"
HISS!"
There's a spray of blood as the rifle bullet hits Kira, punching easily through her leather lamellar armor that was never meant to stop bullets and goes through the side of her pony half.
She has one trick up her sleeve she didn't want to half to use already, but Kira feels like it's an appropriate enough emergency...
Putting the radio away, Kira offers up a prayer to Ouroboros and the spirits of nature. Putting her hooves together, she speaks to them, "Come on, guys...I really need you here...help me..." To her surprise and delight, her hooves start glowing with a holy light, getting her to chuckle and smile. Closing her eyes and yelling with determination she slams them into the earth below her, the light spreading from her hooves along the ground towards the middle of the group of Spetsnaz ponies.
Entangle: All of a sudden, the grass around the hooves of the Spetsnaz troops grows and wraps around their legs, holding them in place. Even where the ground is bare, new grass, previously asleep but now roused by Kira's magic, sprouts from the ground to aid their brethren in keeping the ponies from moving.
This spell affects a very large radius around the center of the group of commie ponies
(around 640 ft. (400 ft. + 40ft. per caster level)). The spell lasts for 6 minutes
(1 minute per caster level). For the duration of the spell, all of the commies in the area move at half speed, and the plants in the area will attempt to entangle all of the commies, requiring succeeding on a Reflex check or else becoming entangled
(I think the DC is 20? It doesn't say on the SRD.). Ponies who are entangled may take a full round action to break free by succeeding on either a DC 20 Strength check or a DC 20 Escape Artist check. Every round, the plants in the area will attempt to re-entangle anyone who either avoids entanglement or manages to break free.
With her standard action taken care of, Kira attempts to flee into the clouds, taking care to travel
away from the airship as to not lead the GRU towards her friends.
