I know a lot of folks here are feeling dread at the prospect of G5 being woketrash. But there's another factor you're all forgetting, the return of bandwagoners. When G5 inevitably drops we will be assailed with faggots who "left pony" YEARS ago. Many of them have rode every fandom cock carosel from FNAF to steven jewniverse to becoming furfags and they'll bring all that shit with them. We'll be assailed by deranged woketard libshits that think shit like critical race theory applies to unicorns. And they'll harass and harangue any content creators that don't fall in line. It will be like the derpi shitstorm but INTERNET WIDE.

At first I thought it was for Ch*** Porn, but they are talking about "Consumer Products." IE Toys, Books, Clothing, anything and everything a person would buy up.
But the whole thing about Diversity and Inclusion is the same bullshit that they forced down everyone's throats in season 8 and what ultimately killed the show. Too bad with all the brains in the world, we can't crash Hasbro's stocks, at least we won't keep being fed their overtly liberal idealogies.
MLP was always about fantasy and friendship, even if previous generations the fantasy element was still strong. Even g2 had elements of fantasy despite being a teen girl school drama. What made these unique is how far removed from the real world their worlds were built on. But now the show and content is being infused with politics and grim realities which isn't any longer sunshine rainbows and lolipops.

Every generation captures its corresponding time of production. Assuming you grew up watching generation one, your point is valid.
For me, being a millenial fuckface that I am, I don't find previous generations appealing for a number of reasons. First off, the design. It's too bleak in comparison to g4. Second, the characters have unrealistic and annoying voices that make my skin crawl in pure anguish. Lastly, the setting of the story in previous generations is based on capturing a fantasy-like breathing world, which perhaps is occuring in middle ages. I think g4 hassignificantly improved such concept by working on ways to pinpoint the most visual appealing aspects of the passed era. Instead of hand drawn dungeons and realistic disneyesque looking woods spreading far and wide g4 has shown simplistic nice looking planes, gradient trees and lovely horse butts, which are, in my opinion, more fitting to depict the natural habitat of colorful ponies that I fap to.
All in all. I would fuck Twilight Sparkle and everyone close to her, speaking both in relation to her position and her family heritage.
