I'll bet you she's only in hot water now because they've stopped covering her tracks (or at least the ones that don't incriminate them). Maybe they'll try to make something of a martyr out of her if she gets locked up, but they're done with her.

I agree that the majority of the DNC probably wishes she would just lay low and stop poking her head up. But I also think Hillary has a substantial collection of favors she could cash in on, and she has nothing more to loose. She knows she no longer has a place in the Democratic party, but she has one last chance to run for president if she forces herself in. I just don't think she will be content with collecting speaking fees of six figures per venue; she craves power.
