Inside he sees an older mare busy at a desk, but near the entrance is a young, apricot-colored mare–at least, probably old enough to a mare, despite being quite short–with a white stripe down her nose between bluish-purple eyes. Her auburn mane falls over one side with a simple cut. She appears to be wearing a long, midnight blue dress that accentuates its plain style with small, four-pointed stars of lighter hue.
She smiles, albeit a bit nervously, at the newcomer. "Hello sir, can I get something for you today?"

Here she faces a rather large, grizzled old unicorn stallion of light grey coat and darker grey mane, and a dark stripe going down from the back of his neck all the way along his back to his tail. His mane is similarly short and no-nonsense, but looks like it needs some slight attention. His burly, muscular appearance is further accentuated by a floofy winter coat that makes him look a bit bigger than he actually is. He is bare, save for a pair of saddlebags and a rather large sword strapped to his side, letting her see the cutie mark of a sword mid-swing emblazoned upon his flank. He has to look down slightly to meet her eyes, where he smiles and speaks in a deep voice with a Severyanan accent.
