My landlord is gay, he's pretty low-key about it though. I didn't even realize it until about six months into living with him, and only then because he mentioned it. He doesn't really act gay or bring dudes over to the house or anything. He's a little prissy about keeping the house clean but that's about it. He says he doesn't like renting to gays or having other gay people in the house because they tend to be a pain in the ass, and in his own words "the way they have sex is unsanitary." I'm okay with gays like that, it's mostly just the rainbow-flag-waving HIV infected faggoty ones that I don't like being around.
