It depends on how they do it. But if you slightly edit the video you could likely evade it. The "AI" probably just extract frames and compare to other set of frames, and/or extract audio and compare that. But if it is just a dumb "hash of file" check then any tiny change (even one bit) will fool the "algorithm". But I think it will be hard to get it to do false positives. You could try to do an reverse Rick Roll, and cut to the video after a few seconds, and that way get Rick Roll banned. But I don't think their "AI" actually is an AI that learns.

you remix and sample it into other images/gifs/videos, color edits, mirroring, putting music up, pitching the sound. essentially you rerecord it and turn it into a new file. basicly what people did with the star wars episode 7 spoilers. pick up viral tags that have noting to do with it and spam that shit on burner accounts.

depending where we get inexpensive or free editing software, the degree of skill necessary to do this, the amount of people and the force of spread applied to it id say this could be done in a time frame of 1-2 weeks. 2 dozen people are usually enough to derail a whole community of thousands if they put their time and minds to it. see the 4chan tumblr wars or the youtube porn day. essentially we would need a small scale division for guerilla propaganda pull this off. not sure what you are refering too, but pirating an older version of sony vegas from a seeding site might not be the worst thing to do now. The apparent motive was revenge over some family feud, probably honor killing of some sort. Gökmen Tanis was married to his cousin, but they got divorced two months ago. One of the dead was the mother of his cousin. The others that was shot on the tram was people that tried to help the mother of his cousin.
