The Changelings have conquered half of Equestria, while a former Equestrian colony - soured to Princesses notion of harmony with all creatures thank to their dealing with griffins - Invaded and took the other half. In Baltimare and the Equestruan Southlands, the magic of friendship has weakened, as Communists, Changeling infiltrators, Fascists, gangs, and even ancient necormancers and dark gods threaten the city and the surrounding regions. This role play is based in large part upon the Equestria at War mod for Hearts of Iron 4, and uses D&d 3.5e mechanics.

If Ash returns to the tavern, that’s like 40 minutes round trip, and an hour if she leaves with the rest of the group after the group waited 40 minutes to leave. That means either that 1. The group wasted an hour of their two hour timeframe to do the burglary, or 2. Ash left way early and should have met the guy

Well, a way to shorten this is to mobilize early if that's the case, then we meet Ash on the way back, but we're going to need Silver, Star and Spark to move out. This way we should have saved more time than if we wait for her to come. Skies can help by, you know, not massaging Star and looking at the time. She seems like the mare to be impatient. With her pushing, we could all go to that house and meet Ash along the way.

I'm not sure if there's a difference between lethal and non-lethal HP, but he should be full up on lethal HP and have somewhere between 30 and 50 non-lethal HP if there is one. I'm also not sure how much of a difference sleeping for most of this time made, but the minimum is 30 if it had no effect and the maximum is 50 because max health.

Well, I'll go for a short nap. I'll be back in about 2 hours. If we start before that timeline or I sleep more than that, Iron will follow Star as he goes out as a companion.
