Dunno how she accomplished that. I've had a theory that she is secretly a changeling who is so good and disciplined at what she does that she's undetectable even when she's taking love. She had mentioned "passive feeding" by changelings before and her tussle with a succubus suggests that the latter may have assumed her identity. Probably best to ignore this as the plot twist is too good to spoil.
