I'd post some screenshots ITT later about mods and how they are complete SJWs.
They do HATE us. They see /pol/ like a containment board and they keep it "fash as fuck" to ensure any normie trying it picks the blue pill.
Dave/Buttly, Trev, Abib, Netghoul, Aerolite, Troid… There's a few I can name that definitively have a rageboner about the original 4chan.

To be honest, I'm pretty sure ponies get b& instantly because they're the most-easily recognized: Anons mass-report them, and the mods can easily see what the violation is.
You do have a good point about spam staying up though.

I remember I posted an Aryanne there once as a joke, someone wrote some shitty bait post about how white males do such and such, except they spelled it "white mares" so I posted an Aryanne in response. Literally banned 5 minutes later, the response time was amazing. Mods are definitely there and they definitely watch, they're just selective about what they target.

Recently he broke the ye olde rule of "don't say you're a member of team 4chan" – He announced his moderator status in one of his articles.
Nobody in the 4chan staff seem to care. Janitors are sworn to secrecy, while swaglord gets a free pass.

There are enough people who worship the 4chan mods. Just look at [s4s] or all the /jp/ spin-off boards. You can find them even in /pol/.
But nobody like Janitors, they have the worst reputation, because they are basically just simple soulless tools, used by the mods to make their work more easy.
And in IRC the Janitors boot-lick the mods and circle jerk. Everybody who is really considering to be a Janitor wants to have more power… nobody wants to be a Janitor forever, nobody wants to be the little bitch of the mods. They think that if they are good behaving little bitches, they will actually get power and become mods themselves some day.
