Im glad Trump appears to have SCOTUS locked and loaded but part of me thinks that this election wont be decided by courts. I mean, after all, Trump created CISA in 2017-2018 in order to safeguard "critical infrastructure" to US national security, and the voting apparatus falls under that classification of critical infrastructure. In other words, DOJ, DNI, Military intel et al dont have to wait for a court decision in order to monitor, investigate, and/or prosecute crimes that undermine national security, as such already falls under their purview and jurisdiction.
