Nothing about fascism means being anti-science or anti-modernity. Fascists and national socialists are incredibly pro-science. To expand our understanding of nature and develop our technology means to grow as a people and dominate the modern world as a civilization while also upholding our traditions. Fascists are absolutely not Luddites.
You know all those brilliant advancements in chemistry, engineering, telecommunications, medicine, genetics and manufacturing that occurred during the Third Reich (albeit, a few of them were retarded)? That demonstrates the fascist dedication to scientific progress.
