As you might know vitamin D is pretty useful for fighting off all sorts of nasty stuff and as a preventative measure.
So get some sunlight and if need be increase your D via other means.

In essence the low daily recommended amount of vitamin D could have increased how sick everyone is in a multitude of ways.
