There's already chimping out going on around the country.
I don't think I've lived through any court case that had this level of tension and public scrutiny.
why these retarded niggers think defunding the police will actually solve the problem?
More funds = better police training = less dumb cops
Pretty much this. I'm already prepping for a comfy livestream watching night.
They want to commit felonies without repercussions. Simple.
Closing from Defense have been really good so far.
The Prosecutor was not that strong at all, felt like he mostly tried to say they didn't have to prove Chauvin killed Floyd, which goes to show how weak their case is.
They don't want police. They want to fuck up your country to bring their regime.
Judge saying what he thinks about Maxine Waters conduct.
Now we have wait to see what the jury ends up with and subsequently how big the chimpout will be.
Anyone have insight into the potential for misstrial on appeal (or grounds for appeal) from the rebuttal given by prosecutor?
Yup. Total disgrace. >>306381
The state kept rephrasing the "stories" comment the judge had already told him to not say. Judge said he had a point on appeal. Along with not sequestering the jury. Allowing the state to call multiple witnesses and bringing up the same points after the judge said not to. The public comments by people and that one woman who was caught taking pictures. This verdict will be overturned.
>>306382>Allowing the state to call multiple witnesses and bringing up the same points after the judge said not to. The public comments by people and that one woman who was caught taking pictures. This verdict will be overturned.
So this will basically just be a mock trial where the prosecutor got to test out their arguments and refine them for the retrial. Also to hear the full defense argument so they can pre-rebuttal them in the retrial. Not sure if it will be good or bad for the prosecutor. I have a feeling they wont fare any better in retrial.
But it is good that there is solid grounds for a retrial if found guilty.
Looks like it.
Our CJ system is so full of shit.

The chimping if found not guilty?
They'll be a celebrational chimp out after the embolden energy with way less policing with the amount of pigs resigning.
If found guilty I think a lot of police in Minnesota will resign. It would open up for way too much risk legally if you are a police officer.
That's what I meant.
What do you guys think?
I hope for not guilty for maximum chimp out but what about you?
Ah yes. I totally agree with your assessment and that Minnesota will descend into lawlessness and that people would move out of the state or at least the cities in droves. And it will last a long time. The police should just go out and say they will no longer police areas where politicians that called for a guilty verdict and say brugdesalers can go there and they will not be bothered or policed.
I also hope for a not guilty verdict. The one thing I don't like is the short time the jury have used.
Might as well ask on the phone what the race of the victim is. If black just send a black cop or say you cant do anything at this point.
>>306550>they've already reached a verdict
Not a good sign, I would have expected it to take longer if it was in Chauvin's favor. I'm concerned the jury is going full retard with a guilty verdict.
Of course I hope that Chauvin gets off scot free, it's the correct result and the chimpout would be simply incredible. No matter what though, Chauvin will probably be forced into some sort of witness protection style program, because if he doesn't go to jail these apes will track him down and murder him. No way he can simply go back to being a cop after this.
If the guy ends up guilty then it just proves that blacks are protected. At that point why even deal with them.
Think its possible they could make him guilty just so the nogs dont burn the city down? Think its possible they could be intimidated this much?
Lord I hope the jury isn't that stupid, but I wouldn't put it past them. We all know that joggers can't be appeased with a guilty verdict, nor any other sort of societal bribe. That is the grave mistake that has been made for decades, normalfags seem to think that if we just donate enough reparations to them they'll suddenly stop being violent low-lifes. Like giving candy to a spoiled brat, they'll just demand more tomorrow...
Count 1: Unintended 2nd degree Guilty
Count 2: 3rd degree Guilty
Count 3: 2nd degree manslaughter Guilty
Guilty, guess justice trully is dead in america.
It can be reduced down to operant conditioning. The most robust way for someone to change another's behavior is to introduce a negative stimulus until they do what they want.
Lets hope the police quits en mass and takes out as much retirement as they can.
Yea fuck this clown world shit.
>tfw a jury of your "peers" means a bunch of sheboons; barely literate immigrants from third world armpits; and white w*men
Justice has been dead for years, but now it's corpse is really starting to stink.
I hope he gets acquitted through appeals.
Me too, or get the entire verdict overturned.
So can someone explain to me how he's guilty? Seriously how is it his fault the nog died if he was just doing what his job like he was trained? What is the reason, how will they justify this?
Dear all cops, glowniggers, feds, and ZOGbots:
lmao you may as well pack it in and quit now. If you ever so much as bend a hair on a rampaging monkey's head you are going to get lynched by the "justice system" and media. Everything you fight for is a fucking lie. You'll go under the bus just as quickly as anyone here, and if this show trial doesn't prove that to you, nothing ever will and enjoy the skid marks on the back of your scalp. We're giving you one last chance to surrender. Go home, and protect your family from the apes. Or, like, don't.
The Count 1 (I think) had such a low bar that that one was the only one I thought he would potentially be found guilty of. To "prove" that the prosecutor only had to convince the jury that Chauvin committed assault in the 3rd degree and the actual reason for why Floyd died would not matter. The other counts I have no idea why and how the jury found Chauvin guilty.
But that in only in Minnesota, other states don't have that ridiculous law.
The entire criminal justice system depends on the jury being objective and unbiased when considering a verdict based on the court hearings. Very few people are either anymore.
Because it was a show trial.
Will they at least explain their resoning? Are we going to get that much at least?
He's going to get a new trial on appeal. Also I hope no one thought this is over. Antifa is now going to riot and say they need justice for EVERYONE now. If you don't already own a gun I hope you go get one today.
Dub dubs of truth
Remember, nothing of value was lost. By job description that Chauvin race mixer is anti-White and a mercenary.
I hope so too. Too much troubling pressure and influence of the jury went on during the trial to not influencing them.
It's more than what's little of is left of my faith in the justice system.
That's not the problem here, it's that the US justice system is broken and that fact has just been broadcasted to the world in no uncertain terms. Every nigger and lefty in the US is now aware that rioting will get them what they want.
Its more that the final little shread of hope for justice in america died today. I really did hope the US was not lost but here we are.
I hope you are right, I really hope justice is not dead and that the black mob can not just do whatever it wants.
For decades those freemasons spatted in the faces of White Nation and send thousands to jail because of the forced multiracialism they enforced.
Now the roosters come to roost. And, yup, they reap what they sow.
So true. They allowed the wrong people to get too much power and we're seeing the results of it now.
Annnd thanks to precedent law in USA, both the law (if you put enough pressure on the jury and bring enough niggers to cry about it) and the police (it's no longer worth it arresting any junkies, they'll be either ignored or shot on sight).>>306578
Entirely accurate. Also entirely intentionally developed, read up on parental abuse to know how these dynamics work.
Honestly niggers aren't even just "violent low-lifes", they're militant anarcho-primitivists. They literally destroy EVERYTHING around them until they're back at tribal level.>>306587
Women should never occupy more than a half of jury, because you need both logic and emotions on there, having more women there results in complete failure of both.>>306590
Niggers and their slavedrivers have spent the ENTIRE LAST MONTH intimidating the jury.
There's no justification, there's only corruption.
Freemie problem is wildly underestimated. Every time you drive into certain towns "here," you see giant welcome to Hell signs with every location Freemason and sekret society club logo plastered across it. They're the driving force behind property "development" and filling freshly built goyimblocks with third world shitholers. They're mostly older white guys who aren't ideological as such, they're just after filling their coffers with shekels. Instruments of the juden.
Do we actually have proof that the jury was treaten? If so post the source and keep a copy safe somewhere. They will try to cover it up.

Yep, they'll most likely demand "justice" (read: lack of consequences for being a retard gorilla) for all the criminal niggers, absolutely fucking up non-criminal blacks in the process.>>306607
And that's why you NEVER yield to spoiled brats' whims, no matter how hard of a tantrum they throw.>>306614

>>306614>Do we actually have proof that the jury was threatened?
An entire year of riots made it clear what a not guilty verdict would result in.
Johnson, get this shit off my desk. It's too stupid. No one will ever believe it, and it makes a mockery of our psyops department. I want a full rewrite by tomorrow afternoon.
He was convicted of both murder and manslaughter for the same event? How can you be guilty of both murder and manslaughter for the same event? Is there a precedent for this in the United States legal system?
I can't help but laugh at this clusterfuck.
>>306618>thanks to all of u who gave me support while I was in it
Sounds like she broke the clear instruction from judge about not talking to anyone, not even nearest family, about what case she was involved in. Granted sounds like she didn't talk to many people but non the less she talked about it and most likely was influenced by those she talked to.
Did you really expect anything else from, first, a leftoid, and, second, a woman?
Women are social and emotional creatures. They kept the peace in tribe for thousands of years while men were off doing things requiring smarts and quick thinking. Of course they'll blabber and be easily swayed by public opinion.
Either way yeah, she should get consequences for this.
>>306620> How can you be guilty of both murder and manslaughter for the same event?
Because the jury says so. They really should have done a better job "instructing" them.
It will never stop el oh el. The chimps will keep coming and coming and coming.
It's all about the attention they can get.
I can only laugh.
>a look into the future of glowniggers
Oh great another chimp out?
Minnesota law allows a jury to consider lesser charges for the same crime. He's not convicted for the same crime over and over in a double jeopardy sense. It's for them to decide if he was guilty for a lesser charge and not the other. They vote on all the charges but he's only really "convicted" of whatever is the highest charge is in practice. Then sentenced on it. The lesser counts he serves concurrently. It's a bit confusing I know.

Any doubt about who's behind promoting, funding, and protecting this circus?
Repeat after me: SCHUTZ-STAFF-EL! BROW-N-SHIRT!
Police is playing its part.
How so the lowly bots won't quit or revolt If their commanders are ordering them to do nothing, look the other way, and go hard against anyone disrupting the riot? Then it is crystal clear that police is not the victim, but the accomplice in a psyop.
This BLM crap is mimicking the Antifa crap. Government personal are pretending to be targets while being part of it, as shown at >>306659
Granted, some BLM players may go off rails and hurt some policeman, but that's an implicit risk the bots are taking by following orders.
Police need to quit and let us law abiding folks protect ourselves unheeded..fuck zogbots unironically
I'd rather not get Alphabet soup pool HIV and AIDS.
manslaughter isn't just a lesser charge, they are saying he both had, and did not have malicious intent in his actions.
found this first image (from his porn movie), looks like it's (probably) not a masonic tattoo, you can see the mag of the gun. the original design template (if any) has not been identified. (could be a customized version of a common tat)
Goddamn is there a single image of this dude where he isn't greasy as fuck. Imagine the smell.
It was a foregone conclusion, so I can't even be assed to get mad anymore. Lyndon Johnson was a genius to enslave the negroes again. They are such a good tool.
Hate to break it to you, but she is likely an e-thot who was pretending to be a juror to get people to simp her. And it worked. A lot of fags on Twitter were simping her.
She doesn't match the jurors list at all. https://www.npr.org/sections/trial-over-killing-of-george-floyd/2021/04/20/989149400/what-we-know-about-the-jurors-in-the-chauvin-trial

How secure are those spacious cozy mansions when America falls down Rome-style? Bitches like these should at least be cognizant of the fact that they are spewing nation-destroying ideologies for a status that will mean jack when said ideologies complete their nation-destroying purposes.
Careful anon, that sounds alot like logic and critical thinking. Cant have that,...
They'll be on the first plane ride to another wealthy white nation as soon as SHTF here.
These ideologies are being perpetuated by a people who have been repeateded shoahed for their bullshit for 3000 years: they don't give a fuck if it all comes crashing down. They're only in it for short-term gain, their posterity be damned.>>307148
Also this. They can always flee to Israel.
Unsurprising, now that you mention it. Fits into the conception of a borderless shadow war quite nicely.
>Derek Chauvin’s Attorney Files Motion For New Trial>Attorney Eric Nelson has filed a motion for a new trial for former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin in the death of George Floyd.>Nelson filed the motion on the grounds of juror misconduct, and that the court abused its discretion for failing to agree to the defense’s requests for a change of venue and sequestering the jury.>The filing comes in the midst of a controversy surrounding a photo of juror Brandon Mitchell at the March on Washington last August, which included speeches from George Floyd’s family members. He is seen wearing a T-shirt that says “Get Your Knee Off Our Necks.” In his juror questionnaire, Mitchell wrote that he had not attended any protests over police brutality. Mitchell told WCCO Monday that he was at the march in support of ramping up voter turnout for the 2020 presidential election.https://archive.is/ZxVH4https://youtu.be/k6EImdBSzg8https://youtu.be/DOvx9K7CCIA

I think there were 2 black people including a lady who lived in the area. One of them was a white chick with dyed hair and she came out after and was all giddy saying how happy she was to put a white man like him behind bars. Justice is dead in the US.
I hope all police officers quits their job and move to places where they are appreciated. This verdict shows that they are sent into situations where the subject might die and they will be lynched for it by the same people who sent them there.
>>311295>I think there were 2 black people including a lady who lived in the area. One of them was a white chick with dyed hair and she came out after and was all giddy saying how happy she was to put a white man like him behind bars.
What a Fucking Kangaroo Court. I Cant wait for the fall of the american empire and the eventual balkinazation. >>311296
Yea i hope the Good ones do that. But most cops are just foot soldiers for ZOG and hate whites.
>>311296>I hope all police officers quits their job and move to places where they are appreciated.>appreciated
Hardly, there can be neither forgetfulness nor forgiveness for their crimes.
If there were good cops among the criminal ones, they'd be shooting at each other; otherwise the existence of the "good cop" is a myth.
Also, everyone of them qualify for the gallows as they systematically violate the law of the land.
A lot of people tend to forget that cops drop white guys too (actually unarmed ones) and it's not just niggers, you guys defend cops for dropping niggers but don't say shit when they drop white guys, guess it's convenient to ignore when cops kill white people for sport or throw them in jail for saying mean things about kikes.
>>311314>1 post by this ID
fuck off and get better bait
It's not as if cops just go around murdering random people. Most of the whites who get killed by police are doing the same kind of nigger-tier shit that George Floyd and the BLM poster boys were doing, drugs and petty vandalism and so forth. It just doesn't get reported because if the "victim" isn't part of some pet minority group the left doesn't care. Police shootings are rare and are overwhelmingly the result of someone getting caught doing something blatantly illegal and then escalating the situation instead of simply cooperating; ie, behaving like a nigger. Cops don't want to shoot anyone, they're just trained to do so if the situation forces it.
Police forces are the muscle of local governments and there is likely as much corruption there as at any other level of government, but that says nothing one way or the other about the character of individual officers. That "all cops are bastards" mentality is just far-left anarchist nonsense. Personally I've never had a particularly negative encounter with a cop and I'm almost 40; just don't do anything idiotic and odds are you'll never have to interact with them at all.
>>311324>inb4 one post by this ID too
hah, now it's two!
>>311325>Police shootings are rare and are overwhelmingly the result of someone getting caught doing something blatantly illegal and then escalating the situation instead of simply cooperating>escalating the situation instead of simply cooperating
I believe this is exactly the situation these employees are trained for: to escalate till murder, submit to them or die.
When their employer says that their lives have infinitely more value than the People's, that if are "afraid" they have green light to open fire first, that the made up charges will stick because there is a prison and court industry fueled with fed's money waiting for new prisoners; The People has a problem.
And I'm not talking about common crime, but the blatant assault this standing army is doing on people's liberties.>but that says nothing one way or the other about the character of individual officers
This is plain simple, these employees lack the moral character and courage to stand for the right thing, they stick to follow commands and look the other way to the evil committed by their cohorts. So, they are no innocent people, they are accomplices and mercenaries.>That "all cops are bastards" mentality is just far-left anarchist nonsense.
I would agree to some degree 10 or 20 years ago, today the panorama is quite different. Better wake up fast because these cops are the same ones who will go out to confiscate the guns and smash the Constitution.
Bluecoat copsuckers get the rope
Go lick kosher cop boots.
Anon, the time is getting closer and closer.
Cops will have to surrender their weapons and peacefully go home because the future is people making their own laws and money.
MR BOND DID NOTHING WRONG!
Chauvin weighs 135 pounds. no fucking way he could have killed sneed floyd with his weight.
It doesn't matter.
If next door Joe would be in the same situation, the cops will not hesitate to cage him and on top of that to add made up accusations just to decorate the case.
It sounds fair that if he took a life, he must pay for it.
The crazy part is that The People must pay the tab for years in the government's dungeon instead of a swift and inexpensive People's justice with a simple rope.
Don't get me wrong, a nigger is a nigger, but cops don't make distinctions about their victims.
Yea the floyd case has Put me in an awkward situation. I Hate nogs,But Cops are just foot soldiers for zog. So i'm really kinda torn on my mutual hatred for them both.>It sounds fair that if he took a life, he must pay for it.
He OD'd on Fent though.
