Neoreaction is in principle an anti-populist movement and its leaders generally work behind the scenes, in contrast to libertarians and the alt-right. You're not going to see them on the streets or making Youtube videos.
They have some pretty solid ideas but I fundamentally disagree with their position on corporate-run nation-states, as it is essentially the caricature people make of anarcho-capitalism. The state as a concept is a monopolistic and coercive entity that inevitably devolves into corruption, and putting a CEO at the head of that won't make any difference.
