I would hope that Dust helps treat the airponies' wounds with his medicine skill when his player decides to check in, but I guess I cannot really speak for him.

Both propellers seem to be destroyed. There is some damage to the car and its windows which suggest it would not be water or airtight, though it doesn't seem to have been designed to be air or watertight to begin with. The envelope is partly deflated, probably having lost a third to half of its gas volume. There is a leak somewhere, though whether this is in damage to the envelope, where it connects to the car, or perhaps some kind of intentional release is hard to say. One of the fins and corresponding rudders, the one on the bottom, seems damaged as well. Landing gear has ripped off.

He is holding wrench as a weapon, and has evidently been hiding out of view this entire time, making no sound. He looks up towards Silver with blue eyes and a leather aviator cap. To either side of the narrow way are various devices. Towards the bow from the rear are several desks next to large radios, and a map on another desk. There is a desk with dials and meters, and then at the very fore is a recognizable cockpit, raised above a sort of split lower level. Towards the back is the side turret of the machine gun, a set of valves and the like for what must be the engines, and a small door going out towards them, a sectioned off room that seems to hold... bombs? and beyond that, multiple beds in a bunk formation. At the very end is a large window for observation, presumably.

Silver can tell that the injuries are blunt force trauma, with ribs and broken bones puncturing lungs and causing internal bleeding as well as external. There's only so much that can be done, but Silver can sterilize the external wounds and also do as much as possible to reduce the bleeding. Silver has a potion to help coagulate the blood.
